Author's Note: Naruto is basically a kitsune [fox] so it doesn't start showing that he is pregnant until later, and the fact that he is a fox demon [which is inside of him], he is able to bare children.

The next few months were going to be painful, that much was for sure. He didn't start showing until the second month of his pregnancy and others started asking questions. How did Naruto end up pregnant? Who was the father? How many was he having? What were their genders? Annoying questions that he knew that he would have to deal with.



He was in the doctor's office, getting a photo of his baby inside of him. He was surprised to find that his child was turning out to be rather normal. He was completely beautiful in every way...Sasuke sat in the chair next to the bed that he was in, and Tsunade looked over the tests. Everything seemed to be okay so far.



A pale hand ran through blond locks as obsidian eyes stared down into cerulean ones. The love that they shared with one another was obvious; no one could break a bond like that, not even the devil himself could break that bond. Sasuke held the blond's hand, squeezing it softly into his own.



He was going to be a father soon. Sasuke was going to continue the Uchiha line. He hadn't expected it to be this soon, though. And with Naruto of all people; something he never would have dreamed of.



Except for the dreams in his slumber when he had his arms wrapped around the blond's swollen stomach. Sasuke knew it wouldn't always be this peaceful during Naruto's pregnancy so he was sure to cherish the peaceful moments with the blond as much as he could. He knew that Naruto would soon be taking his rage and sorrow out on him because it was his fault that he was pregnant in the first place.



His fault that he was gaining weight and eating constantly to keep the baby alive that was inside of him. Sasuke closed his eyes and rested his forehead against Naruto's shoulder, still holding his hand as the blond watched their child on the computer screen. It wasn't that Sasuke didn't want children...He was afraid that he would screw it up; especially since his father had done such a horrible job raising him.



Sasuke didn't want to be the emotionless father like his had been. He wanted to...let his children know that he cared. That he didn't care weather they became great ninja or not; and that they could choose whatever path they wanted to walk. Only when they got older, of course, but he wanted to be the father that they would be proud of.



He obviously sensed the raven's distress when he broke his attention from the baby moniter on the screen. Naruto gave Sasuke an assuring smile and kissed his forehead, bringing his attention to the blond's face. He cleared his throat before he spoke to him.



"You will be a good father, Sasuke." he told him.



Before Sasuke could respond, Tsunade walked in the room with some tests and smiled at Naruto.



"The baby is growing well. It should be due sometime between the end of July and August," she told him. "Do you want to know the sex?" she asked, looking at the both of them the way a mother would to her own children as she thought of Naruto as her adoptive child.



Naruto thought for a moment, and nodded his head. "Yes."



Tsunade smiled. "Since you're about two months into your first trimester, Naruto, the baby's sex was quite easy to see." she explained, and smiled, giggling slightly, unable to contain her happiness for them, "It's a beautiful baby girl that you're going to be having," she said.



"H-how is that possible?" Sasuke asked.



"Let me explain." Tsunade said, "The kitsune demon inside of Naruto is female, and therefore there is the possibility that there would be female babies, or kits in your situation. Don't worry, they will be quite normal, Uchiha. Nothing abnormal about them at all; no tail, no ears, just normal happy children." she said with a giggle and walked over to Naruto, embracing him lovingly.



"Baa-chan!" "You mean I'm having a little girl?" he asked, unable to believe what he was hearing.



Tears welled up in the blonde's eyes.



"Babe...what's wrong?" Sasuke asked with a worried expression.



"A baby girl, Sasuke. We're having a baby girl..." he said, and turned slightly, careful about how he did so, and hugged his boyfriend, sobbing with happiness.



Sasuke wrapped his arms around the blond's waist, unsure of what to say or even do at the moment except hold him. Tsunade noticed how unsure Sasuke was about having the child and glared at him when he opened his eyes after embracing Naruto.



"Sasuke, come with me for a moment," she told him.



Naruto pressed his lips against Sasuke's before he left the room and smiled as he looked over at the screen. He felt his heart jump at just the sight of the beautiful baby that was inside of him. She would have everything that Naruto didn't in life; a loving family, friends, and acceptance.



He would make sure that he did. The thought that Sasuke didn't want to go through with it never crossed his mind at all. Sasuke showed no signs of not wanting to have children or to even be with him for that matter.



"Sasuke," she started, "You know what he's going through, don't you? If you back out now he will only feel abandoned once again. He will become unstable, and that will be a threat to the unborn child inside of him, and if that happens I will hold you responsible," she told him.



"I never said--" ; "You didn't have to, Uchiha. It was in your eyes that I saw it, doubt is the word, isn't it?" she said, and smiled slightly, "Is the toughest man in the village afraid of becoming daddy?"



"No...It's not that," he said, and glanced into the hospital room where Naruto was being held.



"Then what is bothering you so much?" she asked angrily.



"It's complicated."



"Everything with you is complicated, Sasuke. You have someone in that room that needs you, and you're considering the easy way out, aren't you?" she asked, frowning down at him.



"That's not what I'm doing!"



"IT SEEMS LIKE IT, UCHIHA. IF YOU HURT HIM, YOU WILL NOT ONLY HAVE ME TO DEAL WITH, BUT THE COUNSIL AS WELL!!"



Naruto could hear Tsunade yelling at Sasuke and was starting to get irritated about not knowing what was going on with his boyfriend. The blond covered his ears, not wanting to hear anymore. He looked at the window that was near the computer screen and ripped everything that Tsunade had put on him off and dashed for the window.



After hearing the door slam, Sasuke ran into the room and found that Naruto had disappeared, running towards a safe location, probably.



"Go after him."



"What?!" Sasuke growled.



"NOW!" she screamed.



Sasuke disappeared as well, chasing after a rather unstable Naruto.
