Notes: Thank you, thank you The Simi for the wondeful r/r I wonder where everyone else has hopped off to but then they could be engrossed in the other stories like I get at times. So come on everyone let me know how you feel.

Another note had a rough few days at work and I need to vent so forgive me if this chapter gets uber long.



Chapter Four



Watching as Naruto argued with the Hokage about not going on a mission and leaving me alone in my condition. I growled at the hated words,and intruppted to add my own opinion, which was I wasn't a fucking invalid and could survive without him for a week. His response to that was that I had a check-up scheduled for four days from now so he couldn't leave. Of course I disagreed strongly, and even went as far as to begin waddling, yes I waddled and I couldn't be mad about it especially since the weight that I gained was starting to effect my lower back, anyway I waddled to the house and headed for his room and started packing a pack for him, so what I wasn't folding anything kindda just shoving it in there.

"Who knew you were so domestic!"

Throwing one of the Kunai that I had been ready to pack, I purposely aimed above his head

"Hey! your aim is off, I guess having my kits is screwing with your skills."

"Is it? I aimed above your short ass on purpose, just to get your attention, don't mess with me when sharp objects are in reach"

"Thank you, for packing my bag, I still don't want to leave you."

"I know and I appriciate it even if I don't show it."

Leaving the room I went to my room, I actually had been taking naps as much as I denied the neeed for them. I would wake up feeling better and less tired and achy. Usually after one of my naps Naruto would have a snack waiting for me it seemed he was really getting into taking care of me and in so many ways it felt good as if we were a family, or at least friends. Snuggling into the bed I closed my eyes. And like clock work I woke two hours after and Naruto had the snack waiting and so was Kakashi. Greeting our former sensei, I sat next to him at the table while he looked pointedly at my distended belly.

"I knew Naruto would fatten you up, I heard Baa-chan say you were under weight and that's all he nedded to hear to stuff you full of ramen."

"Oy! I feed him other stuff I'm following the diet Tsunade gave him."

"Really so this bowl of chocolate covered strawberries with whipped creme is on the recommended list."

Growling I covered the bowl as he reached for it to grab one

"Back off, no one gets any of this, try it again and you pull back a stump."

At his raised eyebrow, I growled and left the kitchen for the den with the bowl. Curling up on the couch, I dug into the bowl, by the time they came into the den I was licking chocolate and whipped creme off my fingers.

"Here I'll take this to the kitchen."

We had decided that we couldn't live with explicit pictures every time we ate so Naruto had brought plain plates and we kept the other set in the cabinets.

"I'll have him back to you safe and sound."

"I'm not worried."

" Good, cause that's not good for the babies. Oh by the way Naruto asked Iruka to accompany on your appointment."

"That dobe I already told him it's not necessary"

Yeah well humor him, you may not worry but he does."

Bowing my head I nodded slowly. Naruto and I still had not talked really talked about my leaving and what happened in the passing months. There was plenty that I would love to forget but I knew at some point we would have to dicuss things.

"Ok ready Sensei, I'll be back as soon as I can."

"Don't rush or be reckless, just be safe and come home."

Pushing up I walked the two nijia to the door. Locking it after they were gone I went to the couch, pulled the next baby book out from the cushions and sat down to read. All the while my hand massaged my stomach.



Four days later, I was waddling next to Iruka while we made our way to Hokage Tower. Keeping up the small talk we entered and headed for the clinic section.

"Ah Uchiha Sauske yes?"

"Yes, who are you?"

"I am assisting Tsunade Hokage, there was an urgent emergency and as I am a visiting medic, she asked if I could do your exam."

"She could have resceduled."

"It was quite sudden, I was informed of your case, if you please there is a gown there I'll give you some privacy to change."

"Why do I have to change Tsunade never makes me put on the gown."

"Yes well I am more by the book, so please change."

"I think I'll reschedule for when Tsunade is back."

"Nonsense you came all this way, now change and get on the table."

"I don't think that I'm comfortable with this, if you'll excuse me."

"What is your problem. would you rather wait till something happens or till something is wrong with your babies that could be caught and fixed now!"

Covering my stomach with my hands I shook my head.

"Good, now change, I'll be back in a minute."

Struggling out of my clothes I pulled the thin gown on, It was cold in the room and I shivered. Pulling the cloth closer around myself, I shivered more as the doctor came back in.

"Get on the table."

Struggling I glared at the doctor as he ignored me and my struggles, obviously as pregnant as I was I needed help yet he left me trying to push up and on the table.

"Lay back and open the gown."

"What?"

"Here just over your stomach the sheet will cover the rest."

Jumping when cold hands touched my stomach, I aquirmed away.

"Remain still!"

When the touch became less clinical and more carressing I moved away as quickly as I could.

"I told you to stay still!"

