Teammates
Tenten finds it doesn't really matter what order it goes in.
If she's in the middle, then she can feel both of them around her, but if she's on one edge, she can be secure in the knowledge that, if one of them gets up, even if it's the jounin in the group, Neji, she and Lee will know. It's not really a matter of skill- it's the near-telepathic link they share.
The link that started everything. Tenten knows that the sex is satisfying on a physical level, but it's only there because they found, after a certain point, that they almost needed the contact just because the bond was that overpowering. They needed more connections to handle it.
Tenten remembers when Neji returned from the jounin exams and slammed her to a tree. After a month doing God-knew-what to become an elite, alone, he'd needed the physical touch of someone on his team.
She also remembers when Lee, blood still on his hands from his first, cold-blooded kill, turned not to Gai-sensei but to his rival. He'd clung to Neji and let Tenten hold him from behind, until his exhaustion caught up with him and he'd slept sandwiched between them.
It wasn't conventional, it probably wasn't normal...
But with Neji, sleeping soundly for once, a luxury he permitted himself only between them, behind her and Lee snoring away behind him, she couldn't deny...
It was right. This was their bond, and it was something worth fighting for.
