"After Training Session"

"What's wrong, Gai-sensei?!?" questioned Lee. And before Gai could answer back, Lee spurt out the words that would normally come from him. "The springtime of youth waits for no one!"

Defeated, Gai felt. His student continued on training by himself, fighting imaginary opponents, putting more effort with every passing second. Gai turned his head away and muttered to himself, "The speed of the springtime of youth is pretty harsh..."

Not saying anymore, or probably having no energy left to do so, Gai's head gave in exhaustion as Gai drowned out of the new and rested.

Alongside training the body, you must also train the mind as well. That was one of Gai's teachings that stuck with Rock Lee. Rock sat crosslegged on the ground and then closed his eyes as he took a slow breath. Afterwards, he relaxed his body and let his mind take over. For Lee, meditation could focus on many things. Sometimes it wouldn't be any of that, it would be something else, like the lessons of life.
