An Important Rule

A/N: Ok, this all started when a friend told me about this “rule” his friends dad had. I thought it was so totally something Kakashi would have as a rule that I had to make a fic on it. This is just a one shot, just so I can put the line in. I’m not even gonna bother with having a beta, so I’m sorry if the spelling and grammar sucks. If I get enough reviews I’ll consider fixing any problems my fic may have. :)

Also, this story does not fit in the Naruto timeline at all. So think of it as partially AU and everyone 16+.

Warning: Yaoi (if you don’t know what this means where the hell have you been?) anyway… boyXboy :evil grin:

Disclaimer: I don’t own Naruto :sigh:

An Important Rule

“Yay!” Naruto cheered, pumping his fist into the air, “Sleep over at Kakashi’s!”

“Hn,” Sasuke glared up at the Jounin instructor, “What time? What should we bring? What is the objective?”

Kakashi looked up from his copy of Come Come Paradise, “1700 hours. Bring a sleeping bag, a pillow, pj’s and a change of clothes. The objective is to bond with your fellow teammates. Although I’m sure you and Naruto don’t have a lot more bonding to do.”

Naruto blushed, and then trying to hide his embarrassment asked, “Well you have ramen?”

Sakura glared at Naruto, “Is that all you ever thing about?”

“Hmm,” Naruto eyed Sasuke for a moment before answering, “Well, for the most part.”

“I’ll make sure there’s ramen,” Kakashi replied to Naruto’s earlier comment, “Now I have some errands to run, see you later this evening.”

Naruto watched as Kakashi turned and walked away, “Hmm, I don’t think I have a sleeping bag.”

Sasuke leaned towards Naruto until they where just inches apart before whispering, “You can share mine if you want to.”

“Sasuke-kun,” Sakura tugged on his sleeve, blushing brightly, “Do you think we’ll have to share a room? I don’t really have any pajamas; I always just sleep in a big shirt.”

Sasuke shrugged her hand off of his shirt, “Then go shopping.”

‘Damn it!’ inner Sakura cursed, ‘He is supposed to say: oh, I’m sure that’ll be fine’ Sakura nodded, turning to Naruto, “Would you like to come with me, since you need a sleeping bag anyway?”

“Sure,” Naruto started to follow as Sakura turned towards the shopping district. Before he could even take a two steps he felt a hand clutching the hem of his shirt. Turning he saw Sasuke, face still completely expressionless holding tightly to Naruto’s shirt. Naruto looked back at Sakura, “Um, sorry, I just remembered I left some ramen cooking at home. It would suck if it started a fire and wasted all of that delicious ramen.”

Sakura was surprised, she thought he would leap at the chance to accompany her. “Um, alright. I’ll have Ino come with me; she’s good at clothes shopping anyway.”

As Sakura walked away Naruto turned to Sasuke, “What?”

“All you think about is ramen?” Sasuke pulled on Naruto’s shirt, drawing him closer.

“Um…” Naruto looked around nervously, “Well…”

“I think I may have to remedy that,” Sasuke leaned down, pressing his lips to Naruto’s.

Naruto clutched the front of Sasuke’s dark blue shirt as his mouth was suddenly assaulted by Sasuke’s tongue. As Sasuke pulled away Naruto gasped, “Sa-Sasuke.”

Sasuke smirked, then turned and began walking towards his home, “See ya tonight.”

“T-teme!” Naruto shouted, “Not fair!”

~~~~~~~~~Later that afternoon~~~~~~~~~
Naruto stood in Kakashi’s doorway, his pillow in one hand and his bag of clothes in the other, “Where should I stick my stuff?”
Sasuke pointed to a small pile of sleeping bags beside the doorway, “With everyone else’s stuff.”
“Everyone else?” Naruto asked, setting his stuff down, “What do you mean?”
Sasuke led Naruto into Kakashi’s living room, “Turns out team seven isn’t the only ones he felt needed to bond.”
Naruto looked around the room, each group was in a different area around the room. Lee, Ten Ten and Neji sat on the couch in the center of the room, Lee was gesturing wildly as the other two nodded to whatever he was saying. Shino, Kiba, and Hinata stood beside one of the large windows, Akimaru batting at a fly that buzzed along the window sill. Shikamaru, Ino, and Chouji stood beside a table covered in snacks, Chouji stuffing his mouth with potato chips. Naruto turned to Sasuke, “Why is everyone here?”
Sasuke shrugged, “Kakashi said the Hokage thought it would be good if we all learned to get along, since we may have to start doing more missions together.”
Sakura entered the room from behind Naruto and looked around, “Hey, why is Ino-pig here?”
Ino looked up when she heard her name, “Oi, big-forehead! Why didn’t you tell me this was why you wanted to go shopping? I would have helped you pick out something a lot less revealing.”
Lee’s ears perked up, “Sakura-chan?”
Sakura tried unsuccessfully to hide behind Naruto and Sasuke. After Lee came bounding over she smiled feebly, “Uh, hi Lee.”
Lee grabbed Sakura’s hand and dragged her off to sit on the couch beside him, “So how have you been doing?”
Sasuke smirked as Sakura was assaulted by questions from Lee. Taking Naruto’s hand he led him from the loud room, “Want go find someplace quiet?”
Suddenly appearing before them Kakashi leaned forward, appearing very bored, “Oh, before you go off and do, whatever, I thought I would let you know about my one household rule.”
“What?” Sasuke asked, impatient to go off and pounce Naruto.
“No making out,” Kakashi answered, standing up strait, “unless I am involved.”
The End
A/N: I know, I know totally craptacular ending, but… doesn’t that rule so fit Kakashi? Well, that’s it. Let me know your honest opinion.
