Sasuke’s P.O.V (third person)

The raven arrived home late that night, he hadn’t bothered going out, he was simply too tired and bade Neji goodnight before heading home alone. While he walked he thought of Naruto, of those arms constricting around his middle, the warm breath on his neck and blonde hair caressing his face. Sasuke sighed happily and picked up his speed, eager to get home now.

He approached the door and pulled out his keys, slotting the house key into the door and swinging it wide.

“I’m home!” He called, dropping his keys onto the desk in the study and his bag to the floor before kicking it underneath the desk.

“Naru?” He called uncertainly down the hallway. No answer came and Sasuke frowned for a moment before making his way down to their bedroom and tilted his head around the frame. The shower wasn’t on and the bed was perfectly made, something he hadn’t expected.  Laughing, Sasuke strolled to Naruto’s next favorite haunt, the kitchen. There was a new piece of paper hanging off the fridge but Sasuke didn’t bother looking, assuming it was just a shopping list Naruto pinned to the fridge and then forgot to take with him.

He definitely wasn’t in the house and so Sasuke settled himself down on the couch to wait for the blonde to come home, he was bound to sooner or later, he never missed dinner.

Hours ticked pass and finally Sasuke glanced at the clock. Eleven pm. It was definitely too late for Naruto to still be out. With a chuckle Sasuke stood and tip-toed to the bedroom and crawled onto the bed only to be disappointed, Naruto wasn’t there. He wasn’t anywhere to be found.

Lost and worried Sasuke walked to the kitchen and spotted the paper that he had dismissed earlier. He pulled it from the fridge and read it, frowning.

“Sasuke, I’m going out. Don’t know when I’ll be back. Don’t wait up for me. Naruto. Hn.” Sasuke placed the paper onto the table and went back to the bedroom, stripping off his black shirt as he went before finally climbing into bed.

He stayed awake, staring at the ceiling waiting for Naruto until sleep pulled him under.

Waking, Sasuke rolled over and stretched an arm out over Naruto’s chest only to find the bed empty. Still groggy with sleep he groaned and pulled himself out of the covers before padding across the hallway into the kitchen. The note was still on the table and there were no dishes on the sink, nor were there any missing from the shelves. Sniffing, Sasuke continued on to the lounge room, expecting to find the Dobe curled up on the couch but again he was nowhere to be seen.

Starting to panic the Raven raced about the apartment, looking in closets and under chairs for the blonde. When he had at last turned the entire room over, he grabbed up his cell phone and dialed Naruto’s number. It rang twice and then went to voicemail. Sasuke groaned and hung up, unaware that on the other end of the phone Naruto was listening to him muttering on the voice mail with tears streaming down his face.

Sorry for the short chapter again guys. I felt that it needed to end where it did so please don't hurt me! I promised lemons and they will be delivered but I want to get some of the story out of the way before getting too descriptive. There will be more though!
