Like the title says, these are drabbles. They follow the same story line but in the view of different characters and situations so hopefully nobody will give me a review like, 'How did Naruto do blah when in the last chapter, blah..', m'kay?

Hmm, okay.. what are drabbles.. well, it's pretty much a word with which some people give different meaning. It's real meaning means to get wet or soiled as you are dragged along.. basically.. ^_^; Ahem.. well, hope you enjoy. Read and review. And I promise the rest of the stories to follow aren't as... er.. this. Well, you'll see. If it seems offensive to you, you have a choice to stop reading immediately.

Hinata swept past the trees at full speed, her Byakugan eyes were on alert, seeking.. extending.. 'No.. it's not enough.. I must try harder!!' she thought to herself, forcing her concentration to seek past its usual limit. The skin around her eyes contorted tighter as her surroundings came into transparency before her own eyes.

Shino followed close behind, waiting for his bugs to return to him on their report. "The trail is further ahead. It's faint but it leads somewhere..."

"O-oi, Hinata-! Slow down! We shouldn't be separated!" Kiba yelled his warning from behind her as he rode on Akamaru's back. Even as he said this, he knew he couldn't get to her right now. Not after she was informed of the mission they were taking....

"Naruto's gone missing!!? How the hell could that happen!?" Kiba exclaimed out loud. His annoyance increasing when the jounin from the Hidden Village of the Clouds was hesitating on answering. "On the rescue mission, we were ambushed and Naruto fended for the wounded while he let us escape. We waited for him to return but he never came back."

"......" Hinata stared coldly at the ground. Her fists clenched tightly even as the fear of what might have happened to him dwelled in her mind while keeping in good faith that Naruto can get out of any kind of fix. But... "Why has this only been reported after three days...? You should have sent for help immediately...!" her voice broke, her fist trembling. But she knew there was nothing she could do to help the situation except solving it themselves.

"...Where was the last you saw him..?"

"Kiba has a point. It wouldn't do well if we get separated in this natural maze," Shino said as he caught up to the Hyuuga heir. She only looked at him briefly before pressing on further ahead. Even if she didn't say a word, the shaded youth understood how she was feeling. He quickly added, "But.. I think it would be better if we split up. We can contact each other with these signal flares when we find something or in case of emergency." he gave her a pat on the head as if to assure her everything was going to be alright before the three of them split direction.


Meanwhile, two shadows watched from the darkness. Their mouths curved into similar mischievous grins. "Well, this was to be expected.." The one with short red hair turned to the woman whose expression was hidden behind a masquerade mask. "...I'm not interested in them but they could be trouble if they were to find that place."

"Should I take care of it?" the boy asked.

"No.. it would be too burdensome.. but there is one that seems interesting enough.."

It was getting late and the trail had gone cold and there was no sign from the others. Hinata leaned her head against a tree, she could have sworn she heard voice over the wall of stone just behind her.

"He hasn't eaten for days now."
"He'll need more weakening to be able to control him."

'Naruto-kun..' Hinata bit her lip, the two conversing must have already known of their presence here in the forest and they were the ones who have Naruto. She waited for them until she heard their footsteps trail softly so she used her Byakugan to peer over the rocks to see them enter what seems to be a cave with a hidden passage that she had by-passed over five times that day.

'Of course...' she stealthily crept up towards them, just in time to see them disappear within the cave and the wall was slowly sliding back to its original position. Taking the initiative, Hinata threw a kunai so it landed just a little ways before the wall slid shut.

It was like a dungeon in there. The torches stood proudly against the walls as they led into deeper chambers. She could hear the dripping of water coming from somewhere and the environment was damp and the smell was musky. Plugging her nose with one hand, she proceeded further where she saw a room full of bottled liquids and test tubes. 'What... are..'

Inside some of the containers were animals of horrible distortion. Hinata shuddered at the thought of these kind of people keeping Naruto contained in one of those things. She suddenly felt sick to her stomach as she crawled away from the place to another torched-lit room on her right which led to an even bigger space with sharp stalagmite decorating the ceiling.

BANG! BANG! RATTLE! RATTLE!

And a loud roar followed afterwards, making Hinata jump to her skin. She followed the sound till she reached another room above a pit where the sounds were coming from. She gasped when she saw it.

