Naruto stood proudly in the kitchen. It had been a week since they got home and he was waiting for Sasuke to get home from work.

Mikoto sent him a present; an apron which he was currently wearing. Of course, that's the only thing he was wearing. It was orange and said : Kiss the cook. :



Naruto smiled happily as he diced carrots to go into the stew , Tenten had given him the recipe. When he went to place them in the water, he knocked the knife of the counter and it slid under the fridge. Naruto glared at it as he crawled in front of the fridge. He squeezed his arm under it, searching for the knife.



A pair of strong hands grabbed his waist and lifted his butt higher in the air.



Naruto turned his head to see the smiling raven on his knees behind him.



"Welcome home, Sasuke."



"Remind me to thank my mother."



Naruto blushed as Sasuke ran his fingers across the smooth flesh.



"GAH, WHAT THE HELL?!"



Naruto's blush deepened as he tried to hide behind Sasuke. The raven glared at the kitchen entrance.



"I came over for dinner." Itachi smirked.



Kyuubi looked at the ground. "I came to keep an eye on that asshole."



He pointed at Itachi, who glared at him. Kyuubi still refused to look up as he tried to will away the image that was now burnt into his head.



"I'll get dressed now." Naruto pulled on Sasuke to stand up, and hid behind him until they made their way to the bedroom.

Kyuubi stared at Itachi. He hated him, right? So why the hell can't he stop thinking about the other male? He slammed his hands down on the table. (That's it. I've just been here too damn long.)



"THAT'S IT, YOU HEAR ME?!" Kyuubi yelled at no one.



Itachi raised an eyebrow to the fiery redhead. The same one who made his blood boil and made him actually want more than just lust and sex.



Kyuubi twitched a bit as he headed to finish dinner for Naruto.

Sasuke undid the apron and slid if off of Naruto.



"Sasuke." Sasuke grabbed the blonds head, turning it slightly so he could kiss him.



Naruto parted his lips to allow Sasuke's tongue in. Turning to face Sasuke without braking the kiss.



Sasuke broke the kiss and rested his forehead against Naruto's.



"The sooner we get out there with them, the sooner they'll leave." Naruto smiled at Sasuke, who grunted in response but moved out of the way so Naruto could dress.

Kyuubi's eyebrow twitched. Why the hell was Itachi staring at him? It was making it hard for him to concentrate. And there he went and cut himself because that asshole wouldn't stop staring.



Kyuubi's eyes widened when Itachi brought the bleeding finger to his lips, gently kissing it. Kyuubi blushed; he couldn't come up with a reaction to this.



"If you can interrupt us, then we will do the same to you." Sasuke glared at the intruding males as Naruto laughed at his brother's face.



If Sasuke had it his way, him and Naruto would probably never leave the room. But these interruptions were annoying him to no end.



Naruto walked over to the food. "It should be done soon."



"Not soon enough." Sasuke hoped that if he glared enough they would leave.



Itachi chuckled at Sasuke's behavior. His brother really surprised him. He didn't think Sasuke was actually serious about the blonde. When he realized he was, Itachi swallowed his pride and attempted to apologize, but Sasuke told him not to. Then things went back to normal. Well, sort of. Itachi figured out that the Uzumaki brothers had the ability to change people without even trying, and Itachi didn't really mind anymore.



Everything seemed so quiet. Naruto was finishing up the food with Sasuke's arms wrapped around his waist as the raven leaned his chin on the blonde's shoulder. Kyuubi watched the two as he noticed Itachi watching them as well. He was filled with happiness for Naruto, but also a little jealous and sad. But that was something he didn't want to think about.



He felt grateful to Sasuke for giving Naruto love. The love he felt his brother deserved. Itachi silently approached Kyuubi. He stood next to the male as they both continued to watch their younger brothers. The atmosphere seemed to be quite peaceful, Naruto would let out a quiet laugh every time Sasuke's breath tickled his neck.



"Sasuke, would you grab some bowls and spoons." Naruto slightly turned his head, he really didn't want the raven to move.



Sasuke stole a quick kiss before moving towards the cabinet.



They all sat down at the table to eat. Naruto stared at his brother, smiling a bit. He noticed his brother's internal battle with himself over Itachi.



"It's not what you think, Naruto. Whatever's going through that head of yours, forget it." Kyuubi crossed his arms and pouted about it, when he saw the smile on his brother's face. He knew that Naruto had figured it out.



Sasuke raised he eyebrow to Naruto, silently asking what that was about. Naruto laughed as he kissed Sasuke's cheek, quietly telling him that he would tell him later.



Kyuubi's eyes narrowed. They were plotting against him, he was sure, he thought as he started stuffing his mouth.



Itachi smirked as he began eating as well.

"Good, your finished eating. You both can leave now." Naruto let out a little laugh at the impatience of his lover.



"Very well little brother." Itachi smirked as he stood.



"I'd stay, but I don't want to watch what you'll be doing to my baby brother." Kyuubi followed suit. Naruto walked his brother to the door.



Kyuubi hugged his little brother. As he did he whispered into the blonde's ear.



"They expect us there in three days." Naruto's eyes clouded over for a moment, but nodded his head.



He knew this was coming, and so did Kyuubi, but Naruto didn't care because being here with Sasuke was worth it, and he was sure it would all work out in the end.
