"That was fun, ne Sasuke chan?"
Naruto held the long arm in his grasp as they walked through town. Sasuke
smiled gently and ruffled the dobe's hair. This program hadn't been to much of
a nightmare and since they weren't scheduled to pair for a while he thought he'd
ask the cute ninja out once in a while. Sauske looked down to catch a glimpse
of his promise ring. The idiot was cute at times, wasn't he?
Naruto felt a tug as Sasuke made an abrupt stop.
"Ne, Sasuke what's up?"
The blonde followed the hollow gaze to his favorite ramen shop. His eyes quadrupled in
size and his heart was in his throat. Gaara was sitting across from Lee and as they ate
they spoke, as if only they were inside the 2 story eatery. Naruto tightened his hold.
"It's late, let's uh, let's go back!! C'mon, we'll eat in tonight and-"
Sasuke freed himself and ran into the shop, Naruto at his heels.

"...And Temari is married to some huge oil baron from the land of water."
"Really? Not to be mean but, I never thought she'd get married."
Lee and Gaara snorted with laughter, and flinched as they envisioned the pain of being hit with the
huge fan the strong headed girl carried around.

Sasuke sighed as he watched the couple, hiding himself quickly behind
his menu as Naruto ordered their food. Gaara's bubbly laugh echoed
thru the restaurant and Sasuke growled. Naruto sighed and looked
out the window, soft pelts of rain making the night air waft sweetly
thru the screen.
"You know Sasuke, maybe I should go, ok?"
Sasuke looked confused, his eyes looking intently at his dobe.
"You seem to be paying a lot of attention to Gaara and well..."
The blonde fidgeted and made circles around his dipping bowl, his other hand
fumbling with his vest zipper.
"I hate it when I have you and you decide that something else is more important..."
Naruto's eyes sparkled with jealous devotion.Sasuke rolled his eyes as he
turned back to Gaara. He didn't have time for his date's paranoia or jealousy
right now, especially when he had a mission to fulfill.
A huge clatter was heard as Naruto stood. He fished money out of his small, tight, well
fitted shorts and grabbed his shoes by the rice paper door on his way out. Sasuke got
up and gave chase, angry that the blonde didn't understand his position.

"LET GO OF ME RIGHT NOW!!"
Naruto fought the tight grip on his belt loop as Sasuke dragged him toward
a bus stop. The dark haired boy glared at Naruto, tossing the lithe blonde
on the ground and putting his hands on his hips.
"What the hell is wrong with you? I gave you attention all day, isn't that enough!!"
Naruto felt his heart sting. He stood and tried to walk past the Uchiha only to be grabbed
and slammed against the shelter wall.
"Your such a spoiled brat... it's disgusting."
The slap echoed thru the stop and made passerby stare. Sasuke fell back and clutched his cheek.
He glared at the ninja with disdain. First he ruined the mission and then he thinks he has the right
to beat him?
A small clatter brought Sasuke to his senses. A small silver band fell on the concrete ground. Naruto's
hand was still out stretched.
"Go to your precious mission Uchiha Sasuke... I'm done with you anyhow..."
Naruto tried to run, only to be grabbed again, this time he was pulled close. Sasuke held him tightly.
Naruto struggled and sighed as small puffs of breath left Sasuke shakily.
"I'm sorry, please don't be mad at me Naruto..."
He was surprised. The Uchiha never admitted anything and was always flawless in everyone's eyes.
Naruto smiled lightly and gave a small chuckle. He took and opened Sasuke's fisted right hand, the
band twinkling in welcome. He used Sasuke's fingers to slip it on and kissed the raven haired boy on
the head.
"Let's go and Torture Lee, ok?"