"This exam is over I'll have Tsunade reschedule for another time."

"Oh grow up! Your having twins, suck it up!"

Narrowing my eyes,I nodded and came up with a different tactic to get away from this doctor, if he was indeed a medic, he mentioned earlier that he knew my case, then he would know I was having triplets, not twins. Realizing that I was in danger and needed to get away from him, I made to get off the table. The hands on my stomach lost there carressing touch to begin gripping my skin.

"I have to go to the bathroom."

"Hold it!"

"I'm pregnant I can't, please."

Pushing off the table I headed to the bathroom, closing the door, I knew I didn't have much time. Doing the only thing I could, I slowly got on the closed lid of the toliet and reached for the window. Pushing it open I circulated chakra to my feet and held my belly as I used it to jump and reach the sill. Climbing out the window; this would be funny if it wasn't so frightening. Jumpimg I covered my belly again and prayed I wouldn't hurt myself or my babies. Landing I felt pain in my ankle as it took the extra weight I carried and strained keeping me balanced and off the ground. I immediatly knew I had sprained it, due to the strain. Grabbing the wall next to me I rested for a few seconds, then pushed off, limping around the back side to the front.

"Sauske! What the hell where did you come from?"

"Sensei!"

"I don't like hopspitals I needed some air, why are you limping?"

As the high from my escape finally left me I started shaking and soon the tears wetre flowing.

"Sauske!"

"Let's get away from here please I want to go home."

Once at the house I headed straight for the den the most comfortable room. Sinking into the couch, I couldn't seem to stop shaking or crying.I had no idea how long I stayed like that with Iruka next to me trying to get an explanation.

"Here drink this"

Sniffling I looked up at the cup.

"What is it?"

"Camomille tea it will relax you."

"Thank you."

Drinking the tea, I let it sooth me enough to be calm enough to offer an explanation.

"What the hell, who the hell was he, and he claimed he was assisting?"

Nodding, I fought the need to start bawling again

"Tha's what he said but, the way he acted, and the things he said, he refused to let me reschedule. and he made me get undress and put on this really thin gown. I knew something was wrong when he said twins and the way he touched me. I climbed out the window."

"What!"

"In tha bathroom the window the way he was touching me."

Shuddering, I covered my stomach.

"So the limping is from climbing out the window?"

"Um now it's from the way I landed I sprained my ankle holding my weight."

"My god and were sitting here talking! Lay down I want to look at your ankle!"

"I don't think thats....

"Either I look now or I take you to the infirmary."

Gulping, I did as he said, Iruka was scary when he got determined, and in all my worry I found something small to smile about.

"Does Kakashi ever win when you set that tone and look on your face."

"Not if he wants to stay in our bed."

"You two are a good match, your strong enough for him yet graceful to let him be possesive of you."

"Don't you mean weak, graceful is just another word for weak?"

"Not at all, between the both of us your the stronger at least now. The pregnancy takes alot of energy out of me and my chakra ia keeping my body from rejecting my babies."

"It's swollen and tender, I'll get you an ice pack and and make you a sandwhich to take some pain killers.

"I can't take pain killers."

"Oh sorry, I'll make the pack, and get a pillow to elevate it."

"Thank you sensei."

Jumping at the touch of cold against my skin Iruks was putting the ice pack on my puffy ankle. I must have fallen asleep, cause I didn't know or hear when he came back in.

"Are you alright now?"

"Hn."

"I 'll take that as a yes, I'll be right back."

"Where are you going?"

"Your out of milk. Just keep it elevated and rest."

Nodding I heard him leave, pushing up I forced myself up and over to the door to lock it. After that creepy visit, I was freaked out and missed having Naruto in the house even if he was annoying and loud at times. Limping back to the den I grabbed the blanket I had found in the linen closet, it matched the throw rug that had the wolf pack on it, somehow wrapping it around my body made me feel just a little more calm. Wondering how long buying milk took, I tried not to think about that medice or the way he touched me. I mean it was almost as if, shuddering as the memries came rushing over me.

FLASHBACK

Fighting against the straps that held me down on the cot, a hard as stone thin cot, I tried to get away. Orchimaru had told me to kill an innocent child and all I could think about was that my own children were innocent, what if someone wanted to kill them, thanking whatever god was listening that I was still able to hide my pregnancy, I kept trying to get free, as the door opened and five different nijia came into the room I was being kept in.

"Well pet the choice is simple, kill the child or I let them have you."

"I won't do it."

"Then you deserve your own fate, nijia, all I ask is that you don't kill him."

After the second time I was brutally raped, I had forced my mind to blank to push all of it away, the only thing I was sure off was that when this was over I would probably micarry if I hasn't already. When they all finished with me I was covered in blood and semen and I was hurting so bad.

"Well pet, now will you do as I say?"

