--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Four weeks had passed since their first sexual encounter, and Sakura had never felt as liberated as she did with Sasuke. It had been slightly awkward between the two of them at first, but once he smirked that million-dollar-smirk at her, she’d melted into a puddle at his feet. He was such a tease sometimes, but Sakura found herself enjoying him, and indulging in him at every chance. Sometimes, they’d take lunch together, but they never had any time to do anything. Plus, it wasn’t as if Sakura had a lot to say to her boss that was outside the office or the heat of the moment.

Still, there was a nagging sense of companionship that was fulfilled when Sasuke was around her. She liked his presence andhis masculine scent. Sakura felt balanced for once in a very long time. Not only were her sexual needs being surpassed, but she had someone to lean on, if she ever needed to. They weren’t in love, but they shared a common understanding of each other which was more than she could claim for any of the crushes she’d had during high school.

It was late on a Monday night, and Sakura felt more exhausted than she appeared. Make-up can be useful every once in a while. She’d been sitting up all night after hours, working on a project Sasuke had given her. It wasn’t anything she could not handle, but she was a bit peeved that he hadn’t given her a lot of time to finish it properly. "I need it for tomorrow," Sakura found herself mimicking her boss. "Very good, Haruno," he would say. Hmm, it didn’t matter much to her though, she’d get him back.

She’d just take out her pent up frustrations on him when the next opportunity presented itself. She very well couldn’t waltz up to him and scream in his face. No, no, no! He could fire her, then. Besides that would look completely unprofessional. It would make her seem that she was emotionally affected by their little rendevous, and she definitely wasn’t. She hadn’t romantically involved herself in a relationship since her divorce. . .Although, she hadn’t really been romantically involved during her marriage, either.

Sakura didn’t know why she allowed her thoughts to wander to her boss, especially since she was supposed to be working. Hey, it wasn’t her fault that he was so damn sexy! A girl could live a little, right? Fantasize a little? She had a feeling that she took it to a whole new level, one that probably had a diagnosis in a doctor’s vocabulary. It was near twelve o’clock when she finally finished typing up a final copy of the report and she could literally feel her eyelids drooping and her vision blurring. It had definitely been a long day, and Sakura wished it would be the weekend already. She sat back in her chair and almost fell asleep before she realized she still needed a shower.

With her eyes closed, she mentally argued that it would be better to shower in the morning, in fact it would help to wake her up. She felt another point arise, and then be late? Nuh uh! Besides she had her sweet caffeine-filled-coffee to do the waking up in the morning. Sighing miserably, Sakura made her way into the master bedroom and then to the bathroom. She tiredly made sure that there was a towel already there and was glad that she didn’t have to look for her blow dryer either.

Sakura waited for the water to turn from cold to hot. She didn’t really know why, but she loved the water to be just a little cooler than scalding hot. It felt really good on her skin, the only downside being the vapour on her mirror afterwards. She soaped up her hair and body, then rinsed herself off. She picked up the bottle of conditioner and squirted more than she needed into her palm. She ran her fingers through her hair, spreading the slippery liquid. A shudder went through her body as she remembered the last time she’d had sex in a shower. It had been with Neji, a few months ago. She idly wondered what it would be like to have sex in a shower with Sasuke. The mental image was so hot, she couldn’t help but feel the deep desire for the real thing. It still bothered her though, what the hell would she do when he found out about her. . .obsession? Man, it would be awkward if he didn’t like it.

She would face complete mortification and embarrassment every time she saw him. She could feel her cheeks heat up at the thought of his sickened expression, but couldn’t tell if it was from her thoughts alone or from the shower’s temperature. She didn’t know how to bring it up anyway! She knew that she couldn’t just settle for regular sex, though. What was she going to do?

Pushing her thoughts aside she shut the shower off and wrapped the big towel around her middle. She flicked on the hair dryer and began to dry the front and sides of her hair. Then, when she was satisfied with that, she flipped her head over and dried the back, cursing when she managed to burn her fingers with the heat.

She pulled over a light blue tank top with a built in bra, after turning off the dryer, and a pair of striped boxer shorts. Her legs hadn’t needed to be shaved and were silky-smooth to the touch, even if they looked a bit red from the hot shower. Sakura lazilythumped over to her fluffy, queen-sized bed and plopped face down onto it. Within minutes, she was snoozing away, dreaming of her sexy-as-hell boss.

