At the Restaurant
Gaara’s Pov
Gaara could not believe that the person sitting in front of him was actually a guy. He had seen handsome guys before but the one in front of him now beauty was radiant. Gaara knew he was not gay or anything but he could not stop staring at Haku; whose delicate features gave him a feminine appearance.
Haku’s Pov
Haku I wonder if he’s just like the others. No what I really want to know is if he is anything like him. (Haku looked at Gaara every now and again between spoonfuls of his Meso Ramen).

Gaara, “I like you”
Haku was suddenly disturbed from his thoughts.
Haku, “what”
Gaara, “I said I liked you Haku, you seem honest and okay.”
“Oh”, (Haku’s face coloured red)
Haku and Gaara had finished eating their ramen, paid their bill and was walking out when; the waiter that had served them hand was reaching out to groap Haku's ass. However, Haku had not notice but Gaara had and rage suddenly boiled inside him.
“WTF”! Gaara shouted as he punched the waiter, who was about to groap the long haired boy.
Haku’s face reddened as he saw his roommate had pushed down the waiter and while straddling him; proceeded to give the waiter a few punches.
Haku, “Gaara”
Gaara didn’t stop, really he could not stop.
Haku quickly grabbed his hand, “Gaara stop please”.
Gaara looked at Haku and realised to himself that it was the first time he actually stood up for someone other that himself.
Gaara, “Okay, lets get out of here”
Gaara eyed the waiter who was bleeding from his nose and was probably unconscious. Then Gaara led Haku to the exit by his hand but the crowd that had surrounded them during the fight was currently blocking them.
They were both silent in the car until they were in their dorm room.
Gaara sat on his bed staring at Haku, who was doing the same thing.
Haku, “What was that”?
Gaara now a little shocked at what he had done but he didn’t respond.
“Gaara”, Haku called again as he moved to sit beside Gaara.
Haku, “Gaara please talk to me”.
Gaara, “Hm”
“Why did you just do that”, Haku asked.
Gaara, “I don’t know”
Haku now realised that Gaara’s knuckles were bruised and bleeding.
Haku, “Give me a sec. “
Gaara passively nodded as Haku went into their bathroom and came back with a damp cloth and a first aid kit; then began nursing his bruises.
Haku smiled at him, “you do realise I’m not a girl right”
Gaara, “Yeah, I know but he was going..."
Gaara’s words were cut off by soft lips on his own.
He was stunned at first but then continued to lick Haku’s bottom lip begging for entrance. Haku’s mouth complied, letting Gaara in; while both their tongues intertwined none dominating. Each was just concerned with giving pleasure to the other. Gaara’s hand had now reached into Haku hair; stroking at the same time as Haku’s hand was then busy on Gaara’s pants front; where his erection was now prominent. Then Haku broke the kiss panting; leaving a very aroused Gaara.
As soon as he gathered his breath to talk Gaara asked, “What’s wrong?”

“Its okay”, Gaara said as he rubbed the boys back while he cried.
Haku thought to himself that Zabuza was never there for me like this. By now he would have yelled at me how I looked like a pitiful bitch for crying. Then dragged me by my hair to suck his dick to feel better but this is different, this is good.
Gaara looked at the clock in their room it was now 8:35pm
Gaara whispered, “If we want to be early for our first class tomorrow we need to get some sleep”; not realising that Haku was not listening.
Gaara took the first aid kit out of the now sleeping Haku’s hands and placed it on his desk. Then he took off the boys shoes and covered him under his sheets. Gaara turned of the lights, after which he settle beside the boy. Haku cuddle closer to the warmth next to him as Gaara held him.
While Gaara laid beside the boy he thought to himself that Haku was unlike anyone he had ever seen. He was not gay but today may just classify him as bi. This was a first for him, the boy who was currently in his arms; he wanted to protect with his own life.
Gaara silently says to himself, “I don’t know what this is but for the first time I feel alive” as he looked down at a sleeping Haku; he held him tighter and closed his own eyes to sleep.
