Hello again! Yes I know I haven’t updated for a little while, but I am now working 2 jobs and not spending nearly enough time at home, or even with my computer...(wipes tears away)anyways I have managed to find a small chance in order to update this story...yay

On with the fic!



Naruto woke up to the sound of a rather irritating beep, beep, beep sound. He really couldn’t figure out what was making the noise, but he knew that he needed to make it stop before it drove him nuts. He tried to open his eyes, and found them to be heavy and hard to open. When he did finally manage to pry them open, he regretted his decision immediately, as the light hurt his eyes, and he quickly re-closed them, groaning slightly.



“Naruto?” He heard softly from somewhere beside him, he knew that voice.



“Sas...Sasuke?” He managed to groan out, with some difficulty, but said it regardless.



“Thank god, you’re awake! I’ve been so worried about you.” Sasuke responded squeezing the hand he held softly, and feeling Naruto squeeze back weekly in reply.



“What...what happened? Where am I?” Naruto asked weakly, finally managing to open his eyes, and look over at Sasuke, who looked like he hadn’t slept in about a week. “And why do you look like shit?”



Sasuke could’ve laughed seeing as he hadn’t left Naruto’s side for about a week, and it’s the first thing that he had noticed.



“You’re in the hospital; you were badly injured when we were trying to ride a house of a really nasty poltergeist, about a week ago.” Sasuke answered, rubbing his thumb along the back of Naruto’s hand.



“Well that would explain that really annoying beeping sound that woke me up. What happened to the poltergeist?”



“After you where hurt, I managed to send it back to hell where it won’t hurt anyone anymore.” Sasuke responded, quietly.



“Sasuke, what’s wrong? You seem upset.” Naruto asked, looking over at the raven sitting beside him. Sasuke in turn would not even look at him. Naruto reached out slowly, seeing as his arm felt like lead, and pulled Sasuke’s chin up. “Sasuke?”



“You were nearly killed Naruto, and there was nothing that I could do to stop it. All I saw was you jump in front of me, and saw the knife go through you, and then you hit the floor like a rag doll. I thought you were dead.” Sasuke explained, feeling the tears slide down his cheeks, and not caring if Naruto saw them. He knew that with their marks that Naruto would feel them, whether he saw them or not, just like he had felt the pain of the knife going through Naruto, then nothing.



“Sasuke, I’m not dead, I’m right here, and besides if I hadn’t jumped in front of you, then you would be dead, that knife was aimed for your head.” Naruto, explained, rubbing a thumb across Sasuke’s cheek in order to wipe his tears away.



He remembered being in the house with Sasuke, and turning around just in time to see a knife go flying towards the back of Sasuke’s head. He only had time to make it in front of the raven, or lose him forever, and he had known without a doubt that, that was the last thing he wanted, so he took the knife to the gut, and that was the last thing he remembered, before everything went dark.



“I can’t stand to lose you Naruto, even before we got these marks, I had fallen for you, and I would not be able to continue living if you aren’t here with me.” Sasuke replied, snuggling slightly into Naruto’s hand. This was the most honest he had ever been in his life, but he knew he had to tell Naruto everything.



“And I feel the same way about you Sasuke, that’s why I had to protect you. I love you Sasuke.”



He couldn’t hold back anymore, Sasuke stood quickly, and before Naruto even had a chance to protest, he covered Naruto’s lips in a passionate kiss. He slid his tongue gently over the blond’s lips, silently begging for access, which Naruto allowed, not being able to hide his feeling for Sasuke any longer, and not wanting to anymore.



Naruto had known his feelings for Sasuke when he chose to jump in front of the knife, and now he knew that he would never be able to live without Sasuke being by his side.



“That is just a taste of what’s to come once you’re out of this hospital.” Sasuke breathed after realising Naruto from his passionate kiss.



“I look forward to it.” Naruto breathed a little heavily, blushing slightly.

