And now the moment you've all been waiting for...Naruto's gonna give birth in this chapter.

{Itachi and Kyuubi}: We're leaving, now.

{T.W.}: Wha? Why?

{Itachi}: You can't honestly expect us to stick around to see anyone give birth if we can avoid it.

{T.W.}: Well no but hope springs eternal, besides if you guys leave I'll be all alone(pouts)

{Kyuubi}:(drags someone in) No you won't.

{T.W.}:(looks over at Kyuubi and mystery person) O.O Ri?

{Ri}:(glares at Kyuubi) I was sleeping you oversized ball of fluff.

{T.W.}:(sweatdrops) Uh meet Ri everybody, she's my muse.

{Ri}:(looks at Itachi) What are you looking at wrinkle boy?

{Itachi}:(vein pops, flips Ri off, and drags Kyuubi out of the room)

{T.W.}: Don't mind Ri, she's a little...bitchy cause she just woke up.

{Ri}: Shut up and get on with the fic.

{T.W.}: Yes ma'am! Irequest that you all bear with me on this, although I reasearched and asked questions I probably made big mistakes on the birth scene and I'm apologizing in advance for them. Review replies will be in the endind author's note cause Ri is glaring at me threateningly.

Sasuke's eyes narrowed on the man who had killed Itachi. It had taken a month to find him. He sat in front of a fire cooking some fish for supper. He was big, scarred, bald, and had flat cold hazel eyes. Sasuke gave a signal and he, Kakashi, Shikamaru, and Hinata lept out of the brush to surround the man.

He stood up slowly and looked at each one steadily, "The girl is obviously a Hyuga," he spat then, nodded at Kakashi, "and you are certainly Hatake Kakashi. I can't place the other two, however. I am Yakushi Akuma, and you two are?"

Sasuke's glare hardened, "Our identities are none of your business."

"I beg to differ. Since the four of you are obviously here to kill me, your identities are very much my business."

While Akuma was distracted by Sasuke retorting, Shikamaru began preparing the Kagemane no Jutsu and he executed it now. Unfortunately Akuma noticed just in time to leap out of the way. He landed on a tree branch, "Ah, you're a Nara, and what about the oth-"

His words were cut off by the kick Sasuke used to knock him out of the tree.

Akuma stood and wiped the blood off his lip, "You concealed your movements well enough to take me by surprise, I'm impressed. Who are you?"

"None of your business."

"I must know."

"Learn to live with disappointment."

The man gave a philisophical shrug then sprang at Hinata, who lept out of the way and slammed a palm into his stomache. He reeled from the shock her Juken inflicted on his system but recovered quickly.

"I'm afraid I can't allow you to kill me. I have to finish eleminating the Uchiha bloodline as well as kill the last mate of an Uchiha, Uzumaki Naruto."

Hinata hissed at him, "Over my dead body."

Akuma drew a sword from the sheath at his back, "That can be arranged little one. Which branch are you a member of by the way? The main or cadet?"

Kakashi answered him, "She's the heir of the main branch. I would avoid angering her if I were you."

Akuma raised a brow, "Ah Hyuga Hinata. I'm not worried, she has a reputation for being pathetically weak."

He dodged the kunai Shikamaru threw, slashed at Kakashi, who flipped out of the way, giving Hinata an opening to sever the nerves in Akuma's left arm, causing it to go limp.

As he attempted to dodge a kick from Kakashi, Shikamaru trapped Akuma in the Kagamane no Jutsu. Kakashi kicked the sword out of Akuma's hand and Hinata surprised everyone by kicking Akuma in the balls, hard. As he screamed in pain, Sasuke picked up the sword that had landed at his feet and walked over to stand in front of Akuma. The man looked into the black eyes that held such a frightening banked fury, he forgot about the pain radiating from his groin, "Who are you? Tell me."

Sasuke raised the sword, "My name is Sasuke, Uchiha Sasuke," and then Sasuke decapitated Akuma with the man's own sword.

The four shinobi cremated the remains and as the last embers died, Sasuke said, "Let's go. Finding him took too long and I need to get back to Naruto."

He took off at high speed leaving the others to catch up at their own pace.

Naruto rolled his shoulders and stretched, trying to ease the persistant backache that had been plagueing him since he'd woken up. He looked up at Mikomi's delighted cooing to see Sakura trying to put her down for a nap, but the baby girl wasn't cooperating. Sakura and Choji, along with Iruka, had moved into the Uchiha mansion until Sasuke returned. The Uchiha had been gone a month and a half and Naruto was due any day now.

The blond watched Mikomi grab Sakura's hair whenever the pinkette tried to lay her down. He sighed, rubbed the small of his back, and walked over to help Sakura.

"Having fun Sakura-chan?"

She looked up at naruto, a combination of delight and frustration in her eyes, "Oh loads of it. How are you feeling Naruto?"

