A Rivial

Naruto blinked and stood up from the couch and opened the door. "OW!" The blond yelled from Lee accidentally hitting him in the face and held his nose. "For god sakes what?!" He asked confused by all the yelling.

"Riku was hitting on Gaara!!!" he yelled freaking out; his arms waving all over the place. When Naruto just stared at him like it was a normal thing he gasped for air and added, "and he accepted! And I love Gaara and I can not let this happen!! You have to help me you are my best friend Naruto help me!! Help me get Gaara back! Oh god I do not even know all that much about him.. Naruto what is Gaara's favorite color???" Yep Lee had snapped.

Naruto's eyes widened and he blinked a few times. "HA! I freaking knew it! Wait they got together?...I don't know his favorite color.." Naruto said getting happy then confused within three seconds. He stepped aside so the whole village didn't have to hear Lee yelling and pulled him into the apartment and shut the door.

Lee was pretty sure he was having a panic attack now. "Like I told you before in the woods he said he loved me and I could not return the love but I could not stop thinking about him and now I know what I did was wrong and I love him and I can not handle him being with Riku but I know nothing about Gaara and he probably does not love me anymore and you have to help me win his heart back because I have realized it pains me to think of a life where Gaara is not in it!!" Lee ranted out then grabbed onto Naruto taking a deep breath in and now panting and gasping for air since he had ran to the blonds house from the hotel in about a few seconds and didn't have time to breath as fell. The panic attack that he had made a mistake letting himself fall for Gaara may have been causing a problem as well.

Naruto sweat dropped and patted his friend on the back. "Uh Bushy-brows you need to breath, ok you look like your about to pass out." The blond said and lead Lee over to the couch making him sit. "Look I want to help you but I reaaally don't want to mess with Riku.. me and him have gotten into fights before and the guy hates my guts." Naruto said and went into thought as he started to pace.

Lee's heart sunk even more. The one person in the entire world he would trust to know that he made a mistake and that he really did love Gaara, didn't want to help him. "But... before you said you did not know Gaara-kun's favorite color.. Riku probably does.. He probably knows more about Gaara then me.. and even you and are you not supposed to be Gaara's best friend..?" Lee said. Yes he was being sneaky and trying to get Naruto to help him by making him freak out as well. But he really needed help and he had no clue where else to go.

Naruto blinked twice then growled. "That jerk! I'm Gaara's best friend I should know more then that..that..." He trailed off and looked at Lee. "As Gaara's best friend I should be doing a better job at looking out for him...and he wouldn't be happy with Riku he would be happy with you!" Naruto said pointing at Lee. "Ok I'm in I'll help." He said grinning.

Lee let out a sigh of relief and closed his eyes relaxing on the couch. "Thank you Naruto-kun.. you are a real help sometimes.." He said softly with a grin to his friend before sitting up straited and saying "Alright what should we do to get his attention?"

About an hour later Riku got home with Gaara and stepped onto the balcony to take a smoke but froze seeing there were hundreds of roses everywhere. "Ummm Gaara... I think you have a present.." He said looking at the card sitting on one of them saying 'To Gaara, each one rose represents eternities love for you.'

Gaara walked over and looked at the roses, two seconds later the Kazekage starting sneezing and his eyes watered. "Who..Achoo! Put all those Achoo...gah.." He went back into the room and grabbed a tissue holding it over his nose.

"Merde! I forgot you were allergic to flowers!" (Note: Shit! ) Riku yelled and started tossing them off the balcony and near Lee who was standing down there now his eye twitching and turning to Naruto. "He is allergic to flowers! Mr. I am his best friend how did you not know that?!?!" Lee yelled spazing again. Riku glared down noticing Lee then called back to Gaara, "Oh just some person hopelessly in love, you probably don't even know them..."

"I forgot!! It's not like he says I sneeze when around flowers everyday." Naruto said then tilted back his head to look at Riku, smirking he pushed up his nose and made a face at the older male. Gaara was sitting on the bed and grabbed more tissues as he kept sneezing. People in the street stopped and stared at them confused why it was raining roses. Gaara ended up sneezing and hitting his head on the headboard of the bed inside.

Riku freaked and finished tossing the roses off then went back into the room slamming the door shut. He got onto the bed on Gaara and leaned in, "Let me see your head.. that sounded like it hurt and you took your sand armor off..." Meanwhile Lee ran up the hotel stairs and froze at the door hearing their voices.

Gaara leaned back to get some space between them and yelp when the older male grabbed his shoulder to keep him from falling off the bed. "Um R-Riku let go...I'm fi- OW! Don't touch there that hurts!" Gaara said when Riku touched the back of his head and he pushed his hand away and held the spot that was hurting. Meanwhile Naruto was outside trying to pick up all the roses. 'I need to think of a better plan.' He thought.

Lee blinked, 'what are they doing! Do not tell me..' He thought leaning into the door to listen in closer. "Gaara! Hold still, stop wiggling like that, just relax and let me feel it.." Riku's voice said causing Lee to glare at the wood of the door.

"Lee please break down the door." Naruto said from behind the older male from his spot on the railing, he had given up cleaning up the roses and leaped onto the railing only to hear what Lee had just heard. He could feel his chakra level raising. "Gaara is innocent there is no way I can let that guy do that to him bleeh!" Naruto said twitching and worrying about his best friend.

"Was already going to..." Lee murmured and pulled open the sliding glass door. "Riku knock it off get off of him!" He yelled when he saw the male on top of Gaara. The body guard blinked and looked over then smirked, "Oh look someone is bugging our time together Gaara..." He said simply letting his body rest down on the younger boy's now.

Gaara's eyes widened and his sand wrapped around the older male and pulled him off of him it dropping him on the bed then. "W-What the hell?!" Gaara yelled and held his head again his face heating up. Naruto relaxed seeing nothing had happened and got off the railing and folded his arms behind his head.

Lee walked over, "Gaara are you ok? You look flushed...why are you holding your head?" Riku sat up and growled pushing Lee back from him, "Hey! Do not even think of touching him! He is mine now.." he said getting off the bed. Lee glared at him and both walked to the bathroom understanding both didn't want to fight in front of Gaara. "He is mine lee.. now back the hell off... I told you, get out of his life!" He said to him. The leaf ninja glared harder, "No! I will win Gaara back from you.. I swear that on my life!"

Naruto grabbed Gaara's arm and lead him outside to and sat on the railing. "Soooo...how are you?" The blond asked and Gaara looked out at the village. "I'm doing ok...you?" "Never better!" Naruto said grinning.

Riku glared at Lee but allowed him to slip passed following him out. "Gaara... They have to go.. Why don't I take you on a date?" He asked. Lee shot him another glare and Riku just shrugged as Lee walked over and whispered to Gaara. "I sent those flowers.." Then he jumped off the balcony and looked back up. "Naruto! Come on!" He yelled.

Gaara blinked a few times and walked to the balcony to look down at the leaf ninja, he frowned slightly feeling confused. "Ok! Hold on!" Naruto yelled and hugged Gaara then jumped down and ran off with the older male. "Ok what should we do next?" He asked.