The next morning, Sakura was woken up by the sound of her ringing alarm clock and the telephone. Great. She forced herself to get up to answer the phone. As soon as she picked it up, she had a feeling of impending doom. Had she forgotten something? There was nothing that she could think of. She slammed the snooze button on the clock and tried to sound a little more awake, "Hello?" Her instincts were confirmed when she heard a deep voice hissing over the line, "Sakura, where the hell are you?"

She was a bit confused, her clock read that it was the regular time for her to wake up, "What are you talking about? I always wake up at this time...Shit! I totally forgot to reset my alarm for this morning!" "Haruno, you have exactly fifteen minutes to get your ass to work! How could you possibly forget the presentation I have today!" He sounded extremely stressed already, and Sakura knew she could only be adding to the problem. She felt a small stab of guilt, before she recalled at how hard she’d been working all night for him.

She felt her hackles begin to rise, far too early for a Tuesday morning. He’d probably forgotten about it, and asked her to do it for him! Bastard! "Excuse me! I stayed up all night working on your report! I’ll be there when I’m ready!" She practically screeched into the receiver before smashing the phone back onto its cradle. It was a bit of a white lie, considering she had been in bed by one at least, but he didn’t need to know that.

She knew he was probably going to be angry with her when she got into work, and even though she’d implied that she’d take her sweet time getting there, she knew she had to be there in fifteen minutes, or else. Thank God that the office buildingwasn’t too far away. She even decided to skip her morning coffee, which was saying a lot, and mentallypraised herself for taking a shower the night before. She’d thrown on the first outfit she’d found. She was wearing a beige suit with a tan top underneath her fitted jacket. Not even stopping for a piece of toast, Sakura checked that she had all the materials needed for the presentation. It just wouldn’t do if she screwed up again.

She grabbed her keys and almost broke into a jog to her vehicle. She had at least eight to ten minutes left to get there, and he’d better be grateful that she had a bunch of cosmetics in her desk to primp herself with once she got there. He didn’t say she couldn’t be late with the papers, just said that she had to be there. Heh. Make him sweat a little. Sakura’s mischievous side was emerging, and she had a feeling she’d better squash it before she found herself in bigger trouble.

She pulled up into the parking lot with exactly three minutes left. She swiped her identificationcard that would be her proof that she’d arrived on time and raced to the elevator and up to her floor. She knew she was getting closer and closer to being officially late when she finally reached her desk. Oh well. She quickly applied some mascara and lip gloss before making her way to Sasuke’s office.

Anxiety began to build in her stomach and she decided to quicken her pace as to lighten the blow he was sure to deal her for being late. She was in such a hurry that she almost opened the door without knocking. She couldn’t be too careful this morning. Normally, there wouldn’t be a lecture or huge penalty, but she was in hot water already. Softly tapping on the door, Sakura waited for her cue to enter his private office. She heard a few papers rustling and a muffled ‘come in’ before slowly opening the door.

She peered in and was relieved that no one else was there. So, she wasn’t completely late. Still, she had to admit that she was nervous; she’d never found herself in this situation before and had no idea what to expect from Sasuke, especially since they were connected on a somewhat personal level. She took a silent, deep breath before confidently walking into the room.

She made it to his desk without looking at him or meeting his gaze, that she was sure was upon her. She almost kicked herself for acting so weak. Where was her mischievous side, now that she needed her? Sakura knew that if she didn’t stand up to him now, she’d look cowardly and he’d be able to have his way with her whenever he wanted to.

She raised her head and looked at him, directly into his dark eyes. She made to give her face a casual expression before softly clearing her throat to speak, but he beat her to it. "You actually made it," he began, "I’m surprised." His snide comments were turning up the heat, and Sakura felt her blood boil as it had been doing quite often recently. Good God, she was going to have a heart attack by the time she was thirty-five.

Her sculpted eyebrows drew in together and her mouth formed into a frustrated grimace. She was upset, to say the least. Shit. Not only was he getting the best of her, but she had forgotten the damn papers on her desk! How could she be so, so, so stupid! A thought struck her, and her face lost all hostility. She mentally smiled devilishly at her own scheming. Oh, he’d get his.

