He tried again and once again he was denied by her. She denied any ties with him in one of the harshest ways. He had politely asked her out and instead of either hearing an approval or dismissal all he got was a screamed.

“Tsunade-sama you shouldn’t drink so much…” But still she did as she was told. After five minutes Tsunade was sipping some Sake. The only thing that could interrupt this peaceful moment was someone in dire need of medical attention but that wasn’t going to happen, right?

At exactly the same moment Naruto was bracing himself for impact. This wasn’t exactly what he had envisioned himself doing at this moment. Apparently training with Jiraiya had only served to make Sakura a hell of a lot more obsessed with Sasuke. Shizune nodded and was dressed in a second, although very scantily and she was on her way towards the hospital. She arrived there within two minutes and strode up to the front desk and said. “Tsunade-sama requests one of the most advanced healing scrolls we have.” The one manning the counter wasn’t impressed by some woman dressed in somewhat inappropriate clothing and said.

“Why should we give them to you.”

Shizune got fed up with the guy and disappeared in a flash towards the storage area. When she got there, there was an ANBU standing on guard and she said.

“Let me pass or else Tsunade-sama will get angry.” When the ANBU didn’t move she hissed.

“Come on if I don’t get one of the most powerful healing scrolls then there is a large chance that the Kyuubi gets released since it’s container is on the verge of dying.”

The ANBU paled underneath his mask and then allowed her entrance. He had just recognised her as Tsunade’s assistant.

Within five minutes she was back to Tsunade and Naruot and handed Tsunade the scroll. She looked at the woman and said.

“Tsunade-sama let us do it together. Then I think we’ll need to rest afterwards. The Kyuubi might heal this in time but due to the delicate process already taking place in the wound would make its assistance in vain as Naruto would die before the Chakra healed his body.”

The older woman nodded and began to expend a large amount of Chakra to make the wound heal itself faster. Already it was busy sealing itself up but due to the area of affect the spine was severed and thus would require the healing scroll..

After nine hours of constant healing Naruto’s condition finally stabilised and Shizune was intent on bringing back the scroll but for some reason she felt sleepy. Tsunade managed to stay awake as she heard her assistant fall on top of Naruto’s newly healed body.

She looked older then before due to the fact that her genjutsu slipped as she was busy healing Narutos body so that the Kyuubi wouldn’t be released. The area where the seal had been was almost obliterated by the wood and the flesh had been hanging somewhere in the roof if her guess was accurate.

She returned the scroll to the hospital and the ANBU guard just asked if all was fine with the Kyuubi’s container. She gave a nod and then was gone in an attempt to get back to a warm bed and rest up a little bit. When she got back she saw Shizune and Naruto sleeping together an idea entered her mind,she smiled and thought.

“Why not.” She grabbed the pair put them into her bed and then snuggled up to them.

They awoke the next morning to see Naruto in between them. The ladies gave each other a smile and Tsunade said.

“Well at least he knows how to be quiet for once only if he weren’t hurt…”

She looked at his angelic face and was reminded of her little brother once again… but suddenly an image was imposed upon it. It was of her lover, Dan. She looked at him and then she watched as he opened his eyes to stare into her brown ones she looked at him with something unknown shining in her eyes and said.

“Naruto-kun how are you feeling?” He looked at her and said. “I’m fine Obaachan. Just feeling a little bit sleepy at the moment. How did I get here?”

Tsunade looked at Shizune who bore a grin on her face and Tsunade answered: “Well since you crashed through the roof and into our bath it was up to us to save your life and you even got rewarded for it. You are now lying in my bed and there are two gorgeous women with you in it.”

Naruto looked at his other side and saw Shizune.

“Hi Shizune-neechan. Did you and Obaachan heal me?” At seeing the kind woman nod he grinned a foxy grin and said.

“Well I take it that Sakura-chan doesn’t want me to go out with her because she still loves Sasuke-teme…” The grin faded at the thought and he continued.“Now I won’t have any girl to go out with me.”

The look of sadness on his face was truly breaking her heart. She didn’t want to see him sad and she adopted an expression that looked so much like her previous lover’s that it almost looked like the will of fire itself had been engraved within her spirit to give her the power to say those damning words.

“Why don’t I help you out then?” She had spoken without thinking her offer through and Naruto looked up at her with hope welling up within those deep blue eyes.

“You’d do that for me?”

She smiled and said. “Sure. If you are wanting a date then why not with me and Shizune?” After she had said the woman’s name, said assistant spluttered something about work needing to be done and the legal troubles that it would cause. Tsunade just waved it off and said.

“It’ll all be fine Shizune. It’s just going to be an evening of fun for the three of us so don’t get all worked up about it.” She grinned an award winning smile and said. “I’ll just use a genjutsu and you’ll do the same and then we can be off!”

With a few hand seals she modified the genjutsu she was currently using and with a small poof of smoke there stood a girl of around Naruto’s age and wearing her blonde hair in a pony tail. She grinned and Shizune just sighed and performed the same genjutsu and there stood a girl also around the same age as Naruto and dressed in some slacks. She just gave a weary smile and said.

“Alright I’ll handle the money since you are prone to spending all of it.” Nobody had ever noticed the red aura creeping out of Naruto’s body and seeping right into Tsunade and Shizune the moment before they would do the hand seals for the transformation. Naruto just looked at the two females and when the waiter came up to ask them what they would like Tsunade spoke up.

“We’d like some Teriyaki to start off with and then followed by… and then finally we would like to have a dessert which would consist of apple flavoured ice-cream.” The waiter just nodded and took their order.

Naruto looked at the women and said. “Well Ayame-chan why did you and Yuki-chan pull me out of the club?”

The two women shared a look and Tsunade said. “Well we thought you looked rather hungry so we took you here to eat with us for a little bit and afterwards we are returning to my home to finish this evening.” Using ANBU level sign language she conveyed the message that they’d share him at least for one night.
