Ch.5

Naruto opened his door and immeadiatly went to his bedroom, not even thinking of getting changed and flopped on his bed, hoping that sleep would take him quickly. When a big question poped into his head.

'Kyubi, why did you want to destroy the village?'

[I was wondering when you were going to ask that.]

'So stop stalling and explain.'

[You see a few years before I came here I lived further north in a beautiful forest with my mate and kits. When one day I went out to hunt. Iwas gone most of the day, but when i got back to my burrow my family was missing. I followed their scent for several days. and thats were I found them. Physically, they were fine, but their chakra was gone and they were covered in marks and seals, the kind a ninja would use. And thats when realized, with my rudamentary knowledge of the ninja arts, that their life forces had been stolen. And i vowed to find and kill the bastard. I chased him all over the country side, and i almost had him too. But he got to the village first, and at that moment I wasn't in the mood to explain myself.]

'I wouldn't have been either.' Naruto's thoughts interupted

[Well I think you know the rest. I tried to force my way in and your father did what he had to do to protect his home and child. I'm sorry for the trouble I caused you, but as you said you would have done the same thing in my situation.]

'Yeah, but the entire village wouldn't have attacked me, they probably would have sent the Anbu to subdue me and after that interrogated me.'

[Yeah, they would try to subdue you, with me helping you I'm pretty sure they would have a pretty bitchy time doing it.}

'I don't know. truthfully they would probably have me out cold in a matter of moments before I could even start drawing on you power.'

[Why do you say that kit?]

'Well lets see in terms of control over my own chakra, I'm like a child trying to fight with an Anbu's ninjato. And when I start using your power it's like handing that same child a cannon and saying 'have fun.' Frankly the only time I have any real form of respectable control is when I get so pissed off that you start taking control. And I don't know why I can't control it. I mean come on I train eight hours a day every day of the year, and their are academy students with better control than me.'

[But kit you know that's not you fault, right?]

'What do you mean?'

[How to explain it? Okay, here goes. You know that most humans draw power from both their spiritual essence and their physical bodies, mix them together and apply that to their jutsu, right?]

'Yeah so,' Naruto thought already knowing that.

[Well you have a third source to contribute to the mix, me. Now lets say that each person has a reservoir in side them, and the flow out of said reservoir is controlled by a dam. Well for some people their dam, which is their chakra control, is larger than their reservoir, like you friend Sakura. When she was younger her chakra was very low so she had a very easy time proportioning out the right amount of power for the situation, and overtime as her power grew so did her control. Were as in the case of you when you where younger you may of had even better control over your chakra than even Sakura but instead of trying to control a small reservoir of power you where trying to hold back an ocean, only when you found that scroll and learned jutsu that required a significantly larger amount of chakra, like Kagebushin, did you have the control you needed to execute the jutsu properly. But that is one thing I can rectify even from my current position inside you. As soon as we can, the two of us are going to train until we pass out, then we'll get up and do it gain the next day. Until even those idiots who hurt your girl will pale at the sight of us.]

'That sounds great, and I can't wait to get started. I just wish there was some way I could help you.'

[I don't know, Kit, Do you know this man?] At that Kyubi brought an image into his mind.

'[Sorry Kyu, I don't. But Tsunade may.' With that he could almost feel the fox smiling. Why, is that the guy?

[Don't worry about that right now, get some sleep, you're exhausted, and I've burned to much energy healing the girl and keeping you healthy at the same time, so I'm in the same boat.]

With that Naruto rolled over and without a word succumbed to exaustion.