She decided she would go for the dumb approach which would fool him easily enough. She opened her mouth to talk again, and this time he let her, "Yes, I’m here now." That was all she said. She glanced at his gorgeous face again and noticed he was the one frowning this time. "Where is the report, Haruno?" Sakura pretended to be shocked and let her eyes widen as well. She hadn’t taken drama in school for nothing. "Oh my God," she started before placing her hand over her eyes to hide their amusement, "oh no, I can’t believe I...No, I couldn’t have, oh Lord, I did!" She turned around so he couldn’t see her smirking. His expression was priceless; she was about to burst into laughter at any second. "What did you do?" He asked, more than a little irritated. "I think I forgot the report on my desk!" She exclaimed, sounding upset.

"Why don’t you just go grab them?" Sakura could tell his patience was wearing thin, "I mean, I left them at home!" Heh. He was falling right into her trap. She heard him sigh impatiently, "Haruno, I have no time for this today. I know that you didn’t forget them at home." She gasped and turned around to face him. "You do?" She asked in a surprised voice. He eyed her smugly, "Yes."

Sakura felt her confidence dwindling away in front of her. So much for her marvelous plan to give her boss a heart attack before he gave her one, but she wouldn’t lose her cool just yet. "How do you know that?" Sakura mentally slapped herself for sounding so apprehensive. "Because, if you did, you and I both know that you wouldn’t want to be in my office right now," he replied.

She chewed her bottom lip before innocently asking, "Was I really that obvious?" She restrained herself from laughing nervously. It wasn’t working; his expression was the same as before: blank. . .He wasn’t saying anything, making the situation more awkward than it already was. The only message that was clearly being sent through the eerie silence was that the papers had better be on his desk in less than a minute.

She felt her inner self crying, how did this happen? Bah, he probably took drama, too. Yeah, that’s it! Well, it didn’t matter, she’d play by his rules for now, considering the circumstances. But later. . .Well, that would be a different story and she’d have all day to plot and scheme. She really was very immature, Sakura realized as she hustled out of his office.

It was so fun though! She didn’t understand how people, namely her boss, could keep a stoic and expressionless face twenty-four-seven. Did they practice in front of a mirror for hours? She stuck out her tongue instinctively, and prayed to God that no one was watching her silly inner rant.

Sakura was sure that she looked positively foolish. She swiped the folder off her desk and rushed back, down the narrow hallway, and back into his office. The papers plopped down onto his huge mahogany desk–that Sakura had no clue how anyone could have gotten into the room in the first place--and left the room before he could look up from whatever he was reading to say anything.

To say she was frustrated with herself was an understatement. Not only had she let the Uchiha, which was how she decided to refer to him, under her skin for a moment, but she had expressed more emotion in public than she had during her marriage! Something was definitely not right! She felt the "you go, girl!" sound in the back of her mind somewhere, and glared at her computer screen. She would get him back!

The heat in the room was becoming irritating and her self-anger was heightening to the point where she was even feeling sexually frustrated. Great. Just another problem to add to her very long list of problems. They just all happened to involve her boss now didn’t they, hmm? Well, damn him then! It was his fault he was so sexy and she was too lazy to find someone else to sleep with. The dinging of the elevator alerted her attention, and she knew that the business partners had arrived. That was her cue.

She rose from her chair on wheels and grabbed the pamphlet packages for the guest arrivals. Dang, she hoped they didn’t stay until lunch, she really did not want to take any of their orders. She spread on a bit more lip gloss before smacking on the most pleasant smile she could possibly manage that morning, with no coffee. The conference room had been cleaned and readied for their meeting, of what she didn’t really know.

Of course, had she been a good secretary she would. . .But who could blame her for being distracted? She found herself greeting the guests and almost froze when she looked up to what looked to be their ‘leader’. She fell silent and made a quick observation, of which she would fully exploit. . .Later, in the comfort of her penthouse, by herself.

He was dark and handsome, just like Sasuke.

He was stoic and scary looking, in an evil sort of way, just like Sasuke.

