Table's Turned (Pt.2 to It's My Party)

Disclaimer~Do Not own Naruto and Company. Yes second part to Its my Party. Of course based on the second song called Its Judy's turn to cry, but of course this IS Naruto so there is no Judy, soo this is my take on the song, which I was inspired to turn into a ficlet. Same things, cussing, male on male relationships, and a bit of suggestive lime and a little beating and such. Please excuse my horrible grammer, spelling and punctuation, I am hoping with each thing I write I get better, but that is not always the case now is it? Le sigh...hope you guys like this on some level, huggles and smles Mija...:-)

~~~Naruto did his best to seemed unfazed by the whole Sasuke and Sakura thing. It hurt, he could not deny that, but he would not give them the satisfaction of ruining his birthday party. It wasn't like he had ever really had a birthday party before so he was going to enjoy himself and fuck anyone who tried to stop him. It didn't take long for Naruto to start drinking some of the stolen Sake Kiba had bought to the party. He had to admit that after a few drinks he was feeling a bit better. His heart still hurt and he stayed FAR away from Sasuke and Sakura. He also left whenever someone mentioned them being together. There was alot of 'Im shocked they are together, I thought Sasuke hated girls' to 'I always knew they would be together, Sakura has loved Sasuke since she could walk, and Sasuke could only ever tolerate one girl being around him, so its no suprise he feel for Sakura'. The only other one not happy about seeing Sasuke and Sakura together was Lee. He was as helplessly in love with her as he'd been when they were all genin. Naruto felt for him, he really did, but it hurt ten times more to have had it, then have it ripped from you in one split second. Lee was lucky to not have suffrered the dreaded 'to have loved and lost is better to have never loved before' thing. Naruto thought that cliche' was all bullshit really. Whoever said it, had no idea how much it really hurt to have your heart torn out and stomped on, now did he? Stupid fucker.

~~~There was others Naruto avoided as well. Like Hinata, Shikamaru and the few other handfuls that actually KNEW that he and Sasuke were a couple. You could see it in thier eyes, thier confussion, thier questions. But Naruto didn't have any to give them. Let Sasuke bastard and Sakura witch tell them. But he knew they wouldn't tell them anything more than they told him, which was jack shit. So Naruto avoided them, when he saw them coming, he went the other way, fast. He wasn't in the mood to what they wanted to know and hear. He just wanted to forget everything, but sometimes people wouldn't let you would they? Everytime he tried to get another drink, he was stopped. Those that knew about him and Sasuke, knew what he was trying to do, so they hid the sake from him. Bastards. But luckily for him, he still had one true friend didn't he? Sai, motioned for him to come out back with him. He held up a couple of bottles of sake to tell him why he wanted him to follow. And like a moth to flame Naruto followed stupidly.

~~~He thanked Sai for the sake and drank as they both sat on a bench in the perfectly kept garden out back. He had spent hours trying to get it to how he liked it. He had worked many mission, saved all the money he could, ate less ramen and did without some of the little luxeries in life just to save enough money to get this small two bedroom home with a backyard. He had always dreamed of having a real home. Something to call his own, something he could maybe raise a family together in. Even when he got with Sasuke he knew there would be no children, but he thought they could adopt, care for some unwanted child and give them a life niether one had had in thier childhood. But now that was out of the question now wasn't it? But s'kay, he could still have his OWN family with out Sasuke teme. He was getting drunk. He knew this, it wasn't hard to tell really, when even your own thoughts started to slur in your mind. And through it all Sai sat there with him, smiling and handing him bottle after bottle. He didn't say a word and Naruto was grateful. He thought Sai was a great friend for doing this for him, being the perfect company, not bugging him about him and Sasuke, giving him drink after drink to make him forget about stupid Sasuke. Ya Sai was a prince in Naruto's opinion. A drunken one but one anyway.

