I do not, and never will own Naruto. This story is yoai (boy x boy love) for those of you who dislike that I suggest you not read this. Long overdue chapter five is up! Yay!

Chapter 5: Truth and Accusations



Sasuke carried Naruto over roof tops as Quickly as he could. He quickly made it to his home and brought the fragile blond home. Naruto had stopped crying quickly. So quickly that Sasuke suspected he was in shock. "Naruto do you want to lay down?" Sasuke still carrying the other on his back felt the nod and walked into his living room. He rested the boy on the sofa, "I am going to make us some lunch. You should try to eat something." He moved to walk away but Naruto caught his hand, "Stay here for a while."



He looked up from his resting place. Sasuke smiled softly at the shaken boy laying on his couch. "OK Dobe," He stretched his smile into a cocky smirk. He lifted Naruto's torso up and sat letting the other boy fall back to lay in his lap, "Can we talk about what happened?" He began raking his fingers through the gold mane to hopefully calm the boy a bit. Naruto shook a negative. "For now that's fine, but I know Tsunade will not take no for an answer," Naruto's face tensed. He looked away from the boy. "Naruto, you know that I love you," Sasuke began playing with strands of his hair.



"Don't," Naruto rasped out.



"Don't what?"



"Don't say that."



"Why? It's true. I have never been the type to get all mushy, but I love you."



"Please don't say things like that to me," Naruto was starting to feel annoyed, but so was Sasuke.



"The hell I will Dobe! I love you! Get over yourself."



"I don't want you to end up getting hurt."



"Why should I. I don't see why me loving you should be so hard for you to accept. Love is not always a two way street. I see that. It doesn't change how I feel."



"Humph," Naruto rolled onto his side away from the boy. Sasuke went back to giving him a scalp massage. At least Naruto felt well enough to argue. Naruto's words hurt though. Despite how he looked on the outside, Sasuke felt deeply hurt on the inside. He didn't blame Naruto. He had no delusions of winning the boy's heart. For the time being he had Naruto to himself. He was going to enjoy it to the fullest. Soon enough Naruto's breathing deepened and slowed. Sasuke smiled again, "I love you so much you stupid baka." He just sat there with his most precious treasure sleeping on his lap. He could die happy at that very moment.



If only things could stay like that for ever, but all good things must end...The end to this peace came I the form of a silver Haired jonin letting himself in via the living room window, “Yo!”



"What the fuck do you want Kakashi!"



"That hurts Sasuke-kun," Kakashi ambled over to the sofa and looked down with a concerned eye, "The Hokage requests your presence."



"We were going to go in the morning. Can't it wait?"



"No," Kakashi reached down and attempted to remove Naruto from Sasuke's lap.



"What the hell do you think you are doing?"



"I'm sorry, Orders," He looked sincerely at the boy, "You are to go alone, and I am taking Naruto for the time being." Kakashi lifted the thin creature and held him bridal style. Naruto stirred then leaned his head on Kakashi leaving a trail of drool on his shoulder.



"Where?" Kakashi was at the window.



"I am not supposed to give his location to you."



Sasuke was on his feet in a millisecond. His face reddened as he began his tirade, "Fuck no! You had better tell me where the hell you are taking him right now or..."



Kakashi looked at him warningly, "For now. You must go to Tsunade-sama. Go now, do not keep her waiting. I promise Naruto will be somewhere safe with someone who cares deeply for him. Someone who Naruto trusts and you should trust. Now get over there. The quicker you diffuse this situation the better for Naruto, and your little arrangement with Hokage-sama," He winked at the boy and Sasuke growled at the retreating figure of his sensei.



Sasuke lost no time making his way to the tower in the midday sun. He was greeted by two ANBU and escorted to the office, "Get the hell in here Uchiha-gaki!" Sasuke blanched a bit he wondered what he could have possibly done to earn her wrath. He walked in poker-faced hoping that whatever it was could be over with and done so he could get Naruto back. He stood at the door and waited.



"Sit down you little baka!" He took the invitation.



