Chapter 5

Shino walked quietly through the door and couldn’t help but smile when he saw blond hair peaking out from under the blankets on his bed. His parents had been furious that he’d gone into the forest and even more so about why, but they calmed when he told them who the stranger was that seemed so absorbed with him.

He’d insisted on leaving the hospital at first light hoping that the fear he’d seen in Naruto’s eyes would not be enough for him to break his promise. It hadn’t and he was grateful that the man had chosen his bed to rest. He hoped that this was the bed he slept in for many nights to come, and he’d not be giving up on that hope any time soon.

The bed dipped slightly when he sat down and Naruto stirred a bit before slipping back into sleep. Shino ran his fingers through soft blonde hair. This was the first time he’d seen Naruto sleep, and Shino couldn’t get over how young he looked. His eyes were the only part of him that showed his age, and when they were closed Shino thought Naruto looked even younger than he did. Naruto was just so beautiful, and his dream of having him felt possible. He’d almost given up the hope of having what he’d always wanted, but he was glad that he’d waited. His parents had pressured him to take a wife and have a family so he’d moved out of the Aburame district and into the single shinobi housing. At the time it had been the only way he could think of the break free of their expectations and punish them a little in the process, but now he felt justified. It was good to no longer feel guilty or petty for wanting something his family couldn’t understand.

Still wrapped up in his own thoughts, he didn’t notice that Naruto was now awake. Crystal blue eyes looked up at him with worshipful reverence, and he was drawn in like a moth to the flame. Naruto reached up to pull Shino down to him and he didn’t resist. The kiss was soft and passionate and Shino pulled the blanket off Naruto so he could lay over him without any barriers. Their cloths came off slowly as they moved together. Naruto was still lost in the past as his hands skimmed over warm flushed skin. Healthy and alive was all Naruto could see and it was heaven.

Naruto rolled them, and pressed his weight down fully onto Shino. Impatience suddenly swept over him and the rest of their cloths disappeared. Naruto explored Shino’s entire body in every way, touch, taste, sound, and sight. It was so much better than the memories and dreams that had kept him company for so many years. This was real and it made his heart pound hard in his chest in anticipation.

Shino found himself laying face down on the bed as Naruto continued his worship. He felt Naruto’s tongue slide over him, warm and wet until it was poised at his entrance. Soft flicks teased at the puckered skin and he squirmed trying to get closer, get more of that feeling. No one had ever done this to him before, and he’d never dreamed it would feel this good or that he would want it this much. Strong hands pinned him to the bed and held him still. When Naruto’s tongue slid in Shino cried out a muffled scream into the bed. His hands fisted the sheets hard enough to tear, but he wasn’t aware enough to worry about it. All he could think was more… more… more.

Naruto dipped his tongue into the tight ring over and over. The taste was just as he remembered, musky sweet and oh so perfect. He licked around the edges feeling the muscles flex and relax under his touch. He bit gently at the flesh as thoughts of what he wanted to do to that hole filled his thoughts. His tongue dove back in for one last taste before he pulled away. Shino was mewling and squirming as much as he could under the weight of Naruto’s hold and he couldn’t contain a smirk of satisfaction at how well he’d seduced the body beneath him. Shino was relaxed enough to take him but he wanted to tease him a little more. He wet his fingers with oil and set about stretching him until he begged.

Two fingers slipped in slowly and Shino seemed to snap out of the trance he’d been in. He pushed back against the pressure and his whole body jumped when Naruto slid over his prostate. That reaction was nearly Naruto’s undoing and he decided to forgo anymore play for the main event. He hissed as his slick hand oiled and readied his cock. He paused a moment, panting with eyes closed trying to lessen his excitement at the sight before him. He had a moment of clarity where it struck him that at his age he shouldn’t still feel like a teenager when it came to sex. A short laugh escaped him, and Shino turned a little to look at him with hurt in his eyes.

“I’m old enough that you’d think I’d have some self control.”

Shino laughed with him and his eyes were light again. He reached back one hand and slid it over Naruto thigh. “I like that I can make you loose control.”

