Why Orange?

Okaaaay here's the second chapter of the day.

Itachi:What the...why are you so happy now when you were moody not too long ago?

T.W.:(holds up bag of red Twizzlers and a can of soda)

Itachi:Oh god no. She's on a sugar high.

T.W.:(giggles and nods)Yup it's left over Twizzlers from when I went to see Happy Feet. That was a good movie, dancing and singing penguins.(starts humming Gloria's heart-song)

SaiUh T.W., shouldn't you get to the fic?

T.W.:Hmm? Oh right...why is Itachi twitching?

Itachi:I'm attempting to keep from killing you and it's not easy.

T.W.:Why would you want to kill me in the first place?

Itachi:You're petting my cloak.

T.W.:Ooops!(lets go of cloak)Sorry, I didn't notice what I was petting, I just knew it was nice and silky. Well now ther's no warnings for this chapter so let's just get to it.

Chapter 20 Day One

Sasuke was preparing to perform the Chidori Nagashi while Naruto was practicing a new form of Rasengan about five feet away. Sasuke drew on his chakra and suddenly the Chidori flared and Naruto was thrown several feet away. Sasuke dropped the jutsu and ran over to him.

"Naruto!"

The blond got up from where he'd landed and Sasuke inspected him to make sure he wasn't injured.

"Sasuke what the hell just happened?"

"I don't know. I drew on my chakra and it was like the Chidori exploded."

Naruto frowned, "Maybe something's up with your chakra? Try the tree climbing exercise."

"I doubt anything will happen usuratonkachi."

"Better safe than sorry teme."

"Fine."

Sasuke ran at a tree, drew chakra to his feet, and ended up flying off the tree. Naruto caught his ankle before he could crash into another tree and helped him land on his feet.

"What the hell!"

Naruto was really worried now, "Maybe Kyu can help figure this out."

'Kyu?'

Hahahaha! That was great! Uchiha brat goes flying! Pfft! hahaha!

'Kyuubi!'

Whaaat?

'Any ideas why sasuke went flying?'

Oh yeah. that seal the old hag removed made it harder for him to draw on his native chakra, a way of forcing him to draw on the curse's power. But because your lover is so stubborn he still used his native chakra as much as possible so he got used to having to pull hard to draw on his chakra and now he's still pulling hard so he ends up putting too much chakra into his efforts. That's why the Chidori was so explosive and why the tree's surface repelled him. The Uchiha brat is going to have to learn chakra control all over again. Hahaha!

'Shut up you giant furball it's not funny! With Orochimaru two days away Sasuke needs to be able to fight as well as he always does!'

Well that is a problem. Don't worry, I'm sure that after training for six hours he'll have relearned chakra control and will be back to normal.

'Six hours? It took us days the last time!'

He already knows it so it won't take very long this time.

'Gee thanks you stupid ball of fluzz.'

Oh you're so welcome, ungrateful brat.

Naruto turned his attention to Sasuke.

"Well what did he say?"

"Uh well, cause of the seal you had to pull harder on your chakra than normal and cause you're so used to pulling hard now that the seal is gone you put too much chakra into what you're doing. Kyu said you need to relearn chakra control."

Sasuke pinched the bridge of his nose, "Damn. How long is that going to take?"

"He said about sic hours."

"Then we'd better get to work."

One hour later Sasuke had made it halfway up the tree and Naruto was sitting on the top branch, taunting him.

"Oh come on teme, that was pitiful! I did better when we were learning this."

That was a lie of course, but the taunts served their purpose. Sasuke brushed himself off and ran at the tree, intending to get to Naruto and make him pay for the insults. He got within three feet of tha blond before he slipped off again. He scowled as laughter and another insult rang out. "I swear I'm going to kick his ass for this.'

Sasuke had finally gotten the hang of climbing trees again and was working on walking on water. Naruto sat on a rock, pouting and occasionally rubbing the lump on his head. Taunting, while an effective motivator, had painful consequences so he decided to motivate Sasuke differently. If the Uchiha could remain walking on the water for thirty minutes straight, Naruto would give him a kiss, but if he couldn't manage it after three hours, Naruto wouldn't even sleep in the same bed with him for a week. Just as effective but without the painful consequences.

Sasuke had been walking on the water for an hour straight and now he went over to Naruto and leaned down, "I believe you owe me something usuratonkachi."

Naruto blushed at Sasuke's tone but kissed his teme reguardless. Sasuke, true to his dominating nature, took control of the kiss, plunging his tongue into Naruto's mouth and savoring the unique taste of his usuratonkachi until Naruto pushed him away and panted, "Need air, keep training."

Sasuke smirked and walked to the river bank to perform the Chidori Nagashi again. This time he did it flawlessly and Naruto grinned, "Oi teme! You want to learn how to combine the Chidori with a more advanced form of spatial recomposition?"

Sasuke raised an eyebrow, "I'm listening."

The sun was setting and both men were sweaty, dirty, and exausted. Sasuke eyed Naruto, "How the hell did you manage it?"

"Stubborness and one hell of a motivation."

"Which was?"

"Saving your ass from Orochimaru."

Naruto leaned up and gave Sasuke a quick peck on the lips, "Now let's go home, ne?"

All the Uchiha did was grunt but if you looked closely you could see a tiny smile on his lips as he followed Naruto.

Neji walked into his uncle's office, "You wished to see me Hiashi-sama?"

The head of the Hyuga clan looked at his nephew who so resembled Hizashi, "Yes, please sit down Neji."

He sat down corsslegged on one of the floor cusions.

"Neji I would like to know how you feel about the Kazekage."

Neji blinked in surprise and looked out the window, "When I'm with him I feel free, as if I've grown wings and am flying. I'm happy and at peace. He's the missing part of me and when I'm away from him it hurts. I love him more than I thought it possible to love anyone."

Hiashi looked away from his nephew's expression. He knew that he could no longer deny Neji's request to move to Suna.

"Neji come here."

Neji approached cautiously, "Yes Hiashi-sama?"

"I will deal with the paperwork for your move to Suna after the battle but I have a couple of requests."

"What are they?"

"First call me uncle not Hiashi-sama and second," Hiashi placed a hand on Neji's head, "you are my nephew and I'd like you to visit from time to time."

Neji was so surprised by the requests that he didn't even notice the slight tingle across his forehead.

"You have my word Hiashi-oji-san."

Hiashi smiled, "Thank you Neji. Now go spend some time with your lover."

Neji bowed out of the room and went to find Gaara.

Itachi:I'm assuming the chapter is over now?

T.W.:(looks up)Wha? Oh over already? That was fast.

Sai:(pouts)When am I going to have another cameo in this fic?

T.W.:Uh I think in the 23rd chapter?

Sai:That long!(pouts and shuffles away depressedly)

T.W.Itachi?

Itachi:What?

T.W.:Go molest Sai wherever and however you want to cheer him up.

Itachi:(smiled wickedly)I'll need some chocolate sauce, silk ropes, and cherry flavored lube.

T.W.:(rummages in her backpack) I thought you might ask for those thing soooo I came prepared(hands requested kinky items to Itachi)Have fun.

Itachi:Oh I will(takes off after Sai)
