”Well Hinata, Kiba, Shino. I think we gotta stop here for today.” Kurenai said, after the training, however the team 8s training didn't went long, because of the conversation they had about Kiba's and Hinata's confessions for each other. As their sensei, but also like their mother, she was worry, especially for Hinata's wellbeing, because she knew that very few members from Hyuga-clan ever married with outsiders and all of them were banished in lifetime and the worst of all, Hinata was the heir for this clan and as heiress, she has to marry with member from that clan, whenever the heiress future husband would be from Main or Branch.

”Kay Hinata, let me follow you home!” She heard Kiba asking Hinata and she only nodded and they walked away and Akamaru decided to follow after them. Kurenai and Shino were left here after they went and Kurenai asked: ”Shino.. do you think the same...?”



”Yes... this is only a beginning of trouble and her father won't let it happened.”



”Well there's nothing much we can do right now. Hopefully nobody else knows about this.”



”But sensei... you know that the rumors spreads easily and I'm afraid that the secret won't be held for a long, not that you and I would say anything about it, but everyone knows that Hyuga-members are experts as spy's...”



”Yes Shino.. I know. Let's just hope for their safety..” And they went home.



”Well Hinata, this is it. I guess I have to go now, but next time after the training. Would you like to have some ramen with me? You know where we used to go to...” ”Of course Kiba-kun! I would love to, but I gotta go now! Bye!” Hinata said happily and waved, and Kiba waved back, actually he wanted nothing than hug and kiss her, but in near Hyuga's compound was way too risky for little romance, because of spy's. She hoped that everyone was too busy for notice her and hurried to her room and shut it behind it, at her room, she saw a group photo of her team. She picked it up and held it tightly and looking at it again. Kurenai sensei standing over them, looking seductive, while Shino looked bored and emotionless in the left, Hinata in the middle, poking her two point fingers and blushing and the right person beside Hinata, was Kiba with Akamaru, and he looked so bright and happy.



Hinata innerly thanked her former teacher Iruka, for doing his right thing of paring her with Shino and Kiba as her teammates, if he hadn't, who would know if she'll ever survive and she would never learn to know Kurenai sensei, as both teacher and mother, Shino as her oldest best friend and Kiba, first her big brother, now her secret lover and Akamaru their loyal mascot and protector for their team. Suddenly someone knocked.



”Yes?”



”Nee-Chan. Father wants to speak with you.” It was Hanabi, Hinata's little sister, Lord Hiashi's favorite daughter, who was calling.



”Why?” Normally her father wouldn't't even bother talking to Hinata in middle of days, her father was always too busy with meetings, but also training Hanabi and sometimes her all mighty genius Neji, her cousin. ”I don't know, but he said, it's important! Now hurry up!” Hanabi said and went off. Hinata looked at the photo: ”Please God... Help me bare this meeting.”



Her meeting with her father Lord Hiashi was nothing she would want to go through with, in fact she always hated it, because either he remarks her for being useless and burden or he simply order her doing household; since his wife died for long ago, Hinata had her duty to fix the household, like preparing tea, food and fixing garden. The house cleanings was however the maids job. Hinata didn't complained though about tea making and kitchen-duty; she was just lucky enough for not cleaning up the whole house or she wouldn't't have much time for training at all or being able to join the missions from Hokage's orders.



She putted her photo frame back and hurried out for the living room, where her father was sitting and waiting and he wasn't alone. Neji were here as well and Hinata took her deep breath: ”Oh no, not him too! Sigh... Here we go...” And stepped further to them and Hiashi said: ”You're late, daughter.” His tone was stern and cold, like most Hyuga-men were.



”Hai, I'm sorry father. You was calling me?” Hinata said softly, trying to ease his mood a little bit.



