Sasuke x Naruto - Naruto Cooking

A/N: Damn you, Uchiha brain and your mental preparation abilities!

Sasuke stared at the setting before him, more shocked than he had ever been in his life.
When Naruto had insisted on cooking dinner for their date, the Uchiha had naturally expected ramen to be served.
In fact, he had been mentally preparing himself all week for the ramen he would surely be eating, to the point where he thought about little else.
But this…this was not ramen. This was a gorgeous setting, with every basic food group included. A meal truly fit for a king.
“…Did you really cook all this?” Sasuke asked in amazement as they sat down.
“Of course I did, teme! Why? Did you think I would be low-class enough to serve you ramen or something on a date?”
Sasuke was wise enough to avoid that answer. “No, I’m just surprised at your level of skill.”
Pleased at the admission, Naruto announced that they should dig in, and Sasuke agreed, glad he could put this week long obsession with ramen behind him as he picked up his chopsticks and moved to take a bite…
…only to find that said week-long obsession had broken him for life, causing him to mentally weep.
The meal tasted like ramen.