~~~Sasuke had seen Sai luring Naruto out of the house with bottles of sake. When he saw Naruto come back to the party his heart had sqeezed terribly in his chest. Naruto had plastered a fake smile on his face and was acting as if nothing was wrong. But Sasuke could SEE the pain in those beautiful blue eyes of his. Pain he had put there. Sasuke hated himself for it, he wanted nothing more than to pull his blonde lover into his arms and beg him to forgive him, that he loved him and that he would never hurt him again. He had never wanted to see that look in Naruto's eyes or his face. His dobe deserved so much happiness, his smiles were supposed to be real, the sort that made all the darkness fade away when ever he flashed one at you, his laughter was supposed to be infectious to the point that anyone who heard it couldn't help but just smile for no reason at all. But he had wiped that from his blonde, wiped out all that was Naruto from his face, his eyes, his heart and he wanted to die. He had been glad that Naruto's true friends hadn't allowed him to get into the sake, those that knew about THEM, and he was even grateful for the hateful stared he got from the same people, it meant they cared for his dobe and he was glad. With friends like that Sasuke was sure Naruto would be ok. At least that was his hope his plan, even if he himself would never be happy again. But he could deal with it, he was used to loneliness, to heartache, he would survive, albeit only half a man but still he would survive, as long as Naruto dwelt on this earth, Sasuke would be there to make sure nothing happened to him. If he couldn't be in his life as his lover then he would be his protecter, he would watch and live in his shadow, making sure that his dobe lived the life he always dreamed of, happy and strong. He would do anything to make sure all his dreams came true. Even if it meant hurting him now to do it.

~~~But Sasuke was not happy with what Sai was doing. Granted Sasuke had hated Sai from day one. Way back when he had token his place on team 7 and helped Naruto and Sakura chase after him. Sasuke had not liked that he had been replaced. And to add that the Roots Nin had looked oddly enough a little like him was another black mark against the man. It didn't help that when Sasuke came back Sai would never be far from Naruto. Always teasing him about his penis or lack of one till Naruto would turn beet red and chase Sai all over Konoha with intent to kill. Sai would just laugh as he was chased. Sakura would explain that it was Sai's way of showing affection towards Naruto. He would tease him till Naruto chased him. For some reason Sai got a real kick out of that, but Sasuke didn't and it didn't help that when Said would see him he would always call him traitor-san. Oh he hated Sai with a passion, but Naruto and Sakura liked him, and Sasuke had to let things go if he didn't want to cause a rift between his former teammates and his lover. Although he couldn't call Naruto that anymore could he? But it didn't mean he still trusted Sai. There was just something about that guy that screamed for you not to turn you back on him. God how Sasuke hated that guy.

~~~And Sasuke finally realized why he hated the little fucker so much, when he made his way towards the backyard Naruto had slaved over to make perfect. Right there on the bench, surrounded by blossoming Sakura blossoms was Sai and Naruto, locked in a deep, albeit sloppy kiss that seemed to go on forever. Sai's hands were all over Naruto, one hand down his pants, stroking Naruto's cock, trying to bring it to life, his other hand working underneath his shirt tweaking his nipples and earning soft mewling noises from HIS dobe. All reason left Sasuke when he saw this, he had no rational left, no conflicting emotions, no anything. Well just one thing and that was absolute jealousy. In his mind and heart the only thing that went threw him was that Naruto was HIS and that someone was trying to take what was his away from him. THAT was not going to HAPPEN! With a feral growl and eyes shining bright red with the Sharigan, Sasuke lunged at Sai and ripped him forcefully from his dobe. Sasuke noted breifly that Naruto was dazed and confussed, drunk outta his freaking mind.

~~~Sai was no slouch at fighting, he was a ninja and a Roots member to begin with, he had been trained all his life to be a ninja, and a good one. So the fight between Sasuke and him was fierce and loud. Somehow though, wether it was conscience or not, neither one of them ever took thier fight anywhere near the bench where Naruto was still sprawled on, looked at them fight with mouth hanging open, eyes wide and glazed with too much sake. But the fight did not go unnoticed by the others in the house, many if not all of the people inside had heard the raucous and came to see what was going on. No one tried to stop it, some observant ones like Neji and Shikamaru noticed the way Naruto's lips were swollen and wet, hair tousled and rumpled as if someone's hands had been going threw it, how his shirt was half up showing his abs for any who wanted to look, and that his zipper was undone. It didn't take genious' to know what had happened, even if they were genious'. No one bothered to stop the fight, they just watched. A few, including Sakura, which suprised a few of them, went to stand by Naruto and make sure he was safe.

~~~The fight finally came to an end when Sasuke landed a really good upper cut and threw Sai across the yard where he landed with a thud against the trunk of a tree. Sai looked up at Sasuke with murder in his eyes as he wiped the blood from his lip with the swipe of his arm. He glared daggers at the Uchiha, who sported some blood and cuts of his own, yet stood standing there, his hands clentched with anger and hatred, jealousy. He was ready for more and wouldn't stop till Sai was dead, his stance broadcasted to everyone.