"Then all just have to bring in the rest after you've had a bath of course."

Two days later I made that choice that awful choice, anything to stop the pain and humilation. The same day I was sent out, and I did what he wanted I killed an innocent, someone who hadn't even had a chance to live to learn to anything other then his home. Going back to Orchimaru, I felt so dirty so filled with hate, not only for him but more for myself, what had I done why had I bent to his will. Not for the first time I contemplated escape, only to conclude that I had nowhere to go not now, not after I sliced the throat of that child. So I went back, and I wanted to die, the only thing keeping me here was the fact that by some miricle I hadn't miscarried and I had no desire to murder more innocent lives.

END FLASHBACK



Finding Tsunade in her office working I asked her what the hell was going on, why had she left Sauske to go through with the appointment with that creep of a medic

"What are you talking about I sent a message nin to tell him that I had an emergency and rescheduled it for tomorrow, what medic? I wouldn't have anyone but maybe Shizune or Sakura look after Sauske."

"He said you told him you left the case in his hands and he freaked Sauske out. From what Sauske told me after he calmed down enough to talk this guy was mean and forceful and toched his stomach in a way that made him highly uncomfortable, so uncomfortable he climbed and jumped out your bathroom window."

"He what! Is he alright?"

"He has a sprained ankle and is a bit tramutized but otherwise. anyways just come on see for yourself."

Taking her back to her residence, I knocked on the locked door I mean I could have found a window I did learn a few things from Kakashi but with the events of today I didn't want to frighten him again.

"Iruka, Tsunade, where's the milk?"

"Oh um, I'll go get it you two sit and talk."

"Come on sit down let me look at you."

Waddling to the couch, I got comfortable. The first thing that she checked on was my ankle. After she had me move the blanket away from myself so she could do an exam on me. Shrudding again as her hand covered my stomach, I fought the urge to begin to squrim away from her.

'Are you alright?"

"I'm fine just trying to stay comfortable."

"Ok let's talk about today."

Felling myself tense up I did squirm away.

"There's nothing to say."

"I'm back."

"Did you see the medic that took care od Sauske?"

"For a brief moment."

"Why do you want to know what he looked like, if you told him to do the exam."

"Look to be honest, there is no assisting medic. I had an emergency that couldn't wait but I sent a messenger nin to tell you that I was rescheduling."

"I never saw or got the message. If you didn't have an assistant then who was he?"

"That's what I want to find out if you would just cooperate."

"Cooperate, your telling me that some complete stranger, a total unknown not only got rid of but probaly murdered one the ninja, then posed as a med nin at your clinic, then basicaly molested my stomach."

"Calm down, you need to stay relaxed."

"Calm, relaxed! I climbed out a window to get away from him, how in god's name did this happen?"

"Sauske!"

Slapping my hand over my mouth I rushed for the bathrooom, throwing up everything I had eatten and more, emptying myself out. Holding the sides of the bowl ofr aminute, I shakily pushed to standing. Going to the sink I brushed my teeth and felt myself shaking ready to come ungluded and all I wanted was for Naruto to come home, to walk in smirk and say something gurentted to make me want to hit him. I wanted my dobe, I wanted him now. Wiping at the tears rolling down my face, I sunk against the wall then to the floor. Biting my lip hard as the first pain hit, I panted and realized I needed to calm down. The next two pains were stronger and I was glad I was on the floor.

"Do you think he's alright. Naruto will kill me if anything happens to him, but not before Kakashi breaks up with me and kicks my ass."

"Let's not have that happen."

"Sauske?"

"What's wrong!"

"I'm having cramps and there getting worse."

"Go lay down."

Doing as I was told I went to the closest room, mine of course. Laying down I moaned at the next pain. Shifting when Tsunade reached to lift my shirt and lower my pants passed my stomach, I remained still as she examined me.

"Iruka! I need you to go to the clinic and get...

Tuning her out as the next group of pains hit I moaned and panted silently begging my babies to hold on. Not seeing the poof of smoke either I let Tsunade do what she did best.

"Lady Tsunade I came as soon as Iruka told me what was happing here is everything you asked for."

Doing as I was told and swallowing when I was told the pain gradually ebbed and I fell asleep.

"That was to close, he should stay asleep for the rest of the night, Irula until they come back from the mission Sauske needs to stay off his feet in bed. I'm not trusting him to do that alone so can you please stay."

"Of course I'll stay, I'll just go get a few things."

"Will he be alright?"

"Yes, he just needs to regain the delicate chakra balance that keeps him from miscarrying the babies and for that he needs rest. And we have an investigation to run. A missing possibly murdered nin and a mysterious medical assistant."



Wow, I just could not stop typing and like I said I needed to vent work and life frustration so thank you for being my therapy please r/r yes yes I know alot of dialouge but it helps move the story so smoothly
