A Foxes Love

Over the years since there last meeting Kyuubi had stayed out of sight of Naruto, only coming out when he was asleep, even then he kept his guard up, in case Iruka came in, but it did not matter. Even if he did he would just alter his memory, so the encounter never happened.

When Naruto started the academy Kyuubi watched him and the others, as a transparent image, yet no one could see him or sense him.

“It’s your first day at ninja academy Naruto.” Iruka said looking down to the nervous child which grabbed his arm tightly.

“I’ll get bullied Iruka…can you help?” Iruka scratched his head then, avoiding his eyes.

“Well…I’ll be your teacher, so you’ll have to do as you are told while your there.” Naruto looked up smiling at this, while the image of Kyuubi who was walking beside Naruto gave Iruka a look that could kill.

“See kit…in the end all they do is avoid you…because of me.” Naruto just looked to his right at hearing a voice, not knowing it was Kyuubi, then looked up at Iruka, tugging at his arm.

“What is it?”

“Have I told you, about the time I was rescued?” Iruka just ruffled his hair smiling down at him.

“Yeah…you were just playing with me weren’t you” Kyuubi just rolled his eyes and smiled, the little human thought Naruto had come straight home, and didn’t believe of his attack. He just walked by Naruto with a hand on his shoulder, smiling down at him as they entered the school.

(In class)

“Oh come on Ino, just give up…I like Sasuke more than you.” Naruto looked at Sakura who was again fighting with Ino about who liked Sasuke Uchiha more.

“Oh SHUT UP big brow, we all know Sasuke like ME!” Sakura just fumed at this. Meanwhile Shikamaru just looked on bored, glancing up to Naruto.

“How are you doing Naruto…me I’ve had to listen to twiddle dumb and twiddle de over here.” Pointing to Sakura and Ino. From his position beside Naruto Kyuubi rubbed his temples in frustration.

“God…the little human’s right, those two are dumb and dim and annoying…even me an immortal, can’t stand there constant bickering. I know.” Kyuubi smiled and walked over to Sakura passing straight through her, making her bolt upright and clutch her head in pain. He did the same for Ino, and then they started bickering about there headaches.

“I’ve got a headache now thanks a lot!” They both shouted at each other, at the same time, Kyuubi just smiled and walked back to Naruto’s side. It was fun to overload someone’s energy sometime, and in Sakura and Ino’s case it was the temples of the head.

Naruto just took his seat, next to the Uchiha kid, and Kyuubi’s face turned to utter hatred, but then smiled a cruel smile and approached him from behind wrapping all his nine transparent tails around the boy and melting himself into the boy’s mind, completely unnoticed.

“I don’t trust you Uchiha; your aura is too much like his. Let’s see if I can find out what makes you tick. I may even change it…maybe. (Turns to look at Naruto) I meant it no when, one with ever hurt you again, you have feelings for this Uchiha…they always turn on you when they get what they want, o don’t give credit to one’s that are…worthy in there eyes…that and there fucking pride I think makes them the worst gits on the planet. (Turning to Sasuke with an evil smile) let’s see if we can’t change that?” With that he was gone inside the child’s mind.

Mean while Iruka had come in put his papers by his desk and looked up at the class.

“Good day students.”

“Morning Iruka-sensei!” They all coursed like pre scholars.


Kyuubi stood in the centre of a massive platform dark mist all around him six gates around him in the position of north, north east, east south east, south, south west, west and north west. H looked around some of the gates where coloured different shades and were all engraved with different images.

“Well…I guess it’s time to look around then.” He said with a smile, and started to approach the northern gate. Upon it was the sign of light, and the image of a women holding a small child in here arms. Kyuubi just rubbed his chin, and tilted his head to his left.

“So…this is why you are such a bastard as my dear Naruto puts it. You block your emotions from your self. (Turns to the only open gate which is the southern) All you do is let rage a hatred fill your body mind and soul.” Kyuubi sighed in pity and walked towards the southern gate which depicted the sign of darkness along with an image of a semi-naked boy wrapped in iron chains and these held by a shadowy figure with slight glowing eyes.

