True Friends
That night
Iruka POV
Iruka was in the kichen cooking. He knew Naruto wa here for a break, but for what? Iruka could feel the confusion, hurt, and worry coming off Naruto in waves. He watch his cheerful son out of the corner of his eye and noticed Naruto watching the side walk as if waiting for someone to jump out. Iruka knew if Naruto was gonna tell him he would have already told him. Iruka heard Naruto unpack up stairs and get on the bed. He hadn't moved so he knew he would need to get Naruto up. The phone stared to ring, Iruka ran to the phone.
"Hello" he said
"Iruka, its me I was calling you to tell you I'll be in town tomorow." a female voice said
"Koto, my goodness! Naruto here to, he might need your help with something." Iruka said lowering his voice
"Well," Koto dragged out "Whats wrong?"
"I don't know and I don't think hes planing on telling me."
There was silents for a few minutes.
"Hello?" Iruka asked worried someones phone had died
"Are you telling me he hasn't told you anything"
"Nothing"
"OH SHIT!" Iruka coughed "Sorry Iruka, but I think this is bad. Not once have I ever gotten to Naruto before you"
"There was once"
"Yeh, but that was diffrent. Don't tell Naruto I'm coming in the morning it will be a 'suprise' visit. I don't want to give him any time to think about it"
"Okay and thank you Koto. One other thing, why did you come to Naruto the day you first met him?"
"Iruka, you ask me that all the time and I'm gonna tell you what I always do. When I can sense pain and confusion, I'm drawn to it like a magnet to metal and I will do anything to help it. Its just who I am."
"Koto" Iruka could feel himself tearing up
"Don't you start crying I gotta go. I love you Iruka! And don't worry I'm sure its not that bad."
"Bye, Koto. Love you, too and DRIVE SAFELY!"
The phone hung up and Iruka turned, going up stairs.
Iruka POV over
Normal POV
Naruto heard a low tapping on his door.
"Naruto, come eat!"
"Okay!" Naruto called out slowly standing
Naruto walked out of the room to face Iruka. Naruto smiled and walked down stairs. He sat at the table and ate quickly. Naruto stood and said he was tired fromthe plane ride. Naruto walked back up stairs and took a shower. Naruto felt like he was simply dragging himself around, he never thought he would be so happy to be home. He loved Iruka and didn't mind, but it was mainly people here knew him too well.
Naruto fell on the bed and fell into a deep dreamless sleep.
The next morning
Naruto heard a high pitched scream and giggling. He flew from the bed throwing some pants on and a shirt on. He looked at the clock it was 5:30 and the sun hadn't even came up. Naruto ran down stair to see Iruka talking to A very happy Koto. Naruto didn't even know how much he missed her until this moment.
He looked at her long, slightly curly blue hair, it going passed her waist. Her soft face and huge green eyes, the color of spring.
"Koto" Naruto whispered
Iruka looked up and smiled, stepping aside. Koto look up and a gentle smile crossing her face. She slowly brought her ams up and looked at Naruto. There was no words spoken, but it seem to be all the words it the world.
Naruto flew down the stairs into her arms and held on to her tight. She return the hug full force.
"I missed you, too, Naruto" She whispered in his ear
Naaruto was taken back to the day he first meet Koto in middle school.

Naruto was getting pick on by the guys again.
"Fag, we don't want you in the showers"
"Yeh, get out"
Naruto turn red "I'M NOT GAY, ASSHOLES"
"You tell yourself that to sleep at night, FAG!"
Naruto had been going threw this harrassment since he had began the 8th grade and it had only gotten worse day by day.
The end of the day, a week later
Naruto limped home black and blue marks covering his body. They had beat him up again in front of the most popular girl at school. Koto had stopped them and they had waited for her to leave.
"Wait, Naruto!" a small voice came out
Naruto turned and saw Koto running for him.
"What?" he growled out
"Lets talk. I wanna say sorry for those jerks I tried to stop them. Come with me."
Naruto was lead to a huge house and Koto never let him go. When they got there Koto sat him down and ran up stairs. She came back with loads of medical kits. When she was almost done, Naruto spoke.
"Why are you doing this" Naruto whispered
"Because I wan to help you and be yoour friend"
"Won't your parents care about you using all the medical stuff in the house"
"They aren't around"
"You live here alone"
"Most of the time"
"Come home with he and meet my dad"
At that moment him and Koto became best friends. The guys stopped picking on Naruto when Koto figured out that when he went in the bathroom for gym, that they got him there. How Koto solved that problm was simple she started going in the bathoom with Naruto. Koto even became like a second child to Iruka. Koto learned how to ight and taught Naruto and never missed a day of school. If she was sick, she caame to school sick. At the end of the year, Koto could tell Naruto felt confused. So she took him to the end of town and watched the sun set.
"Naruto, tell me whats wrong."
"Nothings wrong" Narutos voice was tense and guarded
"Naruto, I love you. Nothing you can do or say will scare me away from you." Koto turned toward Naruto to see his shocked face and looked into his eyes "Naruto, I'll kill for you. I'll love you even after the day I die. Nothing you can say will make me not love you. Naruto, always rember a true friend, no matter what will never turn awy from you, will never talk bad about you, will do any thing to protect you. A friend that puts you down and hurts you is not a true friend. A friend that is ashamed of you is not a friend at all. a true friend will love you just the way you are and will protect yu in any way possible. A True friend won't do something that they knows hurts you after you have asked them to stop. Rember that for me, Naruto"
"K-Koto" Naruto broke down and began to cry. Naruto knew he didn't have to tell her.
Koto hugged him to her chest and held him.
"Naruto, I'm here, for you til the end of time" Koto whispered in his ear
Naruto knew at that moment that being gay was okay and people that really cared about him won't leave him because of this.

Naruto soon told Iruka after. Naruto had lost people he didn't need in his life and gained people who really cared about him.
Naruto pulled back and looked up at Koto.
"Lets go for a drive and do some catching up." Koto said smiling sweetly
