Kakashi: So we get to learn a little more about Hanakaze in this chapter?
Kuinnu: *nods* Hai hai! I'm still not going to give away all of her history yet. But you get a slightly better idea of what's happening.

Chapter 4: Enter Tenku Hanakaze! The Demonic Ten’nyo!
Three weeks had passed since Sasuke had discovered the kunoichi at the waterfall, being attacked by her own village. The truth about the girl soon came out once Tsunade found out. The kunoichi’s name, as Sasuke later found out, was Tenku Hanakaze, a former student of the Fifth Hokage and Jiraiya. The girl’s mission record was incredible and her own history was nothing short of that of a prodigy. Both she and her twin brother had graduated from their village’s ninja academy at age 7, made Chuunin at age 8 and then later becoming Jounin at age 10. Shortly afterwards, the twins began a year-long training with each of the Sannin. It had been after her training with the current Hokage that Hanakaze’s brother, Tenku Raion, lost his life. The kunoichi refused to tell anyone but her two senseis the details of what had happened the night her brother died.
The raven sighed slightly as he leaned back in his chair while waiting for the kunoichi to finish up with her shopping. Tsunade had decided that since Sasuke was the one who found her, he’d be responsible for the girl. Not that he totally was against the idea. He’d been dreaming about her on and off for months. He’d yet to formally introduce her to any of the others aside from Naruto, Kei and Sakura. And tonight happened to be one of his ‘boy’s nights’ with Naruto, Neji and some of the others. He’d take the mountain kunoichi with him and get them out of the way.
‘Kiba’s bound to try and hump her leg... Keep an eye on him. Lee and Neji are gentlemen, so I don’t have to worry about them. Shikamaru’s too much of a coward to try and cheat on Temari, even if it is a long distance relationship. And Naruto’s engaged to Kei, so no problem there. Sai… He’s a different story... I’ll have to watch him.’ He thought as he crossed his arms in boredom. “How long does it take to try on clothes?” He asked himself out loud.
“I’m almost done.” The kunoichi replied from inside her changing room.
“I can understand that you need some new clothes, but do all women take this long?” Sasuke asked her.
“It depends on the woman.” Hanakaze replied to him. “Some of these are a bit small for me so it’s harder to get them off.”
Sasuke didn’t ask about it any further but waited for the girl to come out of the changing room.
When she finally came out and paid for the clothes she wanted to get, the two left the store to find some lunch. Sasuke took her to a local restaurant as he tried to learn more about the kunoichi.
Hanakaze was different, that was certainly true. Her hair was a sunshine shade of gold, with her bangs the same shade of violet as her eyes. He wondered if that was natural or just a dye job. Her body was slender and evenly proportioned, and her skin was even paler than Sasuke’s. She was tall, standing at 5’8 1/2, which was close to Sasuke’s own height of 5’11. It turned out that she was 23 years old, while Sasuke himself was 21. Something else about this young woman seemed very familiar to the Uchiha. He felt the urge to slap himself as erotic images of the kunoichi in revealing and sexy circus-themed clothes came to his mind. Where the hell did that come from? ‘Oh gods… I’ve been hanging around Naruto so much I’ve internalized his perversion!’ He thought.
^Hanakaze… How can you be so sure that this boy can be trusted?^ A voice asked the kunoichi.
‘Because I can. He won’t hurt us. And if you remember, he drove off Tora and the others.’ She replied.
^I still do not trust him.^ The voice said back.
‘Oh, don’t get your feathers in a bunch, Aquila.’ Hanakaze snapped to the eagle demon that lived inside her body. Aquila, the ten winged eagle demon who controlled the powers of fire and wind. Aquila herself was a legend for many reasons. Not only was she considered to be the strongest of the Biju, even stronger than Kyuubi, but she was also the sister of the Southern God, Suzaku. She also happened to be Hanakaze’s ancestral mother and the guardian of the Hidden Mountain Village.
Hanakaze changed into a new set of clothes she’d bought when the two shinobi returned to Sasuke’s house before they went out again. “I’m giving you a fair warning, I don’t know how they’ll act to you.” Sasuke warned her as they reached the bar where Sasuke had agreed to meet his friends.
“I’ll keep that in mind.” The blonde replied as she followed him inside. Music pounded in her ears as they entered the bar but she didn’t seem to mind, recognizing the song.
“There they are.” Sasuke said, spotting Neji and Shikamaru at the bar. The two walked over to the other two Jounin, both who seemed to stare at the new kunoichi.
“Wow. Sasuke, I didn’t know you managed to find this hot of a girl.” Shikamaru said.
“This is Hanakaze. The girl I told you about.” Sasuke said, introducing the blonde to the two brunettes.
“I’m Nara Shikamaru.” The first one said bowing his head to the kunoichi.
“Hyuuga Neji.” The other introduced, examining her closely. ‘Nice figure.’ He thought to himself with a mental smirk. “Naruto and the others should be here soon.” He informed Sasuke before taking a drink of his sake.
“That’s good to know.” Sasuke said, ordering himself a drink. He looked over at Hanakaze again, hoping she was ok with all of this. He didn’t want to push anything, but neither did he really want to hold off on his ‘friends’ finding out that he had another girl living with him. The last time that happened had been Kei, and Sasuke was still a bit wary of getting hurt again.
After Naruto, Kei and the others arrived, the rest of the introductions were made between the locals and the new kunoichi. Hanakaze told the others that she had been a student under both Jiraiya and Tsunade, which surprised Naruto to no end that Jiraiya had ever had a ‘pretty and pretty sane’ student, as he worded it.
Hanakaze had watched as Sakura and Kei had gone up to the small stage that had been set up for karaoke. It wasn’t an actual karaoke bar, but the place was known to hold some karaoke on the weekends. Sakura had chosen to sing ‘Miracle’ while afterwards, Kei chose the slightly more ‘dark’ sounding ‘Nemo’.
After the former Takigakure ninja finished her song and took her bow, Hanakaze slowly got up and headed to the stage. As she passed the other kunoichi, both girls stopped for a moment, feeling familiar energies from the other before continuing on their ways.
“She sings?” Sai asked Sasuke as Hanakaze went up to the stage. Sasuke just shrugged a bit. “I’m still getting to know her.” He admit to the other shinobi. While Sasuke had heard her singing that one time when he found her, he wasn’t about to tell Sai that little detail. Or anyone else for that matter. Naruto and the others just watched as Hanakaze selected her song.
Hanakaze shut her eyes as the music started, bringing the microphone up so that she could sing.