It had been roughly another 2 weeks, before the doctors allowed Naruto to be released from the hospital, and he was glad when they finally said that he could go home. He wanted to sleep in his bed, and to be able to eat decent food. It wasn’t a lie when people said that hospital food was bad.



Sasuke helped him through the door to the apartment, and brought him down the hall to his room. Once Naruto has placed on the bed and made comfortable, Sasuke made to leave and start making something for them to eat, however, a hand on his arm stopped him.



“What’s the matter Naruto? Do you hurt anywhere?” He asked turning slightly worried that Naruto might be in pain.



“No I just don’t want you to go anywhere. I want you to stay with me, please Sasuke?” The blond nearly begged. To tell the truth, he had been looking forward to this the most.



“Sure I’ll stay with you as long as you like. I love you Naruto.” Sasuke responded as he sat down on the bed with Naruto.



“I love you too Sasuke.” Naruto replied as he climbed over, and kissed Sasuke soundly.



“Naruto, are you sure you’re ready for this?” Sasuke asked, not really wanting to stop where this was going, but not wanting to hurt Naruto either.



“Yes I’m sure.” Was all the answer he got before Naruto had covered his mouth a second time, this time deepening the kiss when Sasuke gasped in surprise.



Knowing that Naruto meant what he said, Sasuke had no problems taking control of the situation. He slowly pushed Naruto down on the bed, being sure not to aggravate the wound on the blonde’s side. He started to slowly kiss down Naruto’s neck, while he undid the buttons of Naruto’s shirt. Sasuke was careful not to aggravate the wound on Naruto’s stomach as he moved his hands down along Naruto’s abs. He slowly began kissing his way down Naruto’s neck, and stopped to suck in one of the blonds pert nipples.



“Sasuke...” Naruto moaned and arched a little off the bed in order to get more of the feelings that Sasuke was creating. He had never felt anything like what he was feeling at that moment, and wondered why he had waited so long to allow this to happen. This was better then anything he had ever experienced with any woman.



Sasuke took this as a sign to keep going, ever careful not to scare Naruto, or to hurt him either. Once he had tortured the first nipple long enough, he moved onto the other, and paid it the same amount of attention. After he had finished there, he continued to kiss and lick his way down Naruto’s front. He even stopped and kissed the bandage that was covering the wound that the blond had gotten while trying to protect him from a poltergeist.



Naruto was beginning to get a little impatient with how slow Sasuke had been moving down his body, but when he felt the light pressure of Sasuke’s lips on the bandage, he realized that Sasuke was taking it slow, so as not to hurt him, and he relaxed into the feeling of his soon to be lover.



Sasuke felt all the tension leave Naruto, and decided that now was a good time to move to the prize that he had been moving towards. He moved his hand down between Naruto’s legs, and began to rub the blonds growing erection with the palm of his hand, which caused said blond to groan in pleasure. Taking this as a sign to continue, Sasuke slowly slid his hands under the waist band of Naruto’s sweatpants, and began to pull them down, along with his boxers. He heard a small gasp come from Naruto, as he heated erection came into contact with the cool air of the room.



“Sa...Sasuke...” Naruto managed to groan out. Sasuke decided that he had teased the poor blond enough for one night, and lowered his head slowly, at first only taking the tip of Naruto’s cock into his mouth. When they broke for air, Sasuke could see that Naruto was about to ask him why they weren’t going any further, and so he decided to answer the question before it was asked.



“Your wound still hasn’t healed enough yet for me to take you yet, I would never forgive myself if I caused you more pain then I have too.”



“I guess that makes sense, but I swear I will go crazy if it doesn’t happen soon.” Naruto replied with a slight pout on his lips.



“I know.” Sasuke replied, leaning in and kissing Naruto lightly on the lips. “Get comfortable, and I will make you something to eat, then I will come and stay with you. Sound good?”



“Ya, and Sasuke...I love you.”



“I love you to Naruto.”
