"Get on the horse, damnit!"
The two boys had bolted from the back of the hotel, and now they ran to the stable as quickly as their feet would carry them. It was behind the beautiful building, hidden in the mud that you couldn't see from the large, stone streets. It was still bayou here. The stable was simply a large wooden building with straw for a floor. It housed all the hotel guests' horses and carriages, which were something to marvel at. The two ran headlong into the building and began searching for Sasuke's horse. The blonde found it.
Naruto jumped on first, then Sasuke behind him. "Hold on." the Uchiha said flatly. The blonde gripped the horses mane and prayed. Sasuke grabbed the reins and wrapped his arms around Naruto, then spurred the horse on.
It ran. Fast.
They bolted through the mud and onto the stone street, Naruto was screaming his ass off. The horse flew past the hotel front, past a troop of soldiers that were stationed outside it. Sasuke grinned as the watched and pointed at him as he galloped forward and away from them.
The blonde was almost ready to piss himself with fear. Warm, bitter smelling, fear.
"You smell good," Sasuke whispered in the boy's ear as the wind rushed around them. The blonde was dumbfounded at how collected the Uchiha was, even though the horse was going faster than was possibly safe. Sasuke put his chin on Naruto's shoulder. The scenary began to change from city to swamp and the horse slowed to a trot. Sasuke kept his face against the other's neck, though, breathing in and out. His warm, wet breath made Naruto shiver.
It was a long ride back and it was silent. But, it was comfortable. The trees were a deep green, there were evens rabbits running across the dirt road before them. Sasuke kept his arms around the blonde. He just smiled and sighed. This was not too bad an outcome, all considered. He had escaped a troop of Louisiana's finest and now he was straddling a cute blonde boy who happened to be royalty. Not bad. Not bad at all.

The gates were open to the Uchiha estate. The grin left Sasuke's face. They were either expecting him, or the soldiers... Neither boded well.
"Now, Naruto, if they ask where you've been... you won't say I kidnapped you, eh?" Sasuke whispered into the boy's ear and grinned nervously as the horse trotted through the wrought iron gates.
"Oh, and why shouldn't I?" The blonde smirked.
"Cause I'll take you somewhere else if you don't," the Uchiha kept smiling.
"Take me where?" Naruto's face lit up.
"Ehm..." Sasuke chuckled, "I'm not sure... I'll figure something about."
"Well... I've yet to see the inside of the house... How bout my room, next?" Naruto's grinn went from ear to ear.
"Fine, let's just get through my parents first."
