chapter 5
Well manage to get another chapter out today, I am proud of this chapter for some reason and I think the flashback is one of my favorite scenes in the chapter; I was sitting picturing the whole event in my head smiling to myself. My dad was wondering what was so funny since I was smiling to myself hehe.

Chapter 5
Friday the 15 of September had finally arrived, it had felt like an eternity had passed since Monday and this day Naruto know wouldn’t move any faster, Naruto groaned and didn’t really want to get up but Momochi was knocking on his bedroom door and clearly didn’t want to stop until he had gooten out of bed. “YEAH! I’ll be out in a minute” he shouted from under his covers. Momochi snickered to himself before moving in to the kitchen where Haku was preparing breakfast and lunch which they would be taking with them on their small journey. “mmm smell great, whatcha making?” he asked the boy leaning over his shoulder to get a better look “western food, egg and bacon” the young boy replied and gave the older man a small shove indicating he had to move for Haku to put things on the table. Naruto came out of his room feeling refreshed; he was dressed in a black pair of pants which looked like a pair of pants form a black suit, but yet they weren’t, on the upper part of his body he wore a black shirt leaving the two top buttons unbuttoned. “morning Naruto-sama” Haku said as he was putting down the last plate on the table “hope you like egg and bacon” he added as he smiled to the blond boy who were stretching by his bedroom door. Naruto looked at both his friends; they were both dressed in black. Momochi had a black suit on but instead of wearing a shirt he had a black t-shirt underneath, making it loose some of its high profile. Haku was wearing almost the same as Naruto only difference was that Haku was wearing a pair of pants from a black suit. Naruto just nodded, he never really spoke on this day it was more Momochi and Haku that kept the conversation going. Just as Naruto was about to sit down with them to eat the breakfast there was a knock on the door, they looked at each other with a question mark none of them was really expecting any one. The blond boy walked towards the door and opened it to find Sakura, Lee, Ino and Kiba standing outside his door. They all looked at him with gentle eyes, they were all a bit surprised to see Naruto dressed in back even though they had seen it every time on this date for the past 5 years. Naruto stepped aside so that they could enter his flat, a bit hesitant at first but they all smiled and walked in to the flat. As they entered the living room/ kitchen they saw the two people dressed in black standing up from their seat, they all bowed to each other to indicate they had acknowledge each other. They all knew each other but they had never spoken more that a couple of words to each other since they first met. “Naruto!” Sakura gave him a bouquet of red roses “Tell them we said hi” they all nodded before they took their leave, his friends knowing he didn’t care much for touch they only waved at the blond boy who stood holding the bouquet of roses, their eyes indicating that they sympathized with him. Naruto smiled at them with a forced but grateful smile.
After breakfast Momochi, Haku and Naruto headed out to the train station to take the train back to Toyako, the train journey took about 7 hours. It was 9 am now so they would be there around 4 pm if there wasn’t any delay. The 3 of them sat quietly on the train waiting for it to depart the Tokyo train station, “it has already been 5 years “Haku said breaking the silence “yeah … time passes so quickly some times” Momochi added. Naruto was just starring out the window, into empty space. His mind drifting to his childhood, seeing Sasuke again after so long had awoken memories he had hidden away for so long he had almost thought they had been forgotten.