He smiled exasperatedly, that question was getting old, "I'm fine, just a little restless, much like this little one."

He plucked Mikomi out of Sakura's arms, cradling her gently in one arm, and she grabbed a bit of his shirt, closed her eyes, and drifted off to sleep.

Sakura watched the scene with amazement, "That's incredible. All you have to do is pick her up and she settles down," Sakura smiled at Mikomi wistfully, "She's such a cute baby."

Naruto raised an eyebrow, "Why don't you and choji think about having one of your own?"

"Actually," the pinkette glanced around, "I think we may already have that covered."

Naruto blinked then, grinned brillantly, "That's great Sakura-chan."

"Don't tell anyone thogh. I haven't told Choji yet and I want to be sure I'm pregnant before I do."

"My lips are sealed. You know-," Naruto's eyes widened, he gasped, and the hand that wasn't holding Mikomi flew to his belly. Sakura snapped to full medic-nin attention, "Naruto?"

He looked at her, his expression one of mingled happiness, fear, and excitement, "I think I just went into labor Sakura-chan."

Sasuke had asked the others to go on ahead to the Hokage to make the mission report; he wanted to check on Naruto first. He opened the front door and was greeted with the sight of Ino rocking Mikomi.

"Ino? Why are you here? I asked Sakura to stay with Naruto."

Ino stared at him for a moment, "What are you doing here? You should be with naruto at the hospital. He's in lab-," she was speaking to thin air, Sasuke had taken off as soon as she'd said hospital.

Naruto had a tight grip on Sakura's hand as he panted through a viscous contraction. Tsunade checked and pronounced him ready to push.

"Okay Naruto on the next contraction I want you to take a deep breath, hold it for ten seconds, and push."

Naruto hissed, "It's coming."

"Get your breath and push! One, two..."

When the contraction had passed, Sakura wiped off Naruto's face, "You're doing great Naruto."

He closed his eyes and whimpered a bit, "I want Sasuke."

She pet his hair, "I know but you need to concentrate on getting your babies out for now."

"When he gets back I'm kicking his ass for not being here. Fuck here it comes again."

Halfway through the contraction, the door of the delivery room burst open and a paler than usual Sasuke ran to Naruto's side. The blond dropped Sakura's hand like a hot potato and reached for Sasuke's as he rode out the rest of the contraction.

"You took your sweet fucking time getting here teme."

Sasuke brushed Naruto's sweaty hair out of the pained blue eyes, "Sorry, that pain in the ass was hard to find. Easy to get rid of, but hard to find."

Naruto managed a weak grin, "At least you made it in time," the grin became a grimace, "Another one's coming. Shit, fuck, and hell."

Sasuke watched, both facinated and horrified as Naruto pushed and panted.

"God you're incredible Naruto. Just breathe easy usuratonkachi."

Naruto glared at his husband, "I am breathing baka. What the hell else could you call it?"

"Snarling. Come on it can't be that bad can it?"

"Want me to hit you in the stomach with a boulder a couple of time so you know how it feels?"

Sasuke chuckled, "I'd rather you not," and leaned down to give his husband a quick kiss. Naruto bit the brunette sharply, just this side of drawing blood. The Uchiha yelped, "What the hell was that for?!"

"That was to make me feel better."

Before Sasuke could reply, Naruto's face contorted again and the Uchiha murmered softly to him.

Over the next half hour, Sasuke wiped away the sweat on Naruto's face, fed him ice chips, let the blond clutch his hand so hard that he was certain he'd have bruises, and calmly accepted the curses, insults, and threats that were leveled at the brunette, although the threat of castration with a rusty spoon made him blance a bit. Naruto sucked in a breath for the next push and Tsunade said, "You're doing well brat, the shoulders are almost out."

Naruto clutched Sasuke's hand then fell back, "I wanna sit up more."

Tsunade glanced at Sasuke, "Get in the bed behind him."

Sasuke slid behind Naruto, supporting the blond's back. As Naruto pushed again, he dug his nails into his husband's hands.

"One more push and we'll have the first one out," Tsunade informed them. Naruto leaned back against Sasuke, pushed, and felt the baby slide out.

Tsunade cleared the baby's airway and it let out a quick shriek then quieted down when she held it up, "It's one of the boys," she clamped the cord and handed Sasuke the scissors.

His hand trembled a bit as he cut the cord. Naruto stroked a finger down the chubby little cheek, "Hey there," then the blond winced as another contraction hit.

Tsunade handed the baby to Sakura, "Alright Sakura's going to weigh him and clean him up while we get the other two out."

some time later

Naruto threw his head back and pushed his second son from his body. This one came out screaming at the top of his lungs and, unlike his brother who was lying in a hospital cradle a few feet away from his parents, he didn't quiet down when Tsunade held him up or after Sasuke cut the cord. The Uchiha chuckled, "He definately has your lungs usuratonkachi."