He was a delicious, sexy morsel, just like Sasuke.

He appeared intelligent and aloof, just like Sasuke.

If she looked really hard, from his face, she could see he needed a bit more sleep, just like Sasuke!

No way! She’d really scored this morning! She got to meet. . .Deep Breath. . .The Uchiha Itachi! The most famous business executive known to man! The most sexy, breathtaking, hot guy on the face of the earth, with the exception of his younger brother! Of course he was just like Sasuke, or maybe Sasuke was like him, whichever, it didn’t matter! What mattered was that she needed to stop mentally gaping like a fish, greet him appropriately and respectfully, and show him and his crew to the conference room.

She smiled politely. "Good morning, sir" she began calmly, "If you and your associates would like to follow me, I will show you to the seminar room where Mr. Uchiha will meet with you promptly." He only nodded in response but it was nearly enough to send her into a frenzy of sighs and giggles.

She turned around and began walking toward the room, feeling several pairs of eyes gazing at her. She rolled her eyes, she really was immature! Nevertheless, Sakura decided she might not be so unwilling to serve them lunch after all. She almost laughed aloud when she thought about being Itachi’s cough desert cough.

She left them in the large, spacious room to retrieve the other Uchiha. Meh. Well, if she could only ogle Itachi, she’d more than settle for getting tangled in the sheets with her boss! Besides, there was no denying that Sasuke had a bit more feeling in him than his elder brother. Though Sakura didn’t know the whole story between them, she did know that this meeting was extremely important for Sasuke. She couldn’t create a blockade against her curiosity, and mentally noted to ask her dark-haired lover when the nextopportunity arose.

The rest of the morning was relatively quiet, and Sakura busied herself with her work. It wasn’t really difficult, and she wondered why she became a secretary again. She’d had the grades and qualifications for something greater, but she’d settled for so little. She felt pretty old thinking back upon the time when she was younger with big dreams of becoming a doctor or a surgeon. Those dreams had died hard when she married Shino.

She’d been so stupid and too young! Dammit! Taking a silent deep breath, she attempted to calm herself down. She was zoning out too often at work, she knew that. It was now time to refocus her goals and get working. If she could only do that without the sound of her constantly buzzing P.A.! What!

Her head shook clear of her thoughts when she finally registered that her boss was attempting to page her, and she was going to make him look incredibly stupid, sitting there, paging his secretary. Her eyes widened, why did she always have torisk her job? She quickly pressed a button to answer the page and picked up the receiver. "Yes, can I help you, sir?" She asked nicely, not knowing if everyone was listening or not.

"Ms. Haruno," Uh oh, yeah they were definitely listening, "We’d like to continue through lunch, would you please come to the seminar room?" It was more of a command than a request, but Sakura knew he was giving his all. How could she say no? "Yes, sir, I’ll be there quickly." With that she hung up, gathered a pen and small pad of paper prior to heading for the meeting room.

Lunch had been brief, and she’d been dismissed shortly after being called. It really was as if she were some sort of pet dog, depressing really. Sakura found herself sitting at her desk once again, bored out of her mind. Jeeze, without her boss constantly ordering her around there really wasn’t a lot to do around the office. Fantasizing about crazy sex didn’t suit her restless mood and she was at a loss. . .Except! Sasuke still had to pay! Ooohh! Suddenly the office atmosphere didn’t seem so unappealing, especially when she could plot her little plot right under his nose. She felt like letting out a sinister laugh, a ‘Bwuhahaha’ if you will. Withher excitement barely contained, she began to think and perfect her revenge against her boss, and of course it would have tobe dirty.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sasuke slumped in his chair and released a deep sigh of relief. The meeting was finally over and his brother had left his presence for the time being. He impulsively rubbed his temples in circular motions to alleviate the day’s built up stress. He had almost panicked when Sakura hadn’t made her appearance on schedule as he planned that morning. God, just imagining his humiliation in front of his brother if he hadn’t had those reports made him cringe. True, he was partially to blame for not remembering them at the bottom of the stack of papers piled a mile high on his desk, but she was his secretary for Pete’s sake! She was supposed to be on time when he had a scheduled meeting!
And what was with her cranky attitude when he'd phoned her? She was the one who was late, not him. Though, he almost believed her when she’d told him she would take her time getting to the office. He had prayed for his sake that she wouldn’t. Thank God she came through; he supposed Sakura was like that. Whatever, it was all over and everything had somehow gone over smoothly.

