Naruto's Disaster

Chapter 8: Kyuubi

The group went for nearly half a day when they reached a valley within a small mountain range.

“Before we get inside this valley make sure you are all prepared. The Kyuubi will not notice us until we get on top of the mountain. When we move beyond the crest of the mountain Kyuubi will get pissed and will attack us, and don’t be afraid of him because demons have an extra sense that they can sense our fear. Do to the fact that I once was a vessel for a demon I do not have any fear. Well then is everybody ready”.

The rest of the shinobi all nodded their head in agreement and then looked at Gaara and said, “We are ready Gaara, lead the way”.

Gaara then proceeded to walk up the rest of the mountain to the peak and then stood there for a while and everyone walked up to meet him.

Within the center of the valley a large fox was lying down resting until what everybody saw the demon picked up his head and looked at them.

“Kakashi can you feel his chakra it is enormous”, said Jiriaya.

“Yes Jiriaya I can feel it, too”, said Kakashi, ‘man how ever did Naruto contain that much power within him this chakra is not just enormous, but it would be on par with a god’.

Sakura said, “Naruto” in low almost inaudible voice.

The gang decided to slowly approach the fox. When they started to walk the nine-tailed fox got up on all four legs and bared its fangs the group. “What is going on here he seems to be even more powerful now than when Yondaime sealed the Kyuubi within Naruto”, said Kakashi.

“However it seems that he is powerful but he isn’t without limit, the only thing we can hope for is that somewhere within that demon Naruto is still there. If we can call to Naruto and wake him up maybe just maybe we can capture this demon once again”, said Jiriaya.

“Remember on thing though it took all of Yondaime’s power just to seal him who knows what this fox has to deal us”, said Shizune.

“Before I sent the message that Kyuubi was here I had reports from the neighboring countries of entire mountains disappearing in a loud explosion and from the smoke that had once been the mountain a single nine-tailed fox stood their howling at the sky”, said Gaara.

“Entire mountains that is nearly impossible how can any body or anything have that kind of power”, said Sakura looking shocked.

“EVERYONE LOOK OUT KYUUBI IS COMING”, yelled Gaara.

Kyuubi started to run up the side of the mountain where everyone was standing. He began to open his mouth and a dark red sphere was forming.

“What is that, I don’t like the look of that one bit”, said Kakashi.

“Kakashi get over here and combine your Rasengan with mine, Gaara we need a sand shield while we prepare for our attack. Yamato try your best to suppress the chakra within him”, said Jiriaya.

Gaara immediately created a shield of sand while Kakashi and Jiriaya combined their powers of Rasengan with each other. The two succeeded in creating bright blue Rasengan. Kyuubi than released the sphere and hurled it toward the group until it collided with the sand shield. The power of the shield was not enough to ward the attack for very long. The shield was starting to crumble when Kakashi and Jiriaya jumped through the shield with their fully empowered Rasengan. The two spheres collided with the other and began a furious flare between the two. In the very end of the little the two spheres exploded and Jiriaya was sent flying toward the mountain and he collided with it leaving an impression. Jiriaya was lying still inside the depression and said, “That was no ordinary attack that was a Rasengan empowered with the chakra of the Kyuubi. I can only guess that Naruto is still inside that thing otherwise that damn fox can not use ninjutsu. The reason he is so powerful is because somewhere inside Naruto still clings to life and so the demon is using Naruto just like Naruto used him. Be warned this is going to be a really tough fight”.

Jiriaya began to bleed through his mouth and Shizune immediately caught on that he was suffering from internal injuries. She then proceeded to start medical treatment on Jiriaya and said, “Sakura I will tend to Jiriaya look out after the rest he is going to take a while to heal”.

With everybody in an attack stance they could hear somebody talking in an inhuman voice. “So it would appear you were able to stop my attack let me see how sweet is it going to be in order to savor the taste killing the rest of you and having a nice dinner on your flesh. Now that you have seen my power how will you deal with this little technique, something that I picked up from my captor. Kage Bunshin no Jutsu”, and within a flash a second Kyuubi appeared next to him and both began to laugh at the dumbfounded crew.

“Alright Kyuubi you have had your fun now we will take it up a notch, Kyuichose No Jutsu”, said Sakura. Sakura then summoned Katsui, the giant slug, to the battle field.

“Kakashi use Gamabunta to aid Sakura, Kyuichose No Jutsu”, grumbled Jiriaya.

“Well, well, well what do we have here Gamabunta it has been a very long time since I have seen you. I believe the last time I saw you was when that damned Yondiame sealed me within that brat of his. It has taken me to long in order to emerge from that vessel. It was that kids last attempt to draw more power beyond that what his body could contain and so I was able to get out of that seal, and now that I am out I can never go back, and soon enough that I have returned that vessel will soon be gone forever never to return back to this place”, said Kyuubi.

“That can’t be Naruto can not be gone forever that is just not possible”, said Sakura standing on top of Katsui.

“Sakura don’t think about it we need to work together in order to stop the Kyuubi so we can get Naruto back. Are you with me Sakura, SAKURA”, said Kakashi.

“Huh sorry sensei yes I am ready”, said a resigned Sakura.
