Sakura smiled to him. “Well I can tell that it is not him. Naruto is dating with Hinata and he’s not that kind of guy I would like to date.” She said laughing. “I’m sorry but I should go I’m little tired.” She said. “I had a terrible shift.” She added.

“Must have those guys looked pretty bad.” Sasuke said. “Well good night Sakura.” He said and he walked away.

Sakura looked after him and then she started walking to her apartment. She went right into the bathroom and she took a long warm shower and then she went in bed. Felt so good to be in own bed after exhausting day in work.

“Sakura you look weird what are you thinking about?” Ino asked from her when they were shopping.

“Nothing important.” Sakura said to her. “Just something what happened in last week.” She added. “Ino how did you end up dating with Shikamaru?” She asked.

“I don’t know it kind of just happened. We realized that we’re spending a lot of time together, I don’t even know did we ever decided that we are dating.” Ino said. “I don’t know is this very serious ‘cause we don’t actually talk about our relationship.” She added.

“Why you have to talk about the relationship if it’s working?” Sakura asked from her.

“Well it’s not all that. Sometimes I’m wondering why we are together?”

“Haven’t you thought that maybe you are dating with wrong guy?” Sakura asked from her. “Hey first one may not be the one.” She added.

“Maybe but there’s good things too when you are dating. Never have to be afraid by nights ‘cause someone is sleeping next to you.” She said. “And hanging around is fun too. After thinking it’s quite okay to have a boyfriend. Who by the way hates shopping, so I can do it with you.” She added.

‘Ino is right about that sleeping together thing but doesn’t help much when man is somewhere on mission and who knows when he’s coming back to Konoha.’ Sakura thought. “Should we eat something?” She asked.

“That’s good idea. Where do you wanna eat?” Ino asked.

Sakura smiled. “I don’t actually care.” She said.

“Okay then we go to Ichiraku’s I’m craving for noodles and I don’t have any idea why.” Ino said. “You don’t mind if we eat noodles?”

“No I don’t.” She said.

“Hey Ino, Sakura.” That was Shikamaru’s voice and they turned to look at him. “I have a mission and I have to leave after I find the guys so I won’t be in town in day or few.” He said to Ino.

“Who are in your team?” Ino asked.

“Shino, Kiba and Sasuke.” Shikamaru said.

“Kiba is not in town. He went training yesterday with Akamaru, he said that he might not come in town in next few days. You can find him from his training place.” Sakura said.

“Good to know.” Shikamaru said. “I need to go now. See you later Ino.” He said before he left.

Ino looked after him and she took a deep sigh. “Guess I need to sleep alone.” She said. “Hey Sakura why don’t you start date with Sasuke?” She asked.

Sakura looked at Ino and then she turned her eyes down. “We are only friends and I’ve moved on. That was long time ago when I was into him.” She said. “Stop that pimping project right now or I go home.” She added.

“You don’t wanna have a boyfriend? Gosh girl you are almost twenty and only think you do is work, work, work.” Ino said to her. “Or are you already dating with someone? I wanna know who that person is.” She said.

“Why should I date if I don’t feel I should?” She said. Sakura laughed. “Ino dating is the thing you have to survive alone. I can’t be there with you.” She said. “Do you wonder what could be their mission?” She asked when Shikamaru and Sasuke ran to the gate.

“Why should I care it’s their mission.” Ino asked. “I don’t bother my head with that, can’t be too serious ‘cause it only takes few days.” She said. “Sakura is something wrong? You really look little different to me.”

“Maybe I’m just bored. Should I tell Tsunade that I wanna do missions too? Working in hospital is great but sometimes I get bored.” Sakura said. “And sometimes I feel that I’m the only one who doesn’t have missions.” She added.

“But I thought that you liked working in hospital.” Ino said.

“I do but maybe I should do something else just for a change.” Sakura said.

“If that’s what you think.” Ino said to her.

After they had eaten Sakura went home. ‘Well better get ready for the next work shift.’ She thought and she put stuff what she was bought on floor. She left after half an hour.

‘Thank God this shift wasn’t long.’ She thought when she walked in her office and she sat by her desk. ‘Paper work left then I’m ready to go home.’

“Sakura are you still in here?” Tsunade asked when she came in. “Leave those papers to me and go home.” She said to her.

“Thank you Tsunade-sama.” She said and she smiled to her sensei. She walked slowly back home ‘cause she was exhausted and tired. She smiled when she came in her apartment and she went bed. ‘Thank God I can sleep tomorrow.’ She thought.

In the early morning she woke up ‘cause she had a feeling that someone was in the room. She looked around but se couldn’t see anything unusual and she pressed her head back on pillow. She fell back in sleep.

“What kind of kunoichi you are?” She heard when someone put hand on her mouth. “You didn’t even noticed that she wasn’t alone in her own apartment.” He whispered in her ear. He was holding her hands by his other hand. “Are you afraid of something?”

She was pressed against the mattress and she didn’t see his face. She felt that he went lay next to her. She knew too well who he was. Tears were falling down on her face and she cried quietly. “Sakura I’m sorry I didn’t mean to scare you.” He said and he let go.

“That wasn’t funny. Don’t do that ever again.” She said but she didn’t turn around to see him. “I was really scared.” She whispered and she turned her back to him. “I could expect that from everyone else but you Hyuuga Neji.” She said.

“It won’t happen again. I’m sorry.” He said to her.

“Good ‘cause next time I’ll kick your butt out off my bed.” She said to him and she turned around. “Next time when you come in the middle of the night don’t you dare to scare me like that.” She said and she wrapped her arms around his chest.

“So you let me sleep next to you tonight?” He asked from her.

“If you can call this a night ‘cause it’s already six.” She said to him. “Should we talk about our relationship?” She asked from him. “I talked with Ino yesterday, she said that she and Shikamaru don’t talk about their relationship and I start to wonder are we the same?”

“Do you wanna talk about it?” Neji asked from her.

“Well maybe I don’t know.” She said. “I’ve thinking that should we stop this hiding? We’ve seen each other six months.” She said.

“We can tell others today.” He said and he fingered her hair. “Sakura could you do something to this?” He asked when he took his shirt off. There was a bandage on his side.

“Do I have to hit you? Why you didn’t say anything earlier?” She asked and she sat up. “Man you are hopeless.” She said when she took bandage off and then she stood up. She went in kitchen to get new dressings and her medicinal. “Every time you come back you are injured. What I’m gonna do with you?”

“Maybe I need you to come with me so you can heal me right after I get injuries.” He said to her.

“We can think that later. You need to rest.” She said to him.

“I’ll be alright now when you are here.” He said to her and he pulled her in his arm.
