Hello everyone, glad to see that having to re-post this story, has added to the number of people who have been reading it so far...XD thank you to everyone who has been reading the first few chapters, because it gives me the energy to be able to continue writing.

As always a special thanks to Sexy Sesshy who has been reviewing this story since I had first posted it, and always encouraging me to update my chapters, believe me when I say if it weren’t for you I most likely would have stopped writing this story like some of my others.

I would also like to thank Daydreamer, World_Slave, and Onikage for their reviews also, because they are also responsible with this most recent post, and how quickly I have managed to get it done.

Well let’s get back to the story!

Chapter 7

As Sasuke and Naruto got closer to the club, Naruto froze once again outside in the rain, not wanting to go back inside and deal with all the questions that were sure to come when he finally made it inside. Not to mention that he really didn’t want to see ‘her’ again.

Sasuke stopped when Naruto had, and looked at the blond standing beside him, with apprehension in his eyes.

“Don’t worry I am sure that Aquara has either gotten rid of them, or in the process of making sure that they all leave as we speak, you won’t have to ever worry about them coming back either, because the whole company is banned from my club.” Sasuke said looking at the blond who was still looking defeated.

Almost as if mentioning her name called her, Aquara appeared at the door leading a very irritated Orochimaru out the doors.

“I do not understand why we are the ones being band from this establishment, when we have done nothing wrong, in fact it is that individual standing with the owner who should be banned from here.” Orochimaru was saying to the woman walking out beside him. It didn’t miss Naruto’s notice either that ‘she’ was clinging to Orochimaru as if she was afraid that someone was going to attack her.

“I understand that you are frustrated about this Orochimaru-san, but my orders from the owner are clear, and he wishes that you leave, and that you and the rest of the people that work for you are no longer allowed to come to this club.” Was Aquara’s calm reply.

It never failed to surprise Sasuke just how calm this woman could be, even when dealing with someone that had the power and the money to take everything that she had, but then again, he guessed that that was why he had hired her for the position of club manager. Just then Orochimaru turned and regarded both Naruto, and Sasuke coldly.

“You choose this criminal over the money that my company would have given you this evening, you are a fool.”

“If he was a criminal, then it would have shown up in the background check that was preformed earlier today, not to mention, that had he been convicted of the supposed crimes that you say he is guilty of, don’t you think that he would be currently residing behind bars?” Sasuke asked looking right at Orochimaru. “Also I would hold my tongues if I was you, you do realize the precarious position you are in at this moment when it comes to my families company are you not?”

“You presume to threaten me whelp!”

“I would watch what you say Orochimaru, because one word from me to my brother, and you will instantly loose all the support you have been receiving from Uchiha Corp, and I am sure that with that gone, your company will not last long.”

“Do not presume to lecture me. Let’s be going Sakura, I will not subject you to this man any longer, you have suffered enough at his hands.”

“Thank you Orochimaru-Sama, I really don’t want to be here anymore, he might attack me again.” The pink haired woman said latching on to Orochimaru’s arm a little tighter, trying to make it look like she was scared of Naruto, however, the only person that seemed to believe her act, was Orochimaru as he patted her hand gently.

“Well that was certainly entertaining to watch. You know I really hate girls like her, carrying on so others will feel sorry for her, they really piss me off.” Aquara said as she was shaking her head.

She then turned to Naruto and Sasuke, and saw that Sasuke, her seemingly cold and distant boss, even though she knew different, was holding on to the blond at his side, almost like a worried boyfriend, and it was cute to see. Sasuke wasn’t one for showing many emotions, so to see his worry for Naruto displayed out in the open, well it warmed her heart, and she was truly happy for him.

Realizing that he was being watched, Naruto turned to look at the woman who had escorted his old boss from the building. She was a very interesting woman. She had shoulder length black hair that she had tied in a loose ponytail, but the interesting part was her bangs. Even though she appeared to be no older then he was, which was about 25, her bangs where pure white. It was truly fascinating to look at the color difference. He also noted that she was not overly pretty, but definitely attractive.
“I see they didn’t take to being told to leave very well did they?” Sasuke asked, almost making the blond beside him jump.

“There’s the understatement of the century. Orochimaru through such a fit, I was worried I was going to have to call security to escort them out.”

“I am sure that my brother will be contacting to find out why I have banned an entire company from being allowed to enter my establishment. This is all starting to give me a headache.” He replied rubbing at the bridge of his nose in frustration.

“You didn’t have to do that, I can always try to find another job else were, I really don’t want you to lose that much business over someone like me.” Naruto spoke, defeat in his voice. He didn’t even raise his head from staring at the ground. He was just so tired of all of this, and he really didn’t want to be a burden to Sasuke.

“Nonsense, you are too good at this, even Kiba was surprised at how fast you learned everything tonight. Besides I was the one to do your background check, and trust me I don’t believe for one second that you did what they are saying.” It was Aquara who had spoken, looking at the blond with sadness in her eyes. He was just so defeated, it made her want to hug him, but she refrained, besides she didn’t think Sasuke would be too happy with her if she had, he had quite the jealous streak in him.

“She’s right Naruto, besides I told you earlier that you aren’t going to lose anything this time and I meant that. I will take you over them and their money any day.” Sasuke replied, holding the blond closer to him, trying to comfort him as much as he could.

“Look it’s been a hard night on all of us, I can handle things here Sasuke, why don’t you take Naruto and go home. He needs to get inside, and get into some warm clothing before he gets a cold, and I think that you should do the same. You can be awfully cranky when you’re sick.”

“You’re right Aquara, I just need to retrieve our...” But he was cut off by Aquara extending her arm out, with both his and Naruto’s coats in her hand.

“I figured I should grab them, so that he wouldn’t need to go back inside.”

“Thank you Aquara. I’ll see you tomorrow night.” Sasuke smiled as he grabbed their jackets, Aquara always knew what needed to be done, and was always there for him when she was needed. She was kind of like the older sister he had never had.

“Naruto, try to cheer up sweetie, you look much better with a smile on your face.” Aquara said as she smiled at the blond before turning around and walking back into the bar to finish the night.

“Let’s go Naruto, she’s right we really do need to get out of the rain, and warmed up.” Sasuke said pulling the blond with him towards his car, all the while thinking that if he ever saw that pink haired bitch again, he was going to make sure she knew what real fear was.
