Thank you, Hokage-same
Thank you, Hokage-sama
Koroshi decided to go and see Tsunade and try to spend a day with her. Tsunade was always so busy, Koroshi figured that she might enjoy a day away. “Come in,” Tsunade called when Koroshi knocked on the door to the Hokage’s office. “Oh, Koroshi. Is there something that you need?” “I just wanted to know if you would like to go and have a day out, Tsunade-sama.” Tsunade thought about it for a moment. “Sure, I’d like to get out of here for a while. Let’s go!” They chose to go to the Village’s hot springs, and Tsunade noted that Koroshi seemed a bit out of it. “Is something wrong, Koroshi?” “Hm? Oh, well, I suppose I have been a little out of it, haven’t I?” Koroshi asked, and Tsunade nodded. “Well, I have just been thinking a lot of Itachi-sama.” “I see. And you say that he didn’t rape you. Why would you consent to be with someone who is so evil that he killed his entire clan with his own hands?” “Well…Itachi-sama is important to me.” “I am going to give you some advice, Koroshi-chan. Just because people might not approve of you, don’t disregard your heart for the sake of others. Many shinobi and kunoichi put their own hearts last, putting everyone else first, but in my own personal experience, sometimes following your heart, and not just your gut, is one of the most important things that you can do. If you feel that Itachi deserves your love, then by all means, love him. But don’t allow yourself to be hurt in the process.” “Tsunade-sama?” “What is it?” “People in the village treat me pretty badly, especially my kids. What can I do about that?” “I have never really been treated badly, and so I don’t know really what to tell you, but just keep following your heart, Koroshi…and try not to beat anyone up too badly. That would just make you look even worse to the people of the village.” “Thank you, Hokage-sama.”
