Putting Out the Lantern

Sasuke had been cursing quietly to himself since he had left the meeting, one in which the entirety of Red Eye was there, even a few kids he had never seen before. And, the meeting had not been brief, it was already pushing four a.m. At such and early hour, Sasuke did not want to disturb Naruto but had inadvertly found himself at the man's front door anyway. He supposed it was the chill that was getting to him, not that he wasn't used to it, but the warm feeling from earlier had faded and he felt colder than usual.

Sasuke lifted a hand to knock but felt the strangest urge to just try the doorknob. The door swung open silently. There were still lights on, and Sasuke could hear Naruto's voice in the livingroom, apparently on the phone.

"Yes, I know that T, but you're kind of missing the point."

T? Who the hell was T?

"I am not!" the blonde sighed, "look, just make sure everything's clear, okay? I'll see you on Tuesday...yes, I won't forget...promise...love ya t-I AM NOT!"

Sasuke peeked around the corner in time to see the blonde flop backwards onto the couch, cell phone still open in his hand. He walked quietly to the couch and sat down on the end. Naruto shot up with a startled gasp, but when he saw who it was, he fell back again holding his chest.

"Jesus Christ, Sasuke! You nearly gave me a heart attack."

"Maybe you shouldn't leave your door unlocked for any form of petty or not-so petty criminal to waltz in," Sasuke replied with just a hint of annoyance in his tone.

Sitting back up, Naruto made a confused expression, "it wasn't locked? Hn, must have forgot."

"Forgot? You idiot," Sasuke hunching over to put his head in his hand, he was too drained to yell at him for being stupid, and it probably would have gotten him kicked out anyway.

Naruto chose to ignore the comment and scooched over on the couch to the boy. Hesitantly, he leaned his head on his shoulder, "it's late, you should get some sleep. You can...sleep in my bed if you'd like."

Sasuke tilted his head, "why are you still awake?"

That caught Naruto offguard and his cheeks turned a little pink as he sat up, "I, uh, w-was waiting for you."

Sasuke stared at him for a moment and nodded before standing up. Naruto hurried to his feet as well and led him into the bedroom, "um, there are extra blankets in the hall closet if you need some, since it's been getting colder outside, I started closing my window. If you need anything else, I will be on the couch, so you get just come and-"

His words were cut off when a hard body hugged him from behind, cold hands going up his sweater. Naruto had to clench his teeth to keep from keening as Sasuke nuzzled and kissed his neck, teasing the skin gently. Sasuke breathed in the blonde's fresh scent that seemed to be covering up something, but the extra scent was so barely there, he couldn't recognize it.

"S-Sasuke..." Naruto tried to tell him to stop, but his voice didn't seem to be working very well, at least until the raven's lips found a very sensitive spot by his ear and he moaned breathlessly.

Sasuke paused when he heard that moan, but this time he didn't stop. His hands spanned the blonde's flat tummy and slight definition of abs. His skin was so smooth and warm, Sasuke wanted to touch all of it.

Before he could really comprehend the situation, Naruto was chest down on the bed, fairly wirthing as the boy touched him. It felt so very wrong, but at the same time he didn't want him to fucking stop.

"Sasuke," this time, it came out as a plea, one that caused shivers under the pale boy's skin. He pushed the blonde's sweater off and flipped him around. One his back, Naruto looked up into dark eyes that were eating him alive, and he loved it. But he knew this had to stop before things got really bad.

Sasuke leaned down to kiss the blonde, this time, it was eager. Naruto moaned again as thier tongues met and danced. He laced his arms around the boy's neck, pulling him closer. His hands gripped the back of the boy's shirt. Sasuke sat up and pulled both of his shirts off, his defined torso was lean and pale, but Naruto could only admire for a moment before he was on him again. Their kisses were hot and Naruto felt saliva dribble down his chin, but he couldn't stop. His mind was screaming at him to do so, but his body hadn't had it in so long that it was adoring every damn little touch.

Sasuke pulled away from his mouth, but immediately went to work on his neck and collar. The blonde was emitting cute little gasps and moans that it was making his jeans very tight. He worked his way down the man's chest and stomach, leaving a small mark by his belly button. Finally, he took the hem of the blonde's pants between his teeth. Naruto gasped and gently pushed the boy's head away, "n-no, Sasuke."

With his cheeks so pink and lips swollen from the kisses, Sasuke smirked, "I don't think you mean that."

"I-I do. Sasuke stop! Please!"

That's what did him in, Naruto was asking him not to. Very reluctantly, he moved back up the man's torso and kissed him lightly on the forhead, "as you wish."

Naruto woke up the next morning very warm. He breathed in deep the faint scent of cigarette smoke and cuddled into the warmth. Sasuke mumbled something and wrapped his arms tighter around the small man. Blue eyes peeked open and stared into pale skin.

...

'bad.'
