Show and Tell2: Neji's Return

Hey everybody! I don’t’ know when I’ll get to another update for sure. I’m going out of town until Sunday, so you’ll have to wait until then for another one.

Hinata let out a long sigh as she woke on the cold and snowy November morning. Naruto was already lying awake beside her. Hinata had been in heaven lately, Neji was gone and her mother and father were away visiting her aunt. She had the house to herself with the exception of her sister Hanabi, but she hung out with her cousins her age most of the time so that meant that she and Naruto had been taking advantage of this absence. However, Hinata wasn’t ready for what was about to happen that morning. Neji, Lee and Ten Ten were heading back from their mission, however in the peaceful early morning hours, she head the front door open. She assumed it was Neji. It wasn’t….it was Hinata’s mother. Hinata hopped straight out of bed and quickly got dressed. Naruto was equally alarmed but somehow he managed not to spazz and kept relatively quiet. Hinata had a moment of brief panic, his clothes were strung out across the floor and he was naked in her bed. Hinata thought fast and motioned for him to get under her bed. She quickly shoved his clothes underneath the bed and curled up under the covers once more. She was wearing her robe, that would seem legitimate and the way her bed was positioned in the room it was difficult to see underneath it.

She laid there as relaxed as she could while she listened to her parents mill around out in the living room. “Please go to bed and have sex…please go to bed and have sex…” Hinata begged. She knew it would be much easier getting Naruto back out of the house if they would go to bed. However, since it was the early morning hours they probably weren’t tired nor were they interested in screwing when there was work to do around the huge home. “Shit, shit, shit. The one time I would love to listen to them fuck!” Hinata said to herself.

Neji, Lee and Ten Ten were about 3 hours away from Konoha. The mission had been successful and the trip back was surprisingly low maintenance, well except for Lee’s slight obsession with the governor’s daughter and how he would love to get to know her better. Neither Neji nor Ten Ten were certain what he meant by that, knowing Lee it was more innocent than both of them were interpreting it. All three of them were anxious to get home and away from the cold winter that surrounded them. Ten Ten was pissed because she had gotten her period that morning and she had pretty much bled all over the sleeping bag the night before…she would have rather it been her pants.

“Neji! Ten Ten! We should tell Gai Sensei that our mission was successful upon our arrival home! He will be proud for our safe return! He will truly think that our teamwork is something to…” Neji cut Lee off.

“Lee, it was a delivery assignment…really it wasn’t anything special.” Neji told him, he hated to break down Lee’s enthusiasm but sometimes Lee did get a bit carried away; especially when it came to missions like this.

“Hey, we’re back.” Hinata’s mother poked her head into Hinata’s room. Hinata smiled from her bed.

“Hey, mom.” She answered sweetly.

“I’m going to unpack and do some laundry. Do you need anything washed?” she asked.

“Not that I can really think of.” Hinata answered even though she had messy underwear underneath her bed. She would wash those on her own later sometime.

“Okay.” Hinata’s mother left her alone. It was at this point Hinata was truly wondering how she was going to get Naruto out of the house without her father finding out. Hinata leaned over the bed, there was Naruto haphazardly positioned underneath the bed. At least he was dressed now. “I don’t know how the hell I’m going to get you out of here!” Hinata whispered loudly under the bed to Naruto.

“Don’t worry about me. I’ll be fine under here. Take your time figuring something out.” Naruto said grinning. Hinata got out of bed so as not to make the situation suspicious.

Neji, Lee and Ten Ten had arrived home. Neji had said goodbye to Ten Ten and was on his way back to the Hyuuga mansion. Lee had agreed to deliver the mission report to Hokage Tsunade. It didn’t take Neji long to get home. He knocked on the door but then opened it.

“I’m home!” He called to whoever answered. Hinata came bolting down the hall.

“Neji! You have got to help me! Naruto spent the night, mom and dad came home early and now he’s hiding out underneath my bed!” Neji laughed at her. “I’m serious, shut up!” Hinata said aggravated.

“Okay, okay let me put this pack of stuff in the laundry room and greet Hiashi and we’ll figure something out.” Neji said trying to reassure her panicky disposition. Hinata stayed in the kitchen and nervously bit on her fingernails while Neji calmly unloaded his stuff in the laundry room and went off to find his uncle. After a few moments that seemed more like hours Neji reappeared. “Alright, now listen this has to happen fast. You go to your mom and do something with her, Hiashi is outside but he won’t be out there more than 10 minutes. You need to go distract your mom while I go into your room get Naruto out and slip him out the living room sliding door.”

“Alright, I’m going.” Hinata scurried off to find her mother and distract her, which wasn’t that hard to do. Hiashi was in the back of the Hyuuga gardens cleaning ice out of one of the fountains so it would function in the spring. Neji went into Hinata’s room.

“Naruto…get out from under there now, hurry. I’m getting you out.” Neji whispered watching the hallway carefully. Naruto clumsily crawled out form under Hinata’s bed and Neji hurried him down the hall and into the living room. He barely opened up the door and squeezed Naruto through. “Stay to the front of the house.’ Neji instructed him.

“Thanks Neji!” Naruto said, almost too loudly. He had made it with time to spare; Hiashi hadn’t yet come inside…success. Now it was time for Neji to unwind.
