Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto or the charaters. Nor do I recieve a profit for this.
Author's note: I tried to use 'Believe it!' less in this story, since I got a few small flames for it. I thought it would be cute, but it only ended up being just as annoying as it is in the dubbed anime. Sorry. And its kind of short, but there will be more chapters. Also, Haku's quote isn't perfect. I was thinking of going out and buying the manga, but that would have taken a while consdering I have no money. I've already started Chapter two and plan to have it up way before Valentine's Day. Please review.

Chapter One: Snowy Days

A delicious scent filled his nostrils, causing him to hypnotizing Naruto to come out from under the covers. He glanced over to the empty space next to him curiously as he yawned.

"What's he up to?"

He slid out of bed and decended stairs, rubbing the sleepiness from his eyes. A small smile stretched across his lips when he found the one he was searching for at his kitchen table, which gained a second chair since New Years, his eyes closed and hands together infront of his face as usual. The scent distracted him from the other as his gaze fell on the table. His grin widened as he sat at the table with a plate consisting of a few rice balls and some eggs.

"Did you go to the market already?" he questioned before starting to stuff his face.

"Yes," Sasuke answered. "It was starting to snow when I woke up and I remembered you saying you needed to go shopping, so I went and did it for you. Just in time too, it started to turn into a blizzard on the way back."

"Wow... thanks, Sasuke." he muffled through the food in his mouth.

"Don't mention it, koibito," the last of the Uchiha mumbled as he stood up and gave the other boy a kiss on his cheek as he walked by. "Going to go take a shower."

Naruto smiled as he watched the him walk upstairs as he gabbled down a rice ball. He was still getting used to having him around every weekend, but he liked Sasuke's kisses and other caresses. It felt good to have him around.

After finishing his breakfast, he took his plate and washed it in the sink. He then walked over to his window and sighed as he watched the snow whirl around before it fell ontop of the massive piles on the ground.

'Looks like we won't be going out today,' he thought before drawing a sloppy heart on the fogged up window. Normaly, they would go out to the woods, do a little bit of sparing and some kissing. How much 'some' was normally depended on Sasuke's mood, which to Naruto, was usually a very need-to-get-into-your-pants-soon type of mood.

That mood normally startled the blond, who was used to people either wanting to hurt him or have nothing to do with him. He had just gotten used to having 'friends' and now he and Sasuke were...

What were they?

Naruto pondered at the thought as he made his way upstairs to get dressed. He walked into his room and froze when he saw Sasuke laying in his bed with his arms crossed behind his head... nothing but a towel around his waist. The dark haired boy looked over calmly and gestured him to come over. The blond gulped before creeping over.

Sasuke smirked when the other nin got close enough for him to grab the other's shirt, and after some quick movements, ended with Naruto pinned downed beneath him.

"Sasuke," Naruto whined before his rosey lips were covered by pale ones.

Never one to waste time, Sasuke snaked his hands under both Naruto's pajama shirt and under shirt as he slipped his tongue into the other's mouth. The smaller one gasped, rolling his tongue against the one welcomingly invading his mouth as he fisted the other's hair softly, briefly wondering why it was so dry. He tried ignore the fluttering butterflies in his stomach when he felt ghastly fingertips brush around his waistline. The dark haired boy moved his kissing lips across the whiskered cheeks and down the tan neck as he pulled at the drawstring of the light-colored pajama pants.

Naruto yelped as the other tried to pull his pants down. He pushed Sasuke away and crawled over to the corner to the bed and huddled up to himself.

"What the hell?" he exclaimed, starring at the other with wide, confused eyes. "What do you think you're doing?!"

A lite blush tinted Sasuke's cheeks as he turned his gaze to the floor. He mumbled, "I was just trying to..."

"Sasuke..." he frowned, moving back over before leaning his head on the taller one's shoulder. "I'm not ready for... that kinda stuff yet. Its just too soon, because we just, I...you're, I'm..."

The black-eyed boy quietly got up and tightened the towel around his waist before walking out of the room, leaving Naruto with a familar feeling he wish he had never come to know- neglect.

He heard Sasuke's footsteps make there way down the hallway to the bathroom before he growled, punching his tightly clentched fist into his pillow.

"I knew it. I knew it," he chanted before letting out an agrivated sigh and pulling the pillow up to embrace it.

Everything had been too good to be true, he knew he was going to mess something up and that was it. He should have just kept quiet and let Sasuke do whatever he want, and then the other would have been in here, with him, instead of being mad in the shower.

Letting out another sigh, Naruto stretched out to lay on his side, still hugging the pillow as he gazed out the window lazily, letting his mind wonder.

'Do you want to become strong to protect someone special?' a voice rang through his head almost as soft the now slowing snow.

"Yeah," he mumbled out loud to the ghost inside his head. "Now I do, but I don't if I'm special to him..." He closed his eyes and all he could see was Haku smiling at him in the clearing that they had their second 'surprise' meeting in. "I know you didn't care that Zabuza never really showed you he cared for you, but I need that, to know that I'm not just some sort of tool."

He bit his lip while nuzzling into the matress.

Sasuke had said that he wanted to rid them of their loniness. Was the other just spending more time with him because he wanted someone to keep him company? Then why not Sakura or one of the other girls in their class? They would all be more than happy to have Sasuke make breakfast for them on snowy days. Why had he chose him? Why? What was he to Sasuke?

Naruto's eyes shot open when he heard the door open and footsteps head to the closet. He saw Sasuke's reflection getting dressed in the clothes he had came here with last night. When he was finished, he walked over to sit on the edge of the bed. Reaching over, he caressed the foxboy's yellowish locks softly, trying to call to him silently.

"Sasuke..." the blond started before sitting up, glazing down at him intensly with a small twist of anger. "I need to ask you something."

The taller boy returned the half-hearted glare with curiousity added to the mix of expression.

"What is it?" he questioned, keeping his eyes as calm as always. "If its about earlier-"

"No, not really. It's... something else..." He blushed before bowing his head as he toyed with the blanket with his hands. "I was just kinda thinking, and you know, I kinda got to wonderin', well..."

"Aaannd?"

Naruto gripped the blanket before blurting out, "What am I to you?!"

Sasuke looked shocked before he got up again. "I'll be back later," he muttered before shutting the door behind him.