“Who are you? I’ve never seen you here before.” Kyuubi slowly turned around to see a smaller version of Sasuke when he was but a child.

“I am a… visitor…that’s all. (This must be his innocent side. I could just forcefully open all these gate right now…but manipulation is far more satisfying. I will never do that to Naruto…never, now lets have some fun, but first).”Kyuubi turned to the open gate and waved his hand over and it slammed shut with a deafening bang.

“No! What have you done?” The smaller one said as he clung to Kyuubi and looked at the now shut gate.

“The boy needs an attitude change.” Kyuubi said looked down at the boy clinging to his leg, but just walked to the western gate which depicted the sign of a lonely child with a man’s back turned towards him. On te gate was the sign of water, as well as a image of a sad looking child with the back of this father on the back of the boy's.

“Sorrow and rejection, forcing one to be someone they are not.” Kyuubi just smiled placing a sharp nailed hand on the door and willed it to open, there was a mix of purple and indigo and looked down at the little boy who still held onto him.

“He’ll come, when he realises that, that door is now shut.” Tears now streaming down his face and then a dark voice spoke out.

“Are you the one who cut off my power? Why open that pathetic shit’s door all of them are fucking worthless, only hate gets you anywhere.” Kyuubi turned with a passive expression on his face to see a grey skinned Sasuke, with shaggy hair and black eyes.

“I will not open that gate, until I’ve have my fun…bastard.” Kyuubi said with a smile. The dark Sasuke just tilted his head and stared at him.

“That what that pathetic Naruto always says…I’ll enjoy the day when I make him scream, make him bleed, slowly to death…I don’t need anyone I only look out for myself.” Kyuubi wricked his noise.

“I s that all you care about selfish mother fucker of a human… I could destroy your mind and turn you, into a vegetable, how would you like that?” The dark Sasuke was shocked for a second, before he was grabbed by the neck and hauled from into the air but he was smiling.

“I’ll kill you for that.” Kyuubi just smiled evilly.

“Just try it fucker?” With that dark Sasuke drew a kunai out of thin air and plunged it at Kyuubi’s throat, but is was shattered when it collided with a barrier.

“Need more….aaarrrghhh!” Kyuubi had wrapped one of his nine tails around Dark Sasuke’s throat and his hands were breaking his fingers one by one, then his toes, and then he flung him to the ground where he struggled to get up and looked at Kyuubi.

“I need more hate…anger….power.” Kyuubi just walked up to him grabbed him by the hair lifting him up.

“I am getting bored…but before I leave would you like me to open your gate…teme…?” Dark Sasuke mad to hit him but Kyuubi just wrapped one tail around his should and another around his wrist yanking them, and breaking them. “Now, now…don’t go doing that, or do you want to be a vegi?” Kyuubi said innocently, but there was no innocence behind his words.

“Fine just open my gate (turning to the gate of rejection) and shut his…I don’t want to feel guilty whenever I kill.” Kyuubi raised an eyebrow at this.

“Really…I’ll open your gate and leave his open and just good measure. “ He walked to the north eastern gate which had the sign of earth on it, and an image of a boy holding out his arms openly. Kyuubi place his hand on it and willed it open, and a green light shone, and turned back to the Dark Sasuke smiling.

“Let’s add a bit of compassion shall we just to spice things up. By the way, I made sure ‘you’ can’t close or harm any other of you personas, and when I leave you none of you will remember I was ever here, bye, bye now.” Kyuubi rose into the air, Dark Sasuke lunged at him but was caught by a tail which wrapped around his waist and flung him to the ground again.

Kyuubi raised his arms above his head, the stretched them out to his sides looking up, his red hair flying in all direction as a seal appeared over the void space above the gate and a strange light shone down and then Kyuubi turned into energy and shot upwards, then the light narrowed to a thing beam and ascended upwards, leave the gates of Sasuke Uchiha’s mind in red, blue and green once again.
