Let's get this party started!

A/N Hey guys, long time no see!

Soooo, there's very little introspection in this chapter, and that's because while I was writing it, I saw it in my head as a porno, viewed by an observer. This also makes it shorter than I would like, but I ended the chapter where it came to a natural conclusion, so bear with the brevity.

But, ooohhhh.... I really like this scene. The tension, the stuggle for dominance, the refusal to submit even when defeat is apparent. I love dominance and submission play, there's just something exciting about that battle.

Btw, if anyone is interested in drawing some of these scenes, you're welcome to email me.

Enjoy!

Chapter 7

As people struggled to find a place to watch the drama unfold, and Sakura prepped the camera, getting a handle on the layout of the room and the lighting, Neji motioned Gaara to the center of the room. He leaned in close and whispered,

“You look nervous.” Gaara was frantically scanning the floor for answers. Without making eye contact, he murmured,

“Who’s nervous?”

“Look, I can handle most of the insults if you can do the punch. Try to concentrate on the fact that I’m just saying these things for the scene, I don’t really mean them.”

Gaara finally met his gaze and nodded hesitantly. Neji backed up and they both settled into a loose fighting, natural fighting stance. At a nod from Sakura, Neji began in a relatively soft voice.

((((ROLL CAMERA)))))

“You freak. Why are you poisoning our perfectly good air by breathing, huh? Why don’t you do us all a favor and kill yourself.”

“Oh? I’m sure all your hot air can’t be good for the atmosphere. Is that the best you can do?”

“Best I can do? You wouldn’t be able to handle the best I can do!”

“Try me, fuck wad.”

“Oh, you think you’re so special! Did mommy not love you enough? Is that why you feel the need to be different? Well different doesn’t make you special, it just makes you weird!”

“Fuck off.”

“Ooh, did I strike a nerve? Mommy neglected you, didn’t she? And I’ll bet daddy beat you, huh? Answer me.”

Gaara couldn’t think past the sound of the blood pounding hi his ears. All he could remember was that at some point he was supposed to punch the boy in front of him. Now seemed like as good a time as any.

He lunged forward, his fist connecting solidly with Neji’s stomach as he bore them both to the ground. They grappled around on the floor for a full three minute round before Neji was able to pin the struggling Gaara on his back.

When he pressed his mouth forcefully to the red head’s, however, Gaara froze, going completely still as he remembered why they were here. His face, already flushed from exertion, turned bright cherry red as he returned the kiss.

Neji pulled back and nearly laughed at the expression on the other boy’s face.

“You forgot, didn’t you?” he murmured, too softly for the camera to hear. Gaara made a low noise deep in his throat and bucked, trying to get his pinned hands up off the ground. Neji slammed him back down, then launched himself off the floor, pulling Gaara onto the bed by his wrists. The red head tried to twist away, but only succeeded in putting himself flat on his stomach, wrists still in Neji’s possession.

The brunette straddled the thin waste and pulled Gaara’s arms down until they were folded behind his back and could be held in one hand. He leaned low over the boy’s back until his lips were almost touching the exposed neck. Gaara was breathing fast, almost hyperventilating.

Neji opened his mouth and blew a warm, moist breath on the back of the smaller boy’s neck. Gaara shivered all the way down to his toes.

“That hot enough for you?” Without waiting for a reply, he bit down, not hard enough to break skin, but hard enough to hurt.

Gaara moaned into the sheets, his body going limp. Neji drew back and licked the bright red welts with a long, slow movement of this tongue.

He shifted his weight and rolled a compliant Gaara onto his back. Staring into the dark green eyes from an inch away, he said, loud enough for the camera to pick up,

“You’re mine. I’ve marked you, and you’re mine.”

They stared into each other’s eyes for a heartbeat, then Neji slowly relaxed, collapsing his lower body onto Gaara and resting on his elbows, still not closing the distance to the red head’s oh-so-inviting lips.

“Do you acknowledge my ownership of you?” The words sounded vaguely ceremonial, and Gaara raised his head, their lips actually touching before he growled,

“Never.”

And pressed his mouth to the brunette above him. The rest of his body lay perfectly still, pinned.

After several seconds of a relatively chaste kiss, Gaara withdrew with a peaceful look on this face, and Neji turned to the camera.

“We’re done. Everyone out.”

“But Neji-”

“NOW.” They went.

((((((END CAMERA))))))

Neji and Gaara made love, in much the same way as they had the night before. Afterwards, as they lay beside each other on the bed, Neji gently kissed the swollen bite mark on the back of Gaara’s neck. Gaara spoke then, his voice tentative, as if he was afraid what the response might be.

“You were right, ya know? Bout my mom.” Neji drew back uncertainly. “Had me alone, left me on her brother’s door step, then disappeared. Uncle doesn’t beat me, or not bad, but he…resents me. Always tellin me how worthless I am.”

Neji gathered the smaller boy to him, pressing them together in a vice like grip. He laid his cheek on the other boy’s head, murmuring into the much pierced ear,

“I’m sorry.”

They lay like that for close to an hour, until the fine trembling in Gaara’s muscles quieted and they were both close to falling asleep. But it was morning, and they didn’t go back to sleep.

___________

A/N Huh. A lot of my chapters end like this, don't they? A sort of bird's eye view, as if their guardian angel is watching.... Aww I'm getting sentimental. It's just... who wouldn't be touched, looking down on two boys, clinging to each other in their hour of emotional need and finding a kindred spirit in an unexpected partner....

I need another hobby.
