Thousands of ninjas and villagers alike bolted from their beds as what felt like a small earthquake rocked their homes and stores. After the shock wave passed the villagers returned to bed while the ninjas lept out to find their kages wondering what in the hell had just happened because whatever it was...it wasn’t an earthquake.

But apparently we aren’t the only one’s, the brush lands, the hill country, rock country, and most of the colder snow regions have all reported the same via emergency chakra lines.” She informed as she headed over by her desk.

Pulling down a big map, she tacked it up and circled all the areas that had reported in, “as you can see the whiplash must have come from Suna which is right in the middle of all the affected areas. I have already sent messenger birds to the Kazekage for information. As it is we won’t know anything until tomorrow afternoon at the latest.”

Tsunade, Godaime Hokage, sighed “It is safe to say that something very powerful is operating in Suna with or without the Kazekage’s knowledge and we must kno— ”

Just at that moment....

“I don’t know exactly what’s going on but double the security and be on high alert for anything and everything until we know what is happening.” Glancing around she scanned the crowd for a familiar head of blond spikes but missed it. “Till tomorrow then” she dismissed them before approaching Jiraiya and Kakashi “where is Naruto?” she asked abruptly.

Jiraiya shrugged before both sannin turned to look at Kakashi as he volunteered “we had a mission but Sasuke says they returned together before separating to go home. He’s probably home sleeping.”

“We must know where he is” She shook her head “there are too many people after him for us to assume he’s just sleeping.”

Nodding at her they lept out the window and across the rooftops till they landed at the blond’s rickety old apartment. Hopping down onto the window ledge before stepping inside, Tsunade immediately noticed something off, the window was open, the sheets were all torn up and there were huge claw like grooves in the wall and, upon closer inspection, in the window sill as well, specks of blood dotted the ripped bedding.

“Shit, we have to find Naruto now. Kakashi set your dogs out immediately then rouse up the rookie nine Naruto must be found!”
