Caught by Night

Disclaimer... I don't own Naruto! Nor will there ever be that once in a million years chance where the owner of the anime, breaks down in front of my house and asks to use my phone. While he/she use's it they get hit by lighting and in there dying breath they give me ALL of Naruto...So I'm saying that even though it would be nice to own such a cool anime/manga like that one, I won't, but here's me barrowing Naruto. *Runs away with itachi, and an evil laugh!*

(sorry this is short I had this writing block, but i'm hoping its gone now.)

Chapter 6. The blood curse.

Sasuke's heart nearly fell out of him. Had he just stabbed the Dobe? Had he killed the blond? The now forming pool of blood proved that that was the case, that he had done just that. "Naruto...!" He whispered. "What have I done?"

Gently Sasuke pulled out the two kunai, only to find, that they both were clean of blood. If he had just stabbed him, then why would they? the thought came up. No, he hadn't done that at all. Placing Naruto on his side he heard a small moan of pain. 'He's alive!' He thought.

Going to work Sasuke first needed to make some sort of light, but he also needed to stop the bleeding. "Where's Sakura when you need her?" He asked the night sky. Then with an idea he took off both shirts fast as he could. rolled one in a ball and tossed it in a dirt pile. Finding nearby sticks, he threw them as well. "Guess that will do." He said. Then lit the small fireplace.

Grabbing his bag, he began to get to work on Naruto. First the Jacket, then the black shirt. At once he found the wound, it was deep and bleeding hard. "He couldn't do that himself, there have to be a ninja who attacked him." Sasuke said, coming up with the only possible idea this wound would have come about.

Naruto's body began to shake hard.

"Stay with me Naruto. I'm doing what I can here. Just thank Kami I spent all that time with Kabuto." Sasuke said.

Naruto looked at the gate that kept the Fox within him. He hadn't been here in a while, but had not forgot how it looked. Yet this was not his hall, not his way to his demon friend Kyuubi. The water had gone from the floor, and was now blood, the seal in the gate, was now many seals all of them in red (what he hoped was) ink

Naruto's eyes grew larger to see Kyuubi laying in the cage, so meek and helpless. He was hurt too, but his injuries were caused by all sorts of things. Kunai, Shurakin, swords, and others. The one that caught his eye, was the large Shurakin in his back. It was deep and it was not going anywhere.

Running to the gate Naruto took hold of the bars and peer'd in. "Kyuubi!" He screamed.

"Kit?" The fox lifted its head so slitley.

"Can you make it?" Naruto asked.

"Damned thing came in and just got me while I was sleeping, and I was such...such, such a good..." The fox's head rested again.

"Stay awake!" Naruto cried out. "If you don't we die, stay alive!"

"I'll, try kit." The fox said his head still lulled to one side.

Naruto watched as the bleeding began to stop on Kyuubi. "Look someone's helping us." He said.

"Its no one you'd want there kit." The fox said.

Suddenly Naruto felt like he was being pull backward, and he watch Kyuubi grow smaller and he called. "Stay alive! I'll try to fix this friend!"

The fox let out a smile. The kit and he were friends.

Sasuke sat against a tree. That was all he could do. Stop the bleeding, try to heal some of the wound and then wrap it up. He only knew how to care for small battle wounds nothing as big as that, and he begged that that had done its job. He kept his eyes on Naruto all night. He had placed the blond near the fire and wrapped him in blankets, being sure to keep him from going into shock.

"Hmm..." Moaned Naruto. his head moved to one side.

"Naruto?" Sasuke said as he stood up and walked over to him.

"Don't Sasuke. Don't come near me." Naruto said.

"Huh?" Sasuke stepped back.

"Please stay there." Naruto said.

"Fine way to say thanks for saving your ass." Sasuke said. He was upset. "You get attacked out here dobe and I find you, and you want nothing to do with me?" He was angry now. 'Save a life and I get this crap.' He thought.

"Ahh!" Without warning Naruto felt as if he just been kicked in the side. "Look, calm down will you." He sat up and rubbed his side. Then lifted his shirt to show off a welt that hadn't been there before.

Sasuke watched as Naruto's sudden on set of pain came and he stopped. Kneeling down He stared at the fresh injury. "What's going on Naruto?"

Naruto looked at Sasuke and turned away. "I can't tell you."

"And whys that!" Sasuke raised his voice again.

"Please don't do that." Naruto said, he placed his hands out in front of him like a wall. "Look I have to stop this not anyone else, go back to Konoha, I'm going to Suna."

"What's in Suna?" Sasuke asked.

"Gaara." Naruto answered. He stood up and gingerly lifted his bag up. "Thanks."

"Who is doing this to you?" Sasuke pleaded.

"You." Naruto said and left running. Tears streaming down his face.

"I...I, I am doing that to Naruto, but how?" Sasuke asked himself as he stood there staring blankly at the spot Naruto had just been. "I can't be doing anything...can I?"

Reaview my BADLY spelted and gammered story cause Yes I don't have a bata thingy on my comp and my Baka! screen Reader is being hardto deal with and its reading stuff all messed up, but the comp I use to right this story is Not mine and I can't download a BATA thing on it...SO...I write it straight on to the AFF site. So I am Sorry you all have to deal with my crappness.