"What the fuck is your PROBLEM Uchiha?!" Sai asked in a hate filled, but calm tone as he stood up and glared right back at the man he could not stand. He couldn't stand that a traitor like him was loved by many, especially by Naruto. He did not deserve that love. And to top it off the council had forgiven him and after a probationary period had let him become an active shinobi for Konoha again. Sai hated his guts. Sasuke didn't deserve Naruto's love.

"I'll kill you if you EVER touch him again!" Sasuke replied with a growl, his tone also low and almost calm, but you could hear the animalistic growl in it, the possesivness.

"What does it matter to you who he chooses to let touch him traitor-sama? You have no claim upon Naruto anymore, you threw what he so freely gave you away as if it were nothing..you have no right to dictate who he chooses to replace you with." came Sai's retort and Sasuke flinched slightly but glared at Sai none the less. Fucker, Sasuke thought.

"You fucking bastard! You of all people know exactly WHY I had to leave him!" Sasuke almost shouted. What the fuck was with this guy? He was there when a few of the council members had come up to him and Sakura to tell them about how Naruto would never become Rokudaime, if Uchiha continued to see him. That the village would never accept Naruto as Hokage if he was with Sasuke. They wanted the Uchiha heir to marry and have babies to repopulate his clan, they would never stand by and let Naruto stand in the way of that. Thats when Sakura and Sasuke had told them they understood, and if thats what it took then they would do what ever they had to to make sure Naruto's very dream came true. They would not stand in his way. Even if it hurt them to hurt him.

"Oh and your soooo loyal to Konoha that you so casually let them dictate who you should and should not love, right traitor-sama? Was Naruto so easy to throw away that all it took was the council members to tell you that Naruto would never realize his dream if you did not let him go? You did not even fight for him. You just tossed him aside like if he were nothing..you do NOT deserve him Uchiha!" Sai spat back.

"FUCK YOU!..you don't know ANYTHING!...Naruto has always dreamed of being Hokage from the moment he realized what a Hokage was...do you think that I would selfishly stand in his way and take his very dream away from him? I LOVE HIM! I would of slit my own throat if it meant his dream would come true..so don't fucking tell me that I don't love him, that it was fucking EASY to just leave him...It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my LIFE!...I HATED the council for making me hurt him, I HATED and still hate myself for having to do this to him...Do you think Sakura was happy with it as well? Knowing she was hurting the one person who was most precious to her? Everyone thinks its me who's precious to her, but they are all WRONG..Sakura loves Naruto like a brother, he means the world to her, he was always there for her, and she would DIE to keep him safe, to make sure his dream also came true. You have NO IDEA how we agonized over this, how much it HURT you little fuck!...but we both KNOW, have always known how much this meant to Naruto..and we would and will do what ever it takes to see that his every dream comes true, because Naruto DESERVES it dammit!...he deserves to have everything his heart desires because he thinks of everyone BUT himself. This fucking village would be LUCKY as hell to have Naruto as Rokudamime!"