Red irises flared from a creature that was neither human or beast. Fangs protruding from his mouth and a weak red chakra surrounding its body. On his legs were chakra-infused chains that constantly absorbed the seeping energy from him. But she recognized the boy immediately. "Naruto..ku--" she reached out as if to try to touch him from where she was standing when..

"Glad you could drop by, love. It saves us the trouble of having to go out after you..!"

"You--!" Hinata mouthed out but before she felt a stabbing pain to her neck and she cried in pain before staggering backwards to see a woman clutching a needle. "What are.... you...." her voice trailed off until she collapsed onto the ground with the flare rolling towards the woman's heel.

'Naruto...kun.. where... are....' Hinata felt something wet on her cheek as her eyes came in focus and she stared at the ceiling of a cave where tiny droplets of water trickled down like tears. Just then, she was reminded of what had happened and she tried to move, only to realize both her arms where hung up above her and her ankles clamped by two metal rings attached to the wall.

"Naruto-kun is not like that! I won't allow you to use him that way!" she exclaimed angrily. Venom laced in her threat as her Byakugan threatened to show.

"Besides... by the time I'm done with you, you'll be begging him to make you his mate.." Shizune chuckled, pulling out an injection and stabbing it on her shoulder so suddenly, Hinata wasn't prepared for it. "Nngahhh!!" she cried out from the pain until after Shizune pulled it out.

"I just injected a special medicine in your blood stream that will induce your reproductive organs. Shizune's heel pushed his head to the ground. "You talk too much for someone who can't even get up on his own..." then, her eyes turned to her assistant. A loud explosion echoed throughout the cave as the wall burst open and Kiba and Akamaru landed squarely on the ground after performing Gatsuga. "Heh! So this is where the little roaches are hiding..." Akamaru growled threateningly at the two opponents, his tail raised high and nose wrinkled.

"That's.. impossible.. there's no way.." Shizune grabbed her whip that was strapped onto her side. "But there's no way you can defeat the two of us."

Hinata's clothes were thrusted at her lap and Shino put his hand on the top of her head to pick out a small bug. "It's a good thing I planted these on you before we split up.. otherwise we would have had a difficult time finding this place."

"Shino-kun... Kiba-kun.." Hinata felt her eyes water.

"Aah, you just sit back there and take care of Naruto.. leave the rest to us." Kiba said without turning to look at the two. "Looks like we're going to need some medical help here.. Good thing we still had some extra flares."

Shizune cracked her whip into the air, creating an electric charge in the field. "Hehe, I bet you can't even touch me." Akamaru whimpered as he backed away from the sparks that began to appear around the room. "You're in my playground now."

"I'm still here, remember?" Shino froze as he felt two fingers against his nape. Before he could react, those two fingers dug deep into the back of his head, creating a bone-crunching sound. "Too easy..!" Keisuke laughed evilly as he watched as he coughed out blood, but what he coughed out wasn't blood at all, but a handful of bugs. "What the--!?!" He retracted his fingers immediately but the bugs started crawling all over his arm. "No..!!! NOO!!! Get them off! GET THEM OFF!!!" he shrieked.

"Shizune!! Shizune!!!" Keisuke ran towards her but she lashed her whip out at him. "Stay back! I told you, I hate needy men..!"

He fell on his knees as he felt the bugs start to feed on his energy and chakra. A placid smile on his face, "...I'm.. sorry.. I forgot..." it wasn't until his entire body was covered from head to toe in bugs that Shizune backed off from the group, having been outnumbered.


"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!" the ceiling split open immediately, the stones falling to the sides of the room. "Heya~" a familiar pink-haired female nin appeared. "How about you try playing with me?" she leapt high in the air before diving down at full speed, splitting the earth in between when it came in contact with her fist. The place rumbled and it wasn't going to last very long. Followed behind her was her ANBU partner wearing a white lion mask who knelt next to Hinata to help her drag the unconcious Naruto out of the building.

"Gosh, I guess I don't know my own strength..." Sakura flexed briefly. "Anyway, this place isn't going to last. It should be the end of those experiments from now on.. let's hurry on out..!"