“Sasuke, wait for me” a young blond boy came running down the narrow path to the small river, the dark haired boy turned around watching the blond boy running towards him “not my fault you are so slow, careful so you don’t trip” he replied back to the blond one. “yeah” the boy answered back but as soon as he had said that his foot got caught in a root stretching across the path “Ah” the blond boy fell forward but didn’t hit the ground as the black haired boy was fast to react and caught him, they both fell to the ground and tumbled down the path “ouch” they said in unison. The young Sasuke was lying on top of the young Naruto, he lifted himself a little so he could see Naruto’s Face “dobe I told you to be careful” the blond boy lying underneath him smiled at him with his entire face, his blue eyes were sparkling in the sunshine. Sasuke smiled back at him, knowing he could never stay mad at him for long. “Let’s see if we can catch some fish” the blond boy said to him, Sasuke got slowly off Naruto and helped him up to his feet. “Last one out in the river is a frog” Naruto said laughing as he ran towards the river, Sasuke jogged slowly behind the blond one allowing him to be first because he loved to see the blond boy smile. “haha I was first, that means you are a frog” Naruto was running around in the small river with water up to his ankles. “dobe you are scary all the fish away” Sasuke said to him as he sat down with a long stick which had a fishing string tied to the end of it. Naruto looked at the dark haired boy with apologizing eyes, Sasuke smiled at him waving his hand telling him to come and sit down next to him. Again Naruto smiled from ear to ear and plated himself next to Sasuke, he snuggled next to Sasuke watching the small float at the end of the fishing string. “Ne Sasuke?” the blond boy didn’t look up only starred at the clear water “hn, what?” he answered “can we stay together for ever?” the blond asked him. Sasuke looked down at Naruto who was holding on to his arm to embarrassed to look up and smiled “when we grow up I’ll make Naruto my bride.” Naruto looked up at him “promise?” Sasuke smiled “I promise, Naruto” he kissed the blond on his forehead. Again Naruto was smiling from ear to ear hugging tightly to his arm, loving the way Sasuke said his name.

Sasuke took a deep breath; he stood outside Naruto’s door. He felt nervous, too nervous for his own liking. He lifted his hand and proceeded to knock on the door, the sound of the knock made echo in the hall. There was no answer, he knocked again hoping Naruto was only asleep but again there was nothing. He couldn’t hide his disappointment, ‘where are you Naruto’ he though pressing his hand on the door. It had been 6 days since he had seen him, he still couldn’t get that sad look he had given him when he had spoke to him but what was bugging him the most was the way Naruto shivered when he touched him. Naruto had always clung to his arm always smiling, but the blond seemed to have stopped smiling the way he used to. He noticed his forced smile when Lee had come up to give Naruto the notes, Sasuke sighed and walked down the stairs and walked to the park just in front of Naruto’s place thinking he could wait a wee while to see if the blond were to return home. As he came up to the entrance of the park he saw Kiba walking up the road “Kiba?” he stopped and looked at the grown boy “Sasuke, long time no see” Kiba said and smiled at him “Yeah it’s been a while” Sasuke said scratching himself in the head “You’ve changed a lot” Sasuke said and looked at the boy which had grown to be the same height as him “hairstyle is still the same though” he laughed a little. Kiba was a bit surprised that Sasuke was actually having a conversation with him “Yeah, well I am not the only one that has change though” he said and looked over Sasuke “true, but hen I guess we all have changed through the years.” Sasukes personality hadn’t changed though Kiba though, he was still the same, acting older that he really was. Which made Kiba wonder if Sasuke ever let he hair go and act like a kid once in a while, “where you off to?” Sasuke asked Kiba as the silence became a bit awkward. “To see if you were around here.” Sasuke looked at Kiba with surprised “Sakura said she gave you Naruto’s address” he said as he took out a piece of paper and handed it to him “here it’s his mobile number” Kiba smiled at Naruto “is this the only reason you came her?” Sasuke ask still surprised “no, I also came to tell you that he won’t be home today, he left for home early this morning.” Kiba paused before continuing “if you decide to call I am not sure he will be answering today” Sasuke folded the piece of paper revealing an 11 digit number, “why?” he asked. “That’s not my place to tell, you have to ask him yourself. He’ll be back before Sunday I am sure” Kiba waved at Sasuke “see you around” he shouted before disappearing around the corner to the subway station. Again Sasuke looked down on the piece of paper, longing to hear the blond’s voice.
Well that chapter 5 done, I’ll get right on to chapter 6. I am in such a good mood today had a nice day at my summer job and went for my jog without getting soaked, life is great.