"And he WILL be Rokudaime now, won't he? So why are you angry about who he chooses to be with now that you no longer stand in his way? Everything has been settled, he will become Rokudaime and you will stay away from him. So stay out of our affairs!" Sai warned and Sasuke's knuckles turned white, his every muscle tensed and his eyes glowed the deepest red they had ever been. He was gonna kill Sai. Everyone could tell this. But he never got the chance. To everyone's suprise Sasuke was thrown back by a powerful punch to his face. When he looked up he saw Naruto standing where he once stood, his bangs hiding his face, head lowered, but his breath ragged and deep. Oh shit, Sasuke thought.

~~~Sai smiled when he saw Sasuke fly as Naruto seemed to appear between them and decked Sasuke good. He was happy that Naruto had seen Sasuke for the traitor and coward he really was finally. He was happy that Naruto had seen how much Sai cared for him as well. Sai was indeed happy, till he was thrown THREW the tree trunk, making the tree crash to the side in a loud bang, dirt and petals flying everywhere. He had not seen Naruto move, so he had not been able to block the blow Naruto gave him. It hurt damn it, Sai was sure his jaw was broken or dislocated. Everyone gasped when they saw Naruto lift up his head, they were all sure, that they would see Red eyes rimmed with blue, whisker marks darkened by the Kyuubi. But what they saw was fire alright, but in eyes so blue they burned brighter than the sun. He was Naruto, not Kyuubi, but no one had ever seen a pissed off Naruto like this EVER. It sent chills down everyones spines.

"Sai? I'll deal with your manipulitive little ass later...YOU!" he pointed to Sasuke and Sasuke actually flinched. The great and mighty Uchiha actually flinched at the look Naruto shot him. Everyone was speechless.

"You I will deal with NOW!" Naruto added, grabbing Sasuke by the collar of his shirt and lifting the taller boy off the ground a few inches. If Sasuke could think straight he would be impressed, but at the moment, he felt slightly affraid that the man he loved was about to murder him, or beat him to a bloody pulp. Either way, he would not resist or fight back, he would not hurt the one person he truelly loved with his very being, and after what he'd done, he deserved to have Naruto kick his sorry ass.

"You stupid arrogant SON OF A BITCH!" Naruto growled and shook Sasuke by the collar, making Sasuke's head snap back and forth with his anger.

"HOW. DARE. YOU. MAKE. A. DECISION. LIKE. THAT. WITHOUT. TALKING. TO. ME. FIRST!" Naruto shouted, each word punctuated by more shakes.

"Dobe let me..." Sasuke started but was cut off by another fierce shaking.

"Don't dobe me you fucking bastard!..how could you make a decision like that without TELLING me? Do you have any idea how much it fucking HURT to see you walk in with Sakura on your arm? Wearing the fucking ring you swore would be mine one day? How aweful it felt to know that you were MINE but walked in with someone ELSE?! It fucking hurt more than anything I could think of, you might of as well ripped my heart out with the chidori for all the pain it caused. AND YOU DIDN'T SAY A WORD TO ME!..that hurt more than anything, to not know what the fuck was going ON! How could you even THINK of doing that to me Sasuke? I loved you." Naruto yelled and then set Sasuke back down at the last sentence, tears in his eyes.

"Oh God Naruto, I never wanted to hurt you, you have to believe me...I love you too dobe..thats why I did what I did, can't you understand that? I love you so much that I would do ANYTHING to make your dream come true." Sasuke explained as he tried to go to Naruto, to pull him to him, to wipe the tears from his beautiful tanned face, to erase the hurt and betrayal from his soo innocent looking face. But one look from Naruto told him if he did, he would loose some body parts.

"You have a fucking funny way of showing you love me asshole...did it ever occure to you or Sakura that I wouldn't WANT to be Rokudaime if it meant giving YOU up? Did you think my love so shallow that being Hokage meant more to me than YOU? Stupid asshole. You mean EVERYTHING to me...I don't WANT to be Hokage if it means being without you." Naruto replied and Sasuke wanted to fall to his feet and thank God for Naruto. God he loved the blonde to insanity.

"Im sorry, Im sorry..I'll do what ever it takes to make this up to you Naruto, I swear, just please...please forgive me..I love you so much..don't..don't leave me Naruto..please." Sasuke begged, actually begged, wich was another shocker to the people who stood silently watching this all go on. A few of the girls had tears in thier eyes, dreamy looks on thier faces. What girl wouldn't be moved by such show of love and devotion dammit? And to have Sasuke saying those things? It was every girls DREAM!...Naruto was a lucky bastard, while others thought how lucky Sasuke was for having NARUTO's love.

"You asshole...I...I thought I lost you...don't EVER do that to me again..or I WILL kill you teme." Naruto replied as he went to Sasuke and let Sasuke enfold him into his arms. Naruto cried silent tears into his chest as Sasuke held him with all the love and affection he had for the blonde. He made soothing noises and made whispered promises as he held on to the only thing worth anything in his world. He was never letting Naruto go again, fuck anyone who tried to take him from him, and fuck the council and what they said. As long as Naruto wanted him, he would be with him, till death and even after that if he had his way.

