The next morning
Naruto watched Gaara and Neji sleep peacefully. He walked out of the house and down the street. It was a slow day for him. Naruto worked at a small coffea shop.
When a guy with short grey hair and round lens glasses.
“Hi” Naruto said looking at the boy “What would you like?”
“I’m looking for somebody” He asked looking around “A Naruto Uzumaki?”
Naruto looked the young man up and down.
“Never heard of him…” Naruto trailed off.
The young man nodded and walked out of the shop.
Naruto quickly ran to the back and clocked out. Naruto ran at top speed back home.
Naruto heard the urgent footsteps following him. Naruto made a wrong turn purposely, he wouldn’t lead them to Neji and Gaara. Naruto dived in a ally way and lost them. He pulled out a letter that already had his address on it, Naruto made them so if they were ever in trouble that the others would know.
Naruto crept out of the ally way and to the nearest mailbox. Naruto dropped the letter in and turned to come face to face with the young man looking for him earlier.
“Naruto, nice to meet you.” He said
Then everything went black.

Gaara awoke to the soft breathing of Neji and laughed. He was tired, but no matter what he always woke up before Neji. Gaara knew Naruto would be gone by the time he and Neji woke up.
Gaara waited around for Naruto, but he never showed.
“Neji!” Gaara snapped shaking him out of his sleep.
“Huh?” Neji flew up looking around the room. “What’s wrong?”
“Naruto isn’t back” Gaara shouted
“Gaara, I’m sure he’s fine he just had to work later than usual.” Neji sighed sitting up “Remember the last time you thought something had happened to Naruto? He came home and we were out looking for him for hours. Then he thought something had happened to us and we ended up finding each other in the park.”
Gaara nodded and looked out the window.
“No…” Gaara said sadly “It’s different this time…”
Gaara eyes watered and he looked in Nejis eyes.