"You can bellow pretty loudly when you want to teme," Naruto winced as another contraction started, "Fuck that was fast."

Tsunade handed Sakura the second baby and looked down to see a pair of tiny feet sticking out of Naruto's birth canal.

The Godaime looked up at Naruto, "This one's coming quickly."

Naruto nodded and pushed. He leaned back against Sasuke utterly exausted. Tsunade spoke up, "Alright, one more Naruto."

"I don't know if I can do it Baa-chan."

"You can do it koibito," Sasuke nuzzled Naruto's cheek.

"You want to switch places teme!"

Sasuke cupped Naruto's chin and turned the blond's head just enough so that he could see Sasuke's expression, "One more time usuratonkachi. You're not giving up like a weakling are you?"

Naruto grabbed Sasuke's hand and dug his nails in, "Hell no you manipulative ass."

He pushed one more time and the baby girl slithered out.

Tsunade cursed as she saw that the umbilical cord was wrapped around the baby's neck. Naruto and Sasuke paled as they saw the frightening blue color of their daughter's skin as Tsunade worked to untangle the cord from around the baby's neck. She began rubbing a special salve on the baby's skin starting at the ribcage. She turned the infant over and massaged it's back. Tsunade was near losing hope when the baby made a choking noise. Tsunade smacked it's back lightly, knocking a clump of mucas out of the infant's throat. As the Hokage wiped it away, the child began wailing indignantly.

Naruto and Sasukr sighed in relief. As Sakura cleaned the baby girl up, Naruto dispelled the afterbirth. Tsunade handed the infant girl to Naruto, "Your daughter may have had a hairy start but she'll be fine."

Naruto looked up at the Godaime, "I knew you'd save her Tsunade-nee."

Tsunade smiled and handed Sasuke the boys, "Congratulations you two."

The new parents looked at their children. Naruto traced a finger over the three whisker lines on his daughter's cheek. The baby girl looked just like her 'mommy' with whisker lines, sunny blond hair, and vibrant blue eyes. Naruto looked over at Sasuke, who was staring at their sons in amazement, "Well do I get to hold our sons too teme?"

Sasuke blinked, handed Naruto the first born as Naruto handed him their daughter then, Sasuke settled their second son into Naruto's other arm. The eldest was like a minature Sasuke, right down to the black hair and eyes. Naruto chuckled, "Well he's one-hundred percent Uchiha isn't he."

The blond 'mommy' looked at his second son. If you didn't know better you'd swear he was studying his parents with a quiet seriousness in his eyes, eyes that a slightly more intense blue than Naruto's. His hair was jet black with a few scattered streaks of blond. His skin was Uchiha pale and two whisker lines graced each little cheek.

Naruto looked over at Sasuke, "They're beautiful aren't they Sasuke."

Sasuke smiled, "Just like their 'mom' usuratonkachi."

Naruto shot his husband a glare but before he could start an arguement, Tsunade cleared her throat and asked if they'd ever decided on names. Naruto whispered in Sasuke's ear and the Uchiha nodded.

"Our daughter's name is Hikari. The eldest is Kaji and our second son's name is Arashi."

Tsunade raised an eyebrow as she walked away noting the names down on a clipboard. 'Light, fire, and tempest, huh. I get the feeling that Konoha is going to get a lot more interesting.'

{Ri}: Aren't newborns supposed to have blue eyes?

{T.W.}: Actually, though most newborns do have eyes that are slightly lighter than their permanent eyecolor, some are born with their permanent eye color.

{Ri}:According to who?

{T.W.}: Yura, a couple of other people and a Ob/Gyn I asked, and my newborn picture shows me with my eyes the exact same color they are now so Pbbbttt!

{Ri}: And what was the deal with that Akuma jackass?

{T.W.}: Would you mind elaborating?

{Ri}: Why did he hate the Uchihas and why was he so easy to kill when he killed Itachi you moron.

{T.W.}: I'll tackle the second question first, he was easy to kill cause he's actually fairly weak, the only reason he was able to kill Itachi was because Itachi was blind, wounded and exausted from fighting the mercenaries, and desperate to save his wife.

{Ri}: Hn, and the hatred?

{T.W.}: He's from Kiri no Kuni and hates anyone with a kekkei genkai, notice the way he spat the last name Hyuga Ri. The only reason he fixated on the Uchihas is cause he had a little run in with Itachi before Itachi killed the clan and said Uchiha kicked his kiester royally. Akuma had a very large ego and delusions of grandure reguarding his own strength so Itachi kicking his ass was a big deal for him.

{Ri}:You're an idiot.

{T.W.}:Hey!

{Ri}: Ah shut it and reply to your reviewers you pathetic weenie.

Well that's bout all, most of my reviews weren't replied to due to my lack of knowing what to say and the fact that the chapter already answered the Sasuke leaving Naruto to hunt down Akuma.
