The Apology

I know this is my first story so thanks for bearing with me and offering me advice =^.~= it does help! Also thanks for not flaming!! I’m still a rookie so I hope to improve!!!! Well any who thanks for reading and don’t worry this isnt the last chap I just wanted to say thish before I continue!!!!! =^.^=

"Gaar-!!???" Lee stuttered at Gaara pulled him into
a hard kiss his lips moving furiously over his own but it wasn't passion.... It seemed more like 'desperation.' Lee thought as Gaara
tried to coax him into kissing him back letting up a
little bit and gently moving to the corner of his
mouth then back to the middle again.

It felt....nice.. Lee had noticed that thankfully Gaara was wearing a
bathing towel around his slender waist, and that his own hadn't come off in the
ruckus. He started to feel prying fingers wrap around
the waist band of his towel and start to pull down.

'This is happening WAY to fast!!' Blushing three shades of red,
Lee pushed Gaara back and held him there with his
inhuman like strength panting. Gaara was thrashing slightly causing hot water to splash about trying to get back to Lee but it was futile, when
it came to sheer strength Lee won that easily and luckily (for Lee) Gaara
didn’t have his gourd with him to change that. Finally
becoming still Gaara's eyes met Lee's black ones.

"Why?" was the only thing that Lee was able to ask.
After holding Gaara at arms length trying desperately to get a grasp on the situation for a few agonizing minutes Gaara seemed to calm down a bit his breathing coming down to be more controlled.

"Because your the only person who forgave me with out
hesitation and treated me as an equal not a monster."
Lee's arms loosened and seemingly went numb to his sides as the emotions that had been swirling around in his head took effect. Gaara leaned forward resting his head on Lees shoulder.

'I thought he said that the families forgave him?' As if reading his
mind Gaara leaned up to Lee's ear and whispered

"They wouldnt have if I did to them what I did to you. You trust me and aren’t afraid to be around me... " Gaara turned his head to the side away from Lee's face as if he were ashamed to have admitted such a thing to someone and was now just waiting to be crushed like all the times befor."Your the only person that I can say I truly trust back.."

Lee felt pride swell in his heart Gaara trusted in him and he meant something to him! No one had ever said such deep things to him before so naturally he was a little taken back. Along with the pride mixed guilt here Gaara was as fragile as Lee had ever seen him and all he could do is gawk at him. 'But wasn't this wrong?' Lee asked himself. 'Isn’t two boys being together like this wrong?' Lee then looked down at Gaara who was visibly grimacing, waiting for another wound to be carved to his already bleeding heart. Lee couldn’t block it out anymore he wanted this. He cared more for Gaara then anyone he could bring to mind. Even more then Sakura-Chan because unlike Sakura, Gaara needed him and would return his affection this is why he supposed he felt so close to Gaara. He didn’t care if 'this' was wrong or right it was right to him and that’s all that mattered.

Lee put a finger under Gaara's chin and lifted it up so that he could be looking into his eye's when he told him the thing that was going to change both their lives. "Gaara..." Lee started.

'This is it..he's going to tell me how disgusting I was for even thinking for a second that he could..'

"Gaara-kun I care very much for you very much more then I do about anyone I know..." Gaara's eyes widened in disbelief. "And I would like to be with you if you're willing to be with me.." Lee finished with a hint of uncertainty that Gaara wouldn't accept what he wad just proposed to him. But soon all doubt was eliminated when he felt Gaara's lips press to his own. And for the first time that day Lee kissed Gaara back.


~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Oh you all thought that when I said "The next chapter is going to be it!!!" I meant shmex? WRONGE!!! I meant that that’s when Lee is going to accept Gaara. Not quite yet sport fans!!! I’m sorry please don’t hurt me!!! I just figure that it is to soon for zat but dun worry 'that' will be coming soon...oh yes so very soon!!!! I’m gonna try not to be the kind of writer who beats round da bush and keeps dragging it out 4 eva I HATE THAT! So dun worry it'll come that it will!
