Thanks Stacey for the review and the well wishes on the move.

Also to explain Raven's review, my dear friends has been writing some stories herself and she and I had a bet going on who would update in the shortes amount of time.

Score
Raven : 9 months (Last update Dec.)

None the less, I think I won. And I give it to all the readers.

Now, enough with my ramblings, and on with the story.

Chapter Three : Blood Bath

Kakashi entered the building, through the back door; it was wide opened as a delivery boy was using it. Once in, he found the stairs and began to climb them, following Iruka’s unusual chakra. He got to the first floor, no Iruka, and as he went higher, the stronger Iruka’s chakra got.

The fifth floor. Iruka chakra radiated towards him; it called to him.

Pulling out a kunai, he approached the first door. It creaked as he pushed it open but there was no one but Iruka inside the apartment. Hesitantly he walked in; the room was simple and there wasn’t much in the way of furniture or decoration. Iruka’s chakra called to him from down the hall and Kakashi stepped down slowly towards it; the wooden floorboard creaked as he entered the room.

“NO, not again,” moaned the voice behind the door, “Please not again!”

“Iruka,” Kakashi called out calmly as he opened to door to reveal a horrid scene. Iruka lay on the bed, blood and cum spread across the sheets around his body. Tears stained his face and blood was caked across his cheeks and nose. His head faced the ceiling, his eyes shut tightly.

“Please not again, please…please…please,” Iruka begged as Kakashi moved forward.

“Do what again? I haven’t done anything,” Kakashi said, his voice light and tender. Iruka opened his eyes and stared at Kakashi. His mouth moved but no words came out, tears came afresh, streaming down his face. His hands grabbed the sheet, covering himself as he moved away from Kakashi broken and ashamed.

“Please go away.”

“No, I’m not leaving,” Kakashi replied as he reached the bed, roughly turning Iruka around by his shoulders, “I left you alone earlier before and now look what’s happened. You’re coming back with me.”

“Kakashi, let me be,” Iruka croaked as he looked at Kakashi, “I’m owned…I’m a prostitute. There I’ve told you, leave me alone…Let me die in piece.”

“What…die?” Kakashi asked as he looked at Iruka’s wrists, both slashed and bleeding. He tore the sheet wrapping it around Iruka’s wrists, slowing the bleeding. He walked into another room, stripping the bed of the sheet, and walked back to Iruka. He firmly wrapped Iruka up in the sheet and picked him up bridal style and left the apartment. He took Iruka to the inn he was staying at, hoping if he offered Iruka a bath, Iruka would tell him what was going on.

Setting Iruka down in a chair, he went to the bathroom and drew a hot bath. He walked back into the room to find Iruka had brought his knees to his chest as tears continued to fall. He drew up a chair and sat so that the table was in between them, as not to make Iruka uncomfortable. Iruka looked up at Kakashi, “I’m worthless, so why should you care?”

“I don’t understand what your yammering about. You’re a dear friend of mine, I can’t sit still and watch while you spiral down a path of self-destruction,” Kakashi said as he crossed his arms, knowing that Iruka was more than a dear friend to him.

“Where were you,” Iruka’s voice cracked as it became a scream, his hands becoming fist, “where were you when that mad man took me away?!”

“On a mission,” Kakashi said stonily as Iruka looked at him with a sorry expression, “That I can’t help, but now I can. Talk about a fluke when I saw you in the bar, I didn’t know it was you until I snooped around. Now will you tell me what happened after we get you cleaned up in a nice warm bath?”

“Bath?” Iruka’s fists relaxed and his shoulders slumped.

“Sorry, this place doesn’t have a shower,” he said as he shrugged his shoulders, “I was on vacation…”

“Oh, I’m sorry, I ruined it…” Iruka said as he got up holding the sheet around him.

“No, you didn’t ruin it; you just made it slightly better; although I don’t think you have enough strength to walk to the bath on your own,” Kakashi said as he pick up Iruka and dumped him in the bath without the sheet. He walked over to the trash, dumping the sheet with a flourish and grabbed a couple of things from his bag. Looking down, he found an antiseptic spray, a small first aid kit and several bandages. Kakashi moved towards the tub, laying the items on the floor as Iruka sat in the tub, “You know you’re not going to get cleaned by sitting there.”

“It doesn’t matter, I’m damaged, I won’t be able to pay it back,” Iruka said as he looked at the silver haired man as he sat on the floor. He was handed a cloth and soap, sighing he began to wash slowly.

“Pay what back?” Kakashi asked as he opened the first aid kit, seeing what was in it. He was averting his eyes from Iruka, knowing what kind of damage he might cause if he watched him. Iruka splashed about as he scrubbed his skin clean, “My parents went to that man, before I was born, asking him for money so they could travel and become ninjas. In return, they promised their first child, me.”

“So come back and work as a ninja, you’ll pay it off soon. It’s less than a hundred thousand, right? Even the Hokage would be willing to help,” Kakashi added as he held out his hand for Iruka wrist, ready to spray it.

“Umm, its more-Ahh, what the hell was that?!” Iruka said as he pulled his wrist back, looking down at the wound. Kakashi looked sheepishly, rubbing the back of his head, “Hee, hee, an antiseptic spray. Sorry.”

“Sorry, I’m a little over sensitive,” Iruka said as he looked away, remembering the drug that he’d been given while still holding out his wrist. Kakashi smiled and got up, “A little over sensitive?”

“I don’t know, he…he gave me a drug of some kind,” Iruka continued to scrub his skin, it was turn slightly red, “A…da…” Iruka murmured as Kakashi turned to face him.

“A date rape drug? Is that what you said?” Iruka nodded and Kakashi asked quietly, “How long ago?”

“I don’t know…” the brunette said as Kakashi handed him a fluffy white towel and watched as he slipped out of the room. He got up and began to dry himself off as Kakashi yelled that he was going to get food and that there were clothes on the bed. Iruka moved to the bedroom and got dressed. He had to tell Kakashi the whole story, he owed him that much at least. Why did he care?

“Iruka, I looked around a bit for something familiar, but all I could find is ramen,” Kakashi said as he laid the tray down. The two of the each grabbed their servings and chopsticks, eating in silence. Iruka knew he had to say something, but nothing was coming out. Finally deciding on what to say, he opened his mouth, though Kakashi beat him.

“You’re coming back with me.”

A/N: This chapter ended badly, so I apologise. It wasn't a strong end to the chapter as I hope, but if anyone has advice, it is welcomed!
Last night I was reading some Iruka and Kakashi pairings, and well, I kinda of read mine, and was hoping for more. Opps...
