a sick 'happy birthday'
AN:: as promised, to keep you on your toes...chapter two posted immediately....
just in case there's any confusion....
naruto was 9-10 when ....something happened to him...you'll understand later.... and its his 25th bday in ch.2 it took him 10 yrs to get over his....trauma and 5 years of adapting to the way he was b4....
you'll understand better later....of course, you'll have to review for that to happen, or else theres no sense in posting something no one will read....

“Ah, so you do remember.” Kyuubi smiled as though Naruto had said an extremely funny joke.
Why can’t he move? What’s holding him there? Why isn’t he able to run?!
Fear.
Unstoppable, inevitable, relentless fear gripped him and he was unable to move or breathe or speak. But he was already doing two out of three so why wasn’t he moving?!
Naruto snapped back to reality and out of his personal nightmare when the overhead light beam shone on him, the music stopped and a loud out of tune chorus of ‘Happy Birthday’ began and Kyuubi finally moved away.
Kiba was closest. He noticed the unnatural stillness in the blonde and grabbed Naruto by the arm, spinning him around to face the brunette. It was then that he noticed the ashen look on the naturally tanned face. Gaara was close enough see the silent tears marking a trail down Naruto’s whiskered cheeks, scars of what had happened over a decade ago. He stopped dead in his tracks as he saw who was next to Naruto. Sasuke noticed Gaara’s shocked and murderous look and the tears that left dirty streaks on Naruto’s beautiful face. It was then that he saw Kyuubi. Without thinking his body lurched forward and he strode with murderous purpose towards the older blonde. Before his fist connected with Kyuubi’s flawless square jaw, Neji stepped in his way, holding his arm back.
“Let go Hyuuga.” Sasuke growled, his voice oozing hatred and promising pain to the eldest Uzumaki.
“We know what he did to Naruto, but this isn’t the place to take care of this” Neji tried to contain his own anger on behalf of the blonde, wanting nothing more than to give Kyuubi thrice the pain he had caused Naruto at such a young age. The pale eyed brunette looked over his shoulder at Gaara, making eye contact with the redhead.
“Get Naruto.” He mouthed over the loud cheering that erupted after the last chorus of the birthday song. Gaara gave a minute nod, his body shaking with barely controlled rage. He grabbed Naruto’s arm, all but dragging the stiff body out of the club and away from the man who had made his life a living hell.
Wisely, Kyuubi didn’t follow.