"May I ask what it is you called me here for Hokage-sama?" She glared down at him. It was a glare that rivaled his own, but he remained impassive, "Shut up usuratonkachi. Kuso! What a mess you have gotten into."



"..." Sasuke just regarded her with a look of mild confusion.



"Nakamura Gorou, Takeda Sora," Sasuke looked as if he hadn't a clue. Really he didn't; he had no idea of the boy's names and he was just to tired to think of the events of the day. Slowly it dawned on him.



"What about them?" He kept his face straight but onside he was boiling.



"Firstly Nakamura is in the hospital. You ruptured the boy's scrotum! You pulled a kunai on Takeda and threatened 'to gut him in the street!' What in the name of Kami were you thinking?" She slammed her fists onto her table. The piece of furniture collapsed. It was probably the third desk she had gone through that week. Sasuke had heard a rumor that there is a warehouse in place simply to keep the woman properly furnished.



"They kidnapped and attacked Naruto," He folded his arms over his chest as if his word was to be take as gold.



"Nakamura gave the impression that he and Naruto were engaged in 'consensual' activities when you attacked and beat him in a jealous rage," She held a written statement out for him to snatch and read.



"That worthless piece of shit!" Sasuke threw the parchment back in her face, "He's lying."



"I don't doubt it, but the council is taking his word. You are going to have to face them and answer the charges."

"He needs to be charged. He tried to RAPE Naruto!"



The woman sat in her chair behind her ruined desk, "I know. I don't believe that kid for one second, but I am not who you have to convince. For now Naruto has been remanded into protective custody due to your attack. He and Sora are each being kept in a safe-house. Gorou will be taken to a safe-house when he is released from the hospital."



"You better not have MY Naruto locked up in a safe house with that rapist!"



"Shut-up Gaki! I am not the idiot you or the council take me for. Naruto is with someone who knows his history and cares about him. Kakashi is also with Naruto and Gorou may not realize it but he is under surveillance. He is where he is as much for Naruto's safety as his own.""What do I have to do to get him back?"



"Be patient, close your mouth and speak only when spoken to. Do not mention Naruto in any other respect then the nature of the attack and only if necessary. The council will have Uzumaki on trial as much as they will you," Sasuke opened his mouth to protest. Tsunade held her hand up, "You may not like it, but that is the way it is. Most of those people would rather have Naruto banished from the village then to punish a sexual offender. I am doing my best to change things from the inside, but it is a slow arduous process with little results. Changing the system just works that way; if it can be changed at all." Her brow creased and she looked on the boy, "Do not get me wrong. I care greatly for that little brat. If I were there Nakamura and Takeda would have been much worse off, if I could hold back enough to not kill the both of them. The difference between you and I is that I am Hokage and you are still seen as a traitor by many. I disagree with them. You have proven to me that you are loyal. If at the very least you are loyal to Naruto. I see that. Where his loyalty lies so does your's. I pray he never turns his back on this village because they will loose two very powerful allies. If they choose to turn their backs on him even once more they will be loosing more then two powerful allies."



The woman stood up and walked around her desk. She placed a delicate hand on his shoulder. He was in awe that such a small feminine appendage could cause so much destruction. He knew her feminine whiles were a genjutsu, but she was as delicate in her own way as his beloved was in his. Really he could picture them being related.



"Thank you Hokage-sama," he bowed and turned away from her, "For everything."



"Oi! Gaki the hearing is tomorrow at nine sharp. Do not be late!" She called as he walked out. Then she turned to her cabinet and pulled a stack of papers out. She goty into her emergency stash of that expensive sake Sasuke had given her as a 'good will' gesture. She needed a stiff drink. She downed half the bottle before coming to rest behind her splintered and broken desk. "I'll do what I can to help you Uchiha," She mumbled to herself, "For Naruto's sake."



Naruto woke in a panic. He jumped from the futon he was laying on, "Naruto! Calm down."



"Iruka-sensei?" Naruto turned to see his former teacher resting on the floor next to his bed. Kakashi was standing behind him, "What happened?"



Iruka stood up and hugged his former student, "That is what we were hoping you could fill us in on..."
