Ok so here is yet another chapter for Path to change and as always a special thanks to Kaliu6-san for reviewing, it made me really happy...
Also to answer a previous question that was asked by Nejslady the boys will be having some fun soon, but you’ll have to be patient a little longer lol...
Also thank you to Tachimaru who always gives me ideas as to what I can do with the story...

Chapter 8: A past Revisited
Sasuke was speechless to say the least. He sat in his office for what felt like hours, but in reality was only a few minutes. He stood from his desk, and went to chase after the blond who had just kissed him, then nearly ran from his office.
He made it out and into the main bookstore, and saw Naruto inputting the new stock that had just arrived in the store that morning. He casually walked up to the counter, not wanting to make the man behind it run again.
“Hey Naruto...” Sasuke began.
“Ya Sasuke...” Naruto didn’t look up from the computer. He knew that if he did he would most likely turn at least 5 different shades of red.
“That kiss...in my office...does that mean...” However Sasuke didn’t get the chance to finish asking Naruto about the kiss, because at that moment the door flew open, and a very recognizable voice came flying into the room.
“SASUKE!!!”
Next thing the raven knew he had his lips covered by another set of warm lips in a passionate embrace. Naruto was completely speechless; he didn’t know what to say, so he just kind of stood there, like a deer caught in headlights.
“Sai?!” Sasuke somehow managed to say after the unexpected kiss.
“Of course!” Sai beamed. “Who else would say hi to you in that manner?” Sai responded with a happy smile on his face.
“I guess you do have a point there.” Sasuke responded somewhat defeated. “What are you doing here anyways Sai?” Sasuke asked as he glared at his ex for having ruined the moment between him and Naruto.
“Well you suddenly hung up on me the other day when it was raining, and I tried to get a hold of you many times but I could never seem to get through, so I asked your brother where you were working, and decided to come and visit.”
“I didn’t hang up on you Sai. My phone ended up in a puddle and I needed to get a new one, so that’s why you weren’t able to get through. You’re so impatient, I was going to call you back as soon as I had the time.” Sasuke responded, still glaring.
“But Sasu-kun....I was so lonely, and you know how horny I get when it rains.” Sai whined.
“And like I told you before the phone fell, everything makes you horny Sai. We broke up 2 months ago, and you had someone else within days, so I don’t see why you keep calling me.” Sasuke nearly growled. Normally he just shrugged off what Sai said, and ignored his ex as much as he could. He would never admit to anyone that the break up had hurt him deeply, but today he had planned on finally talking to Naruto, and maybe asking the blond out, which was strengthened by the kiss he had received in his office, however, now from the look on Naruto’s face, he could tell the chance had slipped away.
“Sasuke you’re so heartless!” Sai whined some more hoping that this would get the raven to be a little less moody. It failed.
“Look Sai I appreciate that you came here to see me, and all, but I have a lot of work that I need to do in order for me to be able to take over the business , so I must ask you to leave for now. “ Sasuke spoke as he dragged Sai towards the door.
“I still say you’re heartless.” Sai pouted, but left without a fight.
Once Sai was out the door, Sasuke turned to speak to Naruto, who had yet to say anything during the entire scene. He saw the blond still standing behind the counter staring at the door, with a look that resembled a confused animal that would bolt at any minute.
“Naruto...” Sasuke called softly. This seemed to be enough to the blond out of his thought.
“Ya Sasuke...” Naruto responded shaking his head a little, but still refusing to look at Sasuke, but this time not out of embarrassment.
“Look that just now, is just how Sai is. He is my ex, and there is nothing between us anymore, and...” Sasuke began but was cut short by Naruto.
“Why the FUCK should I care about your personal life?!” Naruto all but yelled. When he realized he was yelling, he turned and tried to head towards the back office, or anywhere really, before Sasuke could stop him. Unfortunately for Naruto Sasuke was slightly faster, and had managed to grab Naruto’s arm, and was holding him in place.
“Naruto, please don’t be upset, like I was trying to say, I no longer have any feelings for Sai, he is just really flamboyant. I’m sorry you had to see that, and I would like to make it up to you, if you’ll let me.” Sasuke pleaded, having realized that Naruto had actually meant the kiss in the office earlier that he had originally planned on asking him about.
“I have no reason to be upset; you don’t belong to me anyways.” Naruto replied in a monotone voice, not turning to look at Sasuke.
Sasuke pulled Naruto’s arm so that he would be facing him, and hugged him tightly. “What if I want to belong to you?” Sasuke asked, and quickly covered Naruto’s mouth with his own, in a kiss.
A/N I know you probably are all really mad at me for taking so long to update this story, but I work 3 jobs at the moment, so it makes it really hard to find the time to type...I am sorry and I hope that this chapter makes up for it... I will also try to get some more chapters written for you guys, and I appreciate your patients...as always pls R&R Also sorry for any spelling errors...
