WARNINGS:: Spoilers from the series. If you haven’t gotten this far, please read the real story before continuing! I don’t want to ruin the story for anyone! Read at your own risk! Tsunade finally recovered, and the Kages had another summit, this time in the Hidden Cloud village. Tobi, or as he has been revealed as, Madara Uchiha, has declared war on the entire world, all of the ninja, all of the villages. Tsunade and the Raikage agree that there needs to be an Allied Shinobi force, and they call in the Samurai and the Feudal lords on this matter.
