Missing Valentine

Well this is the last, the absolutely last chapter for this fic. I may do a sequal that tell things from Naruto's perspective and those chapters will be longer than these if I do the sequal.

Sasuke was about to explode with rage when he got home from meeting with the council. They had called him in and told him that if he fathered a child with anyone of his choice within a year, they would accept Tsunade's decision that Naruto be her successor, but if he didn't they'd demote Naruto to genin and would NEVER allow him to be Hokage. They had essentially ordered Sasuke to cheat on his husband. He knew that they were aware that he would never betray Naruto like that and were using this as an excuse to destroy Naruto's dreams. 'Fucking assholes!' The furious Uchiha was glad that Naruto was still at a doctor's appointment. He did not want to have to tell his husband about this while he was still this pissed.

The ravenette went to the house's dojo and smacked clones around until he was exausted and the majority of his anger had been worked off. He slumped down against the wall and wondered if Naruto was home yet and how the appointment had gone. The blond had been tiring easily lately and threw up in the evenings. Sasuke had been so worried that he'd insisted that Naruto allow Sakura to check him over.

Sasuke was about to get up when a bird flew into the dojo and deposited the valentine at his feet. It was shaped like the Uchiha fan with red glitter and not quite dry glue. The chocolate was a very fat chibi Naruto. Sasuke looked at the ridiculous figure. 'Naruto what are you up to now?' He opened the valentine to see what was going through his usuratonkachi's head.

Turns out Kyuubi's a girl
And Teme guess what?

Okay first of all you know that Kyuubi merged with me before I dragged you back to Konoha right? Well apparently the merge did more than give me more chakra and better senses. Sakura-chan checked me out and discovered that I've got a womb and that it's not unoccupied. I know it's hard to believe but I'm pregnant...

Sasuke dropped the valentine as his mind whirled. He knew that Naruto wouldn't joke about this but the idea that his husband was pregnant was unbelieveable.

"Um Sasuke?"

The Uchiha looked up to see a nervous and hesitant Naruto step into the dojo.

"You okay?"

Sasuke stood and went over to Naruto, cupping his face gently, "You're certain? Sakura didn't make a mistake?"

Naruto felt Sasuke's body trembling, "There's no mistake. Baa-chan checked too. We're gonna be parents teme."

Sasuke tucked his face into the crook of Naruto's shoulder and wrapped his arms around the blond tightly, "Kami-sama Naruto. You never cease to amaze me."

The blond smiled and returned the embrace, "I guess this means you're happy about this."

The Uchiha chuckled, "Idiot. Of course I am."

Sasuke pulled back and kissed Naruto, smirking as he recalled the council's demand and imagined how the old bastards would react when they found out that their plans had been torpedoed.

Omake: The Council's Note

A kunai pinned a note to the council chamber's wall. One of the old men got up, read the note. screamed, "WHAT!," and nearly had a heartattack.

As he was being fussed over by a medic, one of the female council members picked up the note and read it out loud.

"Roses are red
You old bastards are witless
I'm going to be a father soon and you'll get to witness
Konoka's first pregnant man
Imagine an Uzumaki-Uchiha
Blue eyes, black hair, and a tan

That's right assholes Naruto is pregnant and that means, Naruto is going to be the Rokudaime Hokage, since you said as long as I impregnate anyone, you'd accept Tsunade's decision on her heir. If you don't believe me ask Tsunade or Haruno Sakura for conformation. Did you really think you could manipulate an Uchiha and threaten the happiness of an Uchiha's chosen spouse that easily? Remember this next time you try and break one of my husband's dreams, if you ever hurt Naruto in any way, I'll rip out your entrails and strangle you with them.

The woman looked up, face pale and hand trembling as she looked at the other council members, most of whom looked as if they were going to keel over any second.

"I believe that it would be prudent if we ceased trying to block the Kyuubi vessel from becoming Hokage. He may be the only one who can control the Uchiha heir to any degree."

Out of self-preservation every council member agreed with her.
