It became apparent that Red Moon was not prepared to face the amount of
Leafs that swarmed them and they tried to retreat by causing as much confusion
as possible with smoke bombs explosions and the like. But Shikamaru had been prepared for this and many of the
enemy found themselves caught.
Orochimaru and his more elite fighters slipped away, evading capture,
but Sasuke was not so lucky. HeÕd
gotten distracted by the sight of familiar blonde hair, and as he locked eyes
with Naruto and gave him a regarding nod, he stumbled carelessly over a wire
which sent spikes hurtling towards him. But a force slammed into him, tackling
and rolling him to safety. When he realized what had just happened, he found
himself in an alley away from the fray, held securely in Naruto's arms.

Later, Naruto returned to leaf and was
ecstatic to hear that no one was injured and that the cargo was safe.
