Gottcha

~ Part 2 and an Unexpected Twist ~

Naruto stood there in Iruka's arms so many things were going through his head. He kept crying his hand slid over his face wiping the tears away,
" I can't believe he would do this to me, Iruka-sensei why would Sasuke hurt me like this?" Naruto sobbed before pulling away and ran out of Iruka's apartment.
He couldn't believe what Sasuke was doing, running down the street Naruto went to the hokage monument and sat on the top of the mountain and looked down.
" Sasuke... how could you do this to me.. I love you, I thought you did too I guess I was wrong" Naruto whispered putting his arms around himself.
Inside him the Kyuubi sensed the pain in Naruto's heart.

Iruka stood there and sighed " I wonder if Sasuke really intended to do this much to Naruto" Iruka thought outloud as he closed the door to his apartment.

Sasuke returned to his apartment with Temari and shut the door, " I think Shikamaru is shock still standing on the street, But Sasuke do you really want to hurt Naruto?"Temari asked looking at the last remaining Uchiha in Konoha. The raven haired teen just stood there " Naturo will get over it, he always does" he remarked.

Inside, Sasuke worried that his plan would backfire and that he would loose Naruto forever.

On the mountain top Naruto sat watching the village below him and all the people walking along the streets living their lives normal. This pain it's slowly breaking my heart, I don't want to remember this... I really thought Sasuke loved me.. but maybe I was just a little toy that he used.. maybe I was to much and I drove him away.... could all this be my fault.. maybe I was never meant to love or be loved by anyone. Naruto thought as he pulled his legs up against his body and laid on the hard rock curled in a ball his sobs grew louder till they sounded like a wounded animal slowly getting ready to die.

Days past by slowly news of the wedding being true filled the village, everyone had been invited even Naruto and Shikamaru who were still debating to go. Sakura and Iruka began to really worry about Naruto when he seemed to be not eatting since he was rarely seen around the village ramen shops or any food store for that matter but he didn't seem to be getting any thinner or weaker when he was seen.

Naruto walked down the street there was something different about him and everyone noticed it, though no one asked him knowing that the pain of loosing Sasuke to a woman would be too much.

The young blonde ninja had even passed up missions which he always looked forward to, even talking to people...he just kept talking to himself.
Sasuke had seen Naruto on only once after the last few days, when their eyes met they only locked for a minute before the blonde took off again not once saying a word to the young rebel of the heart.

Sakura had tried to get Naruto to tell her what was wrong but even then he stayed silent, he always looked on the verge of tears when Sasuke's name was spoken " I'm sorry Sakura.. I should be going, I have other things to do" he whispered as Sasuke walked over to them a small fake smile on his face, he looked at his lover the look on his foxy face tore at Sasuke's heart.

" Naruto... I know your hurting, but I'm only doing this to rebuild my clan." Sasuke lied

The blonde turned around quickly his eyes flashing red " so that gives you the right to break my heart, just so you can marry Shikamaru's girlfriend and hurt him as well !"

Sasuke just stood there and looked away from Naruto and saw that Sakura had left them alone to talk " Naru.. what would you say if I told you this was all a joke?" he asked softly walking forward and standing before his lover looking down into Naruto's eyes. The blue eyed ninja just stared back.

" I would have to say this was a cruel sick joke, and that your just as evil as your brother to hurt me like this Sasuke and besides...... never mind." Naruto said trying to hold back his tears and his urge to jump the taller ninja and kiss him. " I still love you Sasuke, please just tell me this is all a dream" Naruto said softly falling to his knees and sobbing before his lover.

The older chunin crouched before Naruto and wiped away the tears " is there something you want to tell me Naruto? I've been your lover for a long time I can tell when you want to tell me something important" he said softly cupping Naruto's jaw in his hands " please tell me what you wanted to tell me" he asked softly.

Naruto just kneeled there in the dusty street and leaned forward burying his head against Sasuke's chest taking in Sasuke's scent.

" I've been talking to the Kyuubi and I think I'm pregnant Sasuke" Naruto whispered keeping close to Sasuke tears forming in his eyes again.

The young Uchiha felt Naruto's tears but he had no idea what to do.