Naruto leaned down over Shino pressing down into his back. He kissed the dip between his shoulder blades and pressed in slowly. Shino tensed beautifully against him and pushed back taking all of Naruto in. They were flush and Naruto loved the way Shino’s back rose and fell against him as he panted. Naruto used his legs to pull Shino’s together. His legs slid to the outside of Shino’s and he buried his nose in dark hair breathing in his scent as he felt Shino tighten around him. It was perfect. His arms wrapped around his lover and he pressed his full weight into him and started to move.

Shino’s hand found one of his and strong fingers twined together tightly. Shino made the most wanton sounds as he took his pleasure. Naruto felt powerful. He was enraptured and overwhelmed with the trust he was shown and the passion between them was such a gift. Naruto was lost in the rhythm. He whispered words he wasn’t even aware of as he moved. He was drawn back when Shino’s body tightened beneath him. Shino cried out and writhed against Naruto as his orgasm swept over him, and Naruto let go, pounding fast and hard into his willing body making Shino come longer and harder while he strived for his own completion.

It didn’t take long and he was coming too, squeezing Shino tight against him as he cried out against sweat slick skin. His body shuttered as he thrust hard one last time and froze.

Naruto came back to himself and released the painful grip he had on the man under him. He slowly sat up, and Shino rolled over to look at him. Dark eyes heavy lidded with sated lust looked up at him with what Naruto could only describe as love. He felt fingers comb through his hair and pull him down. The kiss was slow and comfortable, but Naruto was able to think again and right then that wasn’t a good thing.

He pulled back to look into that face again, and suddenly he realized he couldn’t do this. He got up and dressed, disregarding the messy state his body was in. Shino watched on in confusion as Naruto scrambled for his things. His brain hadn’t quite caught up with him yet. No one had ever played his body the way Naruto had and it took a moment for him to realize something was wrong.

By the time he did Naruto had worked himself into a frenzy. He was throwing things and scrambling desperately for something to wear. Shino got up and went to him, but he was pushed violently away. His back hit the wall hard and he gasped at the pain. He didn’t know what was happening, they had just made love and Naruto had whispered the most amazing things to him, he’d wished for it to never end. He was still wishing for it now as Naruto found both sandals and slipped them on.

“What’s wrong?” Shino asked in a quiet voice. He was trying to seem as nonthreatening as possible because Naruto’s eyes were red with slit pupils that not only looked dangerous but felt dangerous when they were on him.

Naruto turned toward the door, and Shino knew he was leaving, but he just couldn’t let it happen like this. He threw himself at the door blocking the only exit. “NO!” He screamed and Naruto looked slightly shocked before the confusion and anger came back.

“I’m leaving. I can’t see you again. This was a mistake, but I couldn’t help myself. It was wrong of me to use you this way and for that, I’m sorry.”

Shino felt hot tears slide unchecked down his cheeks. He was still completely naked, and he didn’t know if it was such a good idea blocking the door but he just couldn’t let Naruto leave like this.

“Please don’t do this. Don’t leave like this. It wasn’t a mistake. What we just did was special. I’ve never felt anything like that before in my life. You can’t just say it was wrong, apologize and expect me to just let you walk away from me. I told you, I’ll follow you. You’ll never be rid of me. Please…”

“Stop.” Naruto paused and took a deep breath. His eyes bled to blue again and some of the tension released from his shoulders. “I’m not leaving the village, but this can’t happen again. I’m not going to do this to myself. I won’t use you, and you have to understand that that’s exactly what I’ve been doing. When I look at you I see him, when I fuck you I see him. It’s not something I can change. You deserve someone that will see you and that’s not me.”

Shino couldn’t stay still any longer. He walked calmly toward Naruto and took him in his arms. Naruto stood perfectly still as Shino held him close. “I love you… I loved you before I even knew what being in love really meant. I don’t care if you use me I just need you here with me. Please don’t do this.”

Naruto was like stone, and Shino couldn’t seem to work the tension out of him. He didn’t let go though. He just held on until Naruto pushed him away.

“Please…” He sobbed, but Naruto had determination in his eyes. The door barely made a sound as it closed behind him, and Shino wished he’d slammed it as he fell to his knees. He sat there for a long time trying to replace his grief with tenacity, but he couldn’t get the look of Naruto’s eyes out of his head. He knew it was over and he wished for many hours as he lay there on the floor that Naruto would have just let him die.