Sasuke and the others stared at the blonde ninja onstage. This song she had chosen, she was expressing her anger, her rage, her pure hatred to someone. Sasuke had already decided that he wouldn’t pry into her history. As such, the raven began to wonder who had earned so much hatred from her.

The entire bar was in shock at her performance. They could feel her rage underlining the lyrics as she sang them. Hanakaze breathed heavily for a few moments before taking a quick bow and getting off the stage. Sasuke looked like he had been trapped in a spell. This was the second time he’d heard her sing, but this time was very different. Last time, she’s been singing about a loved one. This time, she was singing about an ‘enemy’. That’s when it hit him. He guessed who she had been singing to. Naruto and Kei stared at Hanakaze for a moment before looking at one another. They could both tell. They knew who she had been singing about.
Sai nodded his head as Hanakaze rejoined their group. "Very nice, Songbird." The artist said casually. Hanakaze froze at his new nickname for her. "What... did... you... call... me?" She asked, making a fist. "Songbird." He repeated before dodging his head to the side. He narrowly avoided having his eye clawed out by a now enraged Hanakaze. However, three, thin red lines appeared on Sai's cheek.
"She cut him?" Neji asked.
"She actually hit him?!" Naruto yelped.
Sai just held his bleeding cheek. "What's your problem?" He snapped at her.
"Don't. Ever. Call. Me. That. Again." Hanakaze warned them before stomping out of the club.
