Chapter Four
A couple of days went by and bodies of dead animals appeared around the Village of The Hidden Leaves. Jonin Ninjas were sent out to catch who or whatever, but they could never find anything. Now the people of the villae were to go in doors when the sun started going down, unless with a Jonin.
"Kakashi sensei, when are we going to be able to to on a mission again?" Naruto asked.
"When we know what's going on, find what the hell is going on." Kakashi said.
"...Why isn't the Hokage going out to check what's going on?" Sasuke asked as the group sat in the academy.
"The village can't afford to have the Hokage get hurt." Sakura said with her head down.
"Okay everyone, it's getting dark out so we better get you three home." Kakashi said and they went out of the building. The village was basically deserted, except a few older ninjas.
Sasuke stopped in his tracks adn Kakashi did as well. "...Sensei?" Sasuke began, but a branch snapped and a few black clad ninjas jumped in front of them. They were the same ones that were following them; their faces covered with black masks with unkown markings.
Kakashi stepped in front of the three kids. "Stay back kids." He said and looked at the three unidentifiable persons. "What do you want?"
The three older ninjas went to jump the figures, but Kakashi held up a hand for them to stop. "Stay away, we can't chance it." He said. "Go get the Hokage." The ninjas ran off and Kakashi faced the dark figures. "Okay now, what do you want?"
"We are just interested in one of your children." The male said and Kakashi raised an eyebrow.
"What? Why?" Kakashi asked and sensed it wasn't for the good. "Leave them alone." He warned.
"Sensei where are they from?" Naruto asked. "I don't reconize those symbols at all." The three figures chuckled at him.
"We are the Ninjas of the Dark." A female said.
"All of your children are interesting." The lead female said. "The girl appears to have good chakra control and the blonde boy has two seperate energies." She said then her eyes went to Sasuke. "The dark haired boy has a dark side; interesting energy. He's the one we want."
"He's perfect." The male said and in a flash the three seperated, going for Sasuke, but Kakashi threw a shuriken to ward them off.
"Hey!" Naruto shouted. "What the hell is wrong with me!?" He three some kunai's at them, but the male kicked him across the face. He crashed into Sakura and Kakashi seen one of the females preparing a Ninjutsu.
'What the hell kind of hand seal is that? I've never seen anything like that before.' Kakashi thought and was about to pull Sasuke away, but the male of the group pinned him down with almost inhuman stregnth.
"Night Breed Jutsu!" The woman shouted and a black mist quickly surrounded the young Uchida, seeping into his body. Sakura went to run to him, but the other female held her down.
'What the hell is this!? It burns!' Sasuke thought fearfully and screamed in agony, making Naruto freeze as did Kakashi and Sakura.
The lead female grabbed Sasuke from behind by the neck and pulled her mask from her jaw. "Precious boy." She cooed, roaming his young body with her other hand and smiled at the pinned group, showing long pointed teeth like some animal and she lowered them to Sasuke's throat.
"No! Leave him alone and take me!" Kakashi yelled and the woman bit into the youth's soft flesh, a spray of blood erupted from the pulsing vein and colored the ground.
"Get away from him you crazy hell bitch!" Naruto yelled while Sakura's terrorfied screams mixed with Sasuke's anguished ones.
The female let Sasuke fall, leaving him motionless on the grass and she licked the blood from her lips. "So sweet, so strong and pure." She said and the group stared at their fallen commrade.
"You...what the hell did you do to him!?" Sakura screamed and in a suprise move, threw the other female off and stabbed a shuriken through her chest. Kakashi and Naruto were let go, but the last two attackers were gone.
The Hokage and the three ninjas arrived as Kakashi went over to the blood soaked Sasuke.
"Dear Gods!" The Hokage gasped and Kakashi grimaced at the boys wound. He felt for a pulse and let a breath of relief out as he found it.
"So...is he...you know?" Naruto asked.
"He's alive, but he needs pressure on his wound and we need to get him indoors." Kakashi said and picked Sasuke up.
"Sakura, try to use your healing jutsu on him. It might help." the Hokage said. "Take him to my house."
"Yes sir." She said and Kakashi, Naruto and herself hurriede to the Hokage's home.
"Now you three," The Hokage ordered to the three ninjas. "I want seals all over this village. Use ones to ward off dark chakra energies." He said and the black figures watched, just outside the village.
"That little bitch killed Umai." The male said and the lead female hissed.
"Don't worry Leal, they'll be dead soon enough, by their own team mate." She said and pulled the shuriken from the boney body of what use to be the other female.