”Very well. The reason I called you here, is to consent to a marriage as soon as possible. You're no longer a child Hinata and for the sake of the clan, I had decided to engage you with fine man, that might gain our honor for this future. After all, you had proved nothing and you're still week, even after many years of training.” She felt her heart clings of pain, hurt again by his harsh words, she tries her best to stand tall, not fainting nor crying, Neji was staring at her, with his cold eyes, not even thinking about defending her. Well Hinata couldn't remember when Neji ever cared about her since they were very small, before Neji got curse seal, before his father's death and before her mother's death right after giving birth of Hanabi. For him, she was just a bother, a burden to him and worst of all, his hatred toward Main Branch were still deep in his heart, although his uncle told him the real truth about his father's death. Hiashi took a deep breath and continue:



”Anyway I had long discussion with the council yesterday about this and we had come to decide that...” Hinata tried to hold her breath, not fainting or showing the panic. ”...that you will marry Neji.”



”NEJI-NIISAAN!?” Then she turned her head at Neji and he remained cold and stern, not seemed to being bother about it. She actually hoped that he would be furious, not wanting to marry nor forever stay in Main House, but he didn't showed any emotions, instead he bowed and said: ”I'am honored for marry your daughter and protect her as her future husband...” ”No, this can't be happening! Not him! Not Neji! Please God, don't tell me that, you're playing with me!” Hinata thought, she was not only upset, she was feeling her heart breaking apart: ”And what about Kiba-kun!?” ”Very well, Neji. I'am very pleased of your positive approval and you both should be wed at...”



”NO FATHER!! WAIT!!” Hinata suddenly interrupt shouting. ”What now, Hinata?! I don't have time for your foolishness!” Hiashi's face were suddenly red and furious.



”Wh-what about m-my opinion..!? Y-you never... asked me...”



”I don't need your opinion. You are the heir of the clan and as my daughter, you are bound to obey my will and there's no way of escaping the duties!”



”But I don't want to getting married! I'm not even 18!” (1) Hinata screaming, while her body was shaking constantly and now sweating. Hiashi stood, glaring his daughter furious of her words, suddenly slapped Hinata. The harsh slap made Hinata sending to the floor, tears began to form and roll from her eyes. Her hand slowly going up to her lips feeling the slight cut his hand made and when she started to cry, Neji just stood, watching, only giving her cold glare of disappointment.



”How dare you... raising your voice against your father, you worthless child!?” Hiashi screamed, his fist clenched. ”You will be wed with Neji about two months and there will be no more discussion about it! Understood!? Now stand up and prepare the dinner. I don't have time for waiting.” And with that, he hurried out from the living room, leaving Neji standing and Hinata on the floor crying, while holding her cheek of the pain her father causing her and looking over at Neji and asked: ”Why... Neji? W-why did... y-you just a-approving... this marriage!? I t-thought... you...”



”You thought what? You really think that I would still be dating with that Tenten, didn't you?”



”I-i...”



”Well guess what? I don't love Tenten! Never had! She's just another worthless whore who chased around me, but left me later with another useless guy! A waste of my time! And I expect you Hinata, to behave like my wife from now on! And I will make sure that you obey my needs!” Hinata hold her breath, thinking: ”He's becoming insane! No wonder why Tenten suddenly gave up on him!” ”Neji-niisaan...”



”Shut your mouth woman! Don't you ever call me Niisaan!” Neji interrupt by yelling as he turned around. ”From now on, you shall call me master and your father won't object that, since he never loves you anyway.” Neji said, by giving her his last glare of warning before he left Hinata alone. When nobody finally was around, she sobbed.



”Where is Kiba-kun when I really need him most!?” she thought while slowly standing up on her shaking feet and head it to the kitchen, for preparing dinner before everything get's worst for the tonight.

Author's note: Phew! That was such a bloody hard work! I even wanted to wait for updating until I got some reviews and faves enough to continue! Yeah I know, Neji's is a bit OC, but on other hand; he's not a god damn prince charming and will never be as one. Sorry Neji-fans, but someone has to be a bad guy and Sasuke is totally uninteresting character in my opinion.



And at last, it's really easy to hate Hinata's father Hiashi, isn't it? Some Hyugafans says that Hiashi isn't so cold hearted; well first of all, he rejected Hinata far in beginning, I mean what kind of father would reject his children for every single mistakes!? That's not making any sense, right? And he's pretty much abusive as character as well. No, I'm sorry, but I will never like Hiashi in one bit, in fact I hate parents like him! I know a lot of friends of mine, who have much relation problems with their parents and some old friend of mine had been longtime mental and physical abused by parents.
