First Date
A/N: For every ten reviews posted, I will release two chapters. Just because I love you all, and I'm in need for reviews.
I need to get back to the angst. Oh well, we'll see.
Drabble Three - First Date
"So..."
"So."
Naruto grinned nervously, his feet shuffling against the concrete floor. His eyes averting Shino's, he quickly bent his head to gaze down at the floor. Shino didn't know what was worse. The fact that the silence between them was making him very anxious, or the fact that the blonde looked extremely cute when he was nervous.
"So... Um, I'll see you tomorrow...?" Naruto asked his eyes still staring resolutely at the floor.
"Damn it, why can't I say anything!" the blonde scolded himself.
Shino's smile, quickly turned into a grin under his collar.
"Yeah, I'll see you tomorrow." he said, his grin still in place.
"This is going to be a loooong goodbye..." Shino thought to himself when the blonde made no movement to leave.
Naruto continued to fidget nervously. Shino raised an eyebrow, an expression that went unnoticed by the blonde. It was as though he was waiting for some-
Something in Shino's mind clicked, he almost snorted with amusement.
"Hey, Naruto." Shino said. The blonde looked up.
Shino grabbed the blonde by the collar and pulled him into a kiss. Naruto yelped in surprise, almost immediantly replaced by a weak muffled moan. Naruto grabbed Shino's collar, pushing his body closer against his boyfriends. Boyfriend... he smiled at the thought.
An instant later, Shino pulled away, revealing a very red-in-the-face blonde. His smile back in place, Shino asked,
"So, tomorrow then?"
"Yeah... tomorrow..." Naruto said grinning weakly.
More cuddlyness. Whoo.