~~~Since the two were not paying attention to anyone, everyone decided it was time to leave. So they all walked out as quietly and stealthly as possible. They didn't want to ruin this moment for the two. There was much that needed to be discussed, feelings soothed, and promises remade and solidified. As some of them left the house, many had thoughts of what had occured in thier heads. Something needed to be done. The council had no RIGHT to do something like that to ANYONE, least of all Naruto and Sasuke. And some made a vow to make sure the council knew the consiquences for what they had done, and what would happen if they ever did it again. That night Naruto spent the remainder of his birthday, in Sasuke's arms, kisses and sweet lovemaking occured through out the night, promises made and love reaffirmed. Till Naruto was sure that Sasuke was truelly sorry and that he would never do something like that again. Sasuke did his everything to prove to Naruto that he was soooo grateful for another chance to be with his one true love.

~~~Thier was much commotion in the following week of Naruto's birthday. News spread like wildfire about the Kyuubi boy and his relationship with the last Uchiha heir. Some made disgusted faces and whispered nasty things about that, but soon all that was squelched when they heard more news. It was said, that the council members had been visited. Well some of them, it was by other council members that the others had been confronted by. The head of the Aburame clan, Shino Aburame, head of the Hyuuga clan and her second Hinata Hyuuga and Neji Hyuuga, head of the Akamichi clan, Choji Akamichi, and head of the Inuzuka clan Kiba Inuzuka, all gathered and were outraged that a decision to anything that concerned the village had been made with OUT thier knowledge or consent, and if it ever happened again, that these powerful and oldest of clans would not sit by and let it go unpunished. This was not a threat taken lightly. But further news unconvered that Godaime sama herself had not known about the decision some of the council members had made without consulting her. The wreckage of her outrage, would take months to rebuild. But the fact that two of the great Sannins had come straight out and told the council if they ever pulled something like that again, they would no longer have the Sannin as allies but enemies.

~~~There were plenty more people who faced the council and even the villagers, and stated thier opinions and vows. After all, they were a village of ninja, thier shinobi were the very back bone of thier lives. What would they be if not for thier strong shinobi? And to think that the strongest and most powerful of all the shinobi vowed that they would defect and start thier own village if the council continued to make desicions that were not healthy for Konoha. After all, the shinobi had been taught and trained since they could walk that they were tools to serve Konoha, to protect it and make sure that it thrived. They would die to make sure that nothing but the best was given to the village. So when the council decided to anger many powerful head of households to many strong clans, and even anger the great Sannin, then they knew that the council was not working for the village but hurting it, and swore they would not let them do that. And it did not go unnoticed that alot of the shinobi who spoke up were very fond of the Kyuubi vessal. But that was niether here nor there. Everyone who spoke out did it for KONOHA, not for any particular person. If the council did things that went against the best intrest of the village then they were not suited to lead them. That had been the way things were from the begining of the village. So to say that the council was thouroughly frightened and chastised was an understatement, and the villagers dared not speak against it. No one was certain wether Naruto would ever become Rokudaime, or if he even wanted it anymore if it was presented to him. That had not been the point of the confrontation of the council, it had been to right a wrong, not defend friends. But if it meant that thier friends were happy in the process then it was all good. And Naruto and Sasuke were VERY happy with each other.

~~~On Naruto's nineteenth birthday, one year to the day this all happened, Sasuke and Naruto were Married in thier small backyard, with only close friends as witness'. Niether had family, yet they had the biggest family you could ever find. Thier friends were thier family, and nobody messed with family. Funny how tables turned so easily in one night huh? Naruto finally got to wear the ring Sasuke had promised was his all alone, and no one could quite explain the truelly brilliant smile the blonde whiskered boy had on his face, it was brighter than anything they had ever seen before. There were no words to describe such happiness.

A/N~Ok OK its done!...ya ya it sucked I know, but hopefully it has sealed all the loose ends and given you all a happier ending to "Its my Party" ya the whole council thing was OOC, but I dunno, if you think about it, dont you ever wonder what the hell the council would do if Naruto and all the lives he's touched suddenly went against them? I mean we are talking about the rookie nine and Gai's team, Godaime and Jiraiya, even Gaara, although I didn't mention him, as well as the great copy nin Kakashi and the best academy teacher Konoha has ever seen. Naruto's touched so many lives and changed them for the better. Do you not think they would do what ever it took to make sure they repayed Naruto's unfailing loyalty and kindness to them by sticking by him? I at least hope they would. Sigh..ok its done..no more..tis over and that is it. Hope its ok and you all enjoy it on some level, sappy, happy, angsty or crappy as it is, lol, much huggles and smiles Mija..btw ty all for your kind remarks to the first part of this fic, and for encouraging me to write the second. Thank you!