Itachi hadn’t flashed him a mocking smirk or made any criticizing comments throughout, and they’d even discussed potential deals between their companies. That was good, no better than good, it was fantastic. If Itachi was beginning to accept his way of business then his father might lay off for a bit. Che, yeah right, maybe in the next life time. A guy could dream a little though, right?

And what about his dreams from the last few nights, huh? Having wild, animal sex with his secretary, huh? Was he really that deprived that he had to wake up with a hard-on in the morning? Life was so unfair when your wife would rather do the pool boy. From what he remembered though, Ino wasn’t near as good as Sakura was.

Besides who knew what type of STD’s she was getting from sleeping around. At least he knew Sakura was safe, or at least he believed she was. He knew he should probably ask her, though the situation might become cumbersome for him. Sasuke didn’t want to catch any funky disease, no matter how nicely she could suck his cock.

He hadn’t spent the night or at leasta portionof it with Sakura in five days and he was beginning to feel the side effects. He idly toyed with the idea of doing it during the day, but decided against suggesting it. She might go with the idea, but would most likely feel uncomfortable in the office. Here, and everywhere elsewith the exception of insidea bedroom, he treated her the same way as he always did: distantly and professionally. It was only natural, though, since he was married and didn’t want any attachments between them. Although Sasuke could already see that he depended on her for sexual relief. He sincerely hoped she didn’t want anything more than that. It was the only thing that could go wrong in their relationship.

Sasuke checked the time on his watch and realized how late in the evening it was. Sakura would be clocking out soon, and that left him by himself on the top floor. He figured to himself that they were both stressed and it would be a generous idea to order take out over some hot sex in a nice hotel. God, the thought made him sound even more desperate, but he was clueless as how else to proposition her. She was reasonably quiet about her preferences unless they were caught up in something and both completely out of control.

Still he knew he had charms and wasn’t exactly coy to admit it. He knew perfectly well what women liked about him. He would just have to suck it up and ask her if she were busy. He hoped to God she was as frustrated as he was. He quietly left the empty meeting room and walked toward the main area where Sakura’s desk was at. She appeared to be loosely concentrated between reading something and typing up the keyboard. He casually walked over to her desk and waited for her to take notice of him.

When she finally did look at him, he was caught off guard. She was so serious, her pretty emerald gaze piercing at him. He heard her clear her throat before she asked, "Yes?" For once in his life he was thankful for his quick wit and thinking. He shook his head lightly, indicating that it wasn’t anything too serious. "No, nothing, I just wanted to thank you for hurrying in this morning." He observed carefully as her emotions played across her face. She was surprised he was thanking her, he guessed. "Oh yes," she replied, obviously remembering, "I’m so sorry I overslept. The meeting seemed very important. Is that all?"

Wait a minute, was she brushing him off? Not likely. He continued to watch her as she shut off her computer and stacked some papers on top of the table. She looked up at him again, almost curiously, before saying, "Sorry, sir, I have to get going. I’ll see you tomorrow morning, and I promise, I will not be late." She pushed away from her desk and folded her suit jacket over her arm. So she was brushing him off! Just like that, too! Damn secretaries! He felt like his jaw should have been falling to the tiled floor, but instead he only nodded in comprehension.

He almost couldn’t believe his eyes as she just walked away from him and toward the elevator doors. This was completely absurd! He was not affected though, not in the least. It didn’t bother him that he would probably wake up aroused the following morning, either. Not one bit. She looked once more over her shoulder before walking into the opening doors. Sasuke waited for the doors to close and the elevator to fall a few floors before stomping back to his own office. He sat down in front of his desk and tried to concentrate on the simple reports that had been set aside for his meeting.

It was no use, he knew, and he clenched his fists tightly. He was angry at her and at himself! Angry at her for making him feel such adeep carnal urge, and even more furious with himself forbeing vulnerable to her schemes! She was a witch, a witch! And he was seriously be-witched by her. God dammit! Today really, really wasn’t his day.
