Chapter 3

Sasuke woke up with a start. He could feel an overwhelming chakra coming from the forest. He could sense the familiarity of that chakra and knew instantly who it belonged to. In one word Naruto. What the hell could he be doing at this time of the morning? Looking at his clock it said 4:30am. Knowing that sleep wasn't going to come back to him, Sasuke got up and dressed. His destination was the forest where Naruto was.
Not that Sasuke cared what Naruto was doing, it was none of his concern, but there was something about it that made Sasuke's curiosity get the better of him. In almost no time Sasuke had made it close to where Naruto was. And the sight that greeted Sasuke shocked the hell out of him.
Naruto was sparring, against what looked like some clones, but who the clones resembled caused Sasuke to take notice.
One clone looked exactly like Sakura.
Sakura was attacking him with full force, not holding anything back and fighting like the real Sakura would. Normally a transformed clone could not use the same jutsu that the real one had.
But for some reason this jutsu was different. Because at that moment, another transformed clone attacked Naruto with a move that he knew very well. Chidori was unleashed against Naruto from the clone that looked exactly like him. Used his own jutsu and that wasn't all, the clone had Sharingan eyes that resembled his own.
That was just not possible! What kind of advanced jutsu was this?
When had Naruto learned this? How had he learned something like this without Sasuke knowing about it.
He thought that he knew every trick that Naruto had up his sleeve, but there are things that Naruto wasn't showing him. Naruto was hiding things from Sasuke, but why? Didn't Naruto trust him? Or was it maybe something else. Considering anytime Naruto mastered a new jutsu, he was just itching to show it off. But if Naruto had something like this, then why had nobody ever seen it before?
From this one thing rang clear in Sasuke's mind. Naruto was way stronger than he let on. Naruto was hiding his true capabilites from everyone, and even from him. Sasuke had always thought something was off when he sparred with Naruto lately. It always felt as if Naruto was holding back on him. And now he knew that the feeling was true.
Why was Naruto hiding his power like that?
Suddenly the clones vanished into thin air with a poof. Naruto slumped to the ground panting slightly and covered in sweat.
Sasuke's thoughts came to a halt as he observed what happened next. Naruto was training without wearing a shirt. Sasuke's mouth went dry as he took in Naruto's half naked sweaty form. Oh god! Why had he not noticed this until now? Sasuke couldn't help but stare at that broad expanse of tanned flesh that was extremly well developed.
Sasuke's eyes were glued to where Naruto's muscles were shifting as he stretched his arms up over his head.
Even back 5 years ago, Sasuke knew that he was attracted to Naruto, but now seeing him as a grown man of 18, it made all those feelings come rushing to the forefront of his mind. Feelings that he thought had been long buried and forgotten.
Sasuke had never gotten over his crush on Naruto, and his body was reminding him of what he felt for him. His lower anatomy was quickly becoming hard as dirty thoughts suddenly flooded Sasuke's mind. All of them involving him moving over to Naruto, kissing him senseless and dragging him off to his house to have wild sex all night long.
Sasuke groaned as he shifted his groin to try and relieve the pressure that had built there. He still didn't know if Naruto had felt any sexual desire for him, but the fact that Naruto never went after anyone for a date, or seemed to be with anyone gave Sasuke hope.
Naruto used to have the biggest crush on Sakura. About 2 years ago, Naruto had stopped chasing after Sakura, and Sakura had started going out with Lee.
Hinata used to have the biggest crush on Naruto. 3 years ago she had decided that Naruto would never see her as anything but a friend, and then she started going out with Kiba.
Naruto had stopped with any sort of romantic interest in anyone. Devoting himself to training, sparring with Sasuke, and missions.
Sakura told Sasuke once that she would have went out with Naruto, but Naruto by that time had told her that he liked someone else.
She said that the person that Naruto liked would never love him back, that he was destined to forever be alone.
Sasuke remembered feeling intense rage and jealousy. Rage because Naruto was too good for anyone and the person he liked could go rot in hell for rejecting Naruto like that. Jealousy because Sasuke was jealous of the mystery person that had captured Naruto's affections.
Sakura had a mysterious smile on her face as she had looked at him.
Damn! His thoughts must have shown because Sakura had asked him then “ So is it true? Is Naruto destined to be alone because you could never love him back?”
Sasuke froze at that seemingly innocent question. What? Why would she ask him that question? Naruto....loved him?But he thought that Sasuke would never be able to return his feelings and never told him. That was the same that time too. Sasuke had been afraid of being rejected by Naruto and never told him how he felt.
Now Naruto won't tell him because he is afraid that he will be rejected and won't tell Sasuke that he likes him.
All Sasuke could think at that moment is that Sakura had lost her mind.