"No..! NO!! My experiments! My life's work!!" Shizune immediately dropped the whip. She ran towards the direction of the lab. Kiba yelled out to her but she was already too far gone. "Tch.. whatever. Let's get outta here..!"

Eyes flinched before opening slowly to face an ANBU mask staring directly at him, Naruto blinked twice before his screams echoed throughout the forest.

A pair of pants was flung at his face before the ANBU officer walked away without a word. "Shit...!" came a cuss from Naruto as he looked down realizing he wasn't wearing any clothes.

"Huup...!!" a light green glow of chakra appeared in Sakura's hands as she placed them over Hinata as she tried to search for the drug inbedded in her system. "Found it..!" she concentrated her energy to removing it immediately and the pool of water on a tray beside her turned into a dark pink color.

Naruto just stood there (clothed now, of course) watching Sakura do her work. "Sugoi.. Sakura-chan..." then, after she had finished, he approached her slowly, "Is Hinata going to be alright?"

"Phew.. that was a huge dose.." she replied, wiping the sweat from her forehead. "It's enough to inject an elephant with to get them crazy.. Wonder how Hinata was coping up with that.." she said, looking at the pink liquid in the shallow pan. "But this is too dangerous to use on humans." and with that she emptied it on the ground where the earth sucked on it dry.

"Anyway, my work here is done." Sakura said proudly, linking an arm around her ANBU partner, who grunted in reply. Naruto blinked twice as he stared at the masked ANBU. "I know that grunt from anywhere.." he swiped it off his face. "SASUKE!! TEME!! I had to be rescued by YOU..!!!" it was a pang right in his ego.

"Hn," the Uchiha smirked in reply. "If you'd watch your back more often, we wouldn't have to come all this way to save your dobe ass." Naruto turned to stone and crumbled from humiliation.

"Don't sweat it, Naruto." Sakura sighed, boys and their rivalries... Then again, she had a rival back from the days as well. "At least it's over now, Hinata and you are both safe. So now we can go home, can't we, Sasuke-kun?" she ran her fingers in circles around his chest suggestively, to which he deeply blushed.
"Stop it, Sakura."

"Oh, get a room, you two," Naruto stuck his tongue out at them. But his attention was drawn away when he saw Hinata sitting up. "Hey, Hinata.. you okay?"

She flinched when he came closer, her head turned away in shame. "Naruto-kun must think I'm some really dirty slut... right?" His features softened as he sat by her to place his hand over hers gently. "No... it was the drug.. I know you're not like that at all. Please, look at me.."

She sniffed as she turned her face to look at him and he reached out to wipe her cheeks dry with his thumb. "I won't let anything happen to you like that again. I swear it. It was because of me that.." he heaved a heavy sigh. "...I'm sorry for putting you in danger.."

"No.. I should have been more careful.." Her eyes glistened with tears. There was a reason why she loved him so much, against all doubts in her head, she enveloped him in a tight hug. Surprised at the gesture, but welcomed it, Naruto smiled softly as he held her close to his heart.

Meanwhile in the background, Sakura scratched her chin, "Did we miss anything by any chance?" Sasuke held her by the wrist. "Let's go. Those two can make it on their own now." understanding, Sakura nodded and the two disappeared in a black blur.

Kiba sniffed too, Shino patted him on the back. "It's okay.. she's grown up now, you know. And the one she admires most has finally turned around and embraced her." The former swatted his hands away, "I ain't cryin'! I jez..bah! Who needs ya!!?" he jumped onto Akamaru's back and leapt towards the forest. Shino, too, knew that the two would follow shortly, so without a word, he disappeared in a poof.

"Let's go home..." Naruto gave her a boost so he could carry her on his back. Hinata hesitated a bit,"Can you really walk like that, Naruto-kun? Your energy is near depletion.."

"Heh, me? I can do it, no problem! This is Uzumaki Naruto you're talking to!" after Hinata was assured, she rested her arms around his neck, her eyes closed as she held contently. She wouldn't want to be in any other place in the world.

A/N: -stretches arms over head- Nyah.. that was the first chapter. By the way, the pairings here are fixed so there won't be alternate pairings other than the ones I've put up.

Please look forward to the next chapters ahead~ Sorry if the fight scene wasn't too emphasized... I was concentrating on the lemon, afterall, and wanted to keep it short. ^^;
