Naruto and the rest will not show up till probably the second or third chapter- but when they get into it- things start getting hot.
O_O_O_O_O_O_O_O_O
This starts out as a simple remembrance of a lifetime gone by in the life of a Neko-Jin, who has lived for 750 years, well she can count 750 in less then two months. I will be typing up a slight mess of memories, and then the story will start with her life in the beginning. I hope you all enjoy it... and now- on with the story! ((Things about Neko-jins will be explained shortly!))

~Good Afternoon.
My name is Aniue- and I hit 750 years of age in the next two months or so- when you get older you forget the exact date of your birth, and lean more towards the month.... and then just towards the season. I remember that my birthday was celebrated in the Castle around Winter Time... so that’s when I say I’m born.
I am a Neko-Jin, a female Neko-Jin. Female’s once died out completely, and in need to save their race, a few males experimented until they were able to conceive children, or ‘kittens’ as well. Females are now rare enough that when the males of our race used to fight over us- they no longer do. Instead now, packs are formed around one or two females at most, and the packs normally travel around in a caravan or something similar.
I was lucky- I was apart of the royal family. Something very few Neko-Jin’s could brag about. My mother was not the Queen, and my father was not the King. I knew this, and they knew this, but everyone else knew me as the Promised Princess- which at the time I did not know what it meant.
My Island was a short ways away from the Land of Water, and so I grew up around the ocean, in a time of Pirates and such.. I loved each and every minuet of it as a child. My island home was called Ishitalu, an island that held a great deal of treasures, one of which was my best friend- Dario.
It still hurts to talk about him, even now after it’s been so long.. He was the one I fell in love with- the one I would do anything for... and so it happened that his father was a Pirate, and whilst I suffered at the cruel hands of fashions for a wedding bride to be, he learned the tricks of the mast and ship.
It took him only a week after striking out with his father to come back for me, and before too much time had passed at all, we were together and sailing the seas... Until we hit land in what is now the Land of Sound. It wasn’t even thought of as much back then- save for a place for refugee’s to hide out and such. There we got the terrible device removed from me, and we joined up with a caravan.
Dario hated being second best to anyone, and so it wasn’t long before we were the leaders of the Caravan... traveling the lands here and there...
I remember how it felt to tell him I only had three months before we would be a mother and a father, and I remember the joy on his face as he nuzzled the crook of my neck and praised me, telling me how strong and perfect our kittens would be... all the while the caravan pushed on.
Like most Neko-Jin females I gave birth three and a half months after becoming pregnant in as private of a place as I could get to at the time.. The bed of one of the wagons- to which I would not allow anyone to enter for three days. No one minded though.. They now had seven healthy kittens who climbed on me when I emerged several days later.
We had begun a journey across a desert we had crossed several times in the past, the journey never took more then two days and we had plenty of water and such... I had no idea it could end so badly.
We wandered lost, for a whole week and a half.. Then ... then came the worst day in my life. The pack we traveled with grew hungry- restless... thirsty. We had no more food, and no more water... My milk supply was dangerously slow, but the kittens could still survive off it for another day... when Kira came up with the idea... of killing the kittens and drinking their blood to survive.
Dario would have no part in it, and told them the slaughter would be unaidedly useless. We would be out of this soon.
....His resolve lasted two more days... then while we laid in the sand, the kittens and I, coiled up in the shade provided by one of the wagons... Dario gently pinned me to the ground his eyes filled with pain as his head bowed to my neck. At first I thought he was so tired, and he needed a loving touch... but then when I heard the others near us... I understood.
Dario had given in to the demands of the pack.... he held me so I could not watch, held me so I could not stop them... and cried with me as the pack devoured my first kittens...
‘We’ll make more Aniue... I promise we’ll make more... and I’ll never let harm befall them...’ he had pledged to me as the last of our kittens was eaten up by the caravan...
Had it not been only a half an hour later that we were relieved of the pressure of the heat- had it not been only a mere 30 more minuets until we found shelter and water- the pain would not be so crushing. But I felt betrayed as Dario and I sat near the waters edge, watching the others drink greedily of the soft cool waters... waters Dario and I could scarcely touch... both of us feeling as if our kittens blood was what we were indulging in.
We left the caravan that night, and joined a small town. There we lived for a year, with the promise of more kittens soon on the way. There were rumors at the time though... of a great snake- jin who could transform into a massive snake, going around and killing many neko-jins, but Dario and I were still in shock of loosing our first batch of kittens- we never truly heard the warnings.
Orochimaru was the name of that snake. He was as mean as mean can be, and had a fierce hatred for Neko-jins.
The last I ever saw of Dario- was him handing me two kittens of the five of our latest litter and telling me to run... our last kiss was outlined in the fires of the town- before I bolted... at the time I knew he’d come back to me... but the next sixteen years had me and my kittens at a loss. We had no where to go other then into the forest...
I raised them in the forest, and told them the leaves were the perfect place to hide, and if ever there was a fire- to not run about with no idea of what to do- but to keep calm and use water or dirt to put out the flames. I taught the younger one water spells, which are now known as water based jutsus.
She taught the eldest how to use darkness spells, later he turned them into attacks like ‘Infinite Darkness Jutsu’. I was proud of my sons even at a young age... and raised them as best I could- taught them all I could.... Then?
Then I caught wind of a scent I hated... of I scent I wanted to kill... Orochimaru. The demon snake-jin that had killed my mate... the whole village... I took my kittens with me and flew as fast as my paws could take me to the battle. There, at my ripe age of 658 years of age, I saw the snake battling with a new breed... ‘Ninja’. My kittens were cubs now, and I told them to stay near one of the medical nin, whom I looked in they eye and told him he better tend to them if I didn’t make it out alive, and that I was going in to help out his fellow ninja.
The snake and I tango-ed together, forgetting about the Ninja gathered, as the Ninja retreated.. Following my children into the woods. I remember little of that fight except I gained my truest full form in it...
There are many stages in a Jin’s life- one of which is a True Full Form. In this form, we become massive beasts of whatever animal our Base Animal or Clan Animal. For me? For me it was a Black lion, who had a massive dark red mane, from which my black ears were barely visible.
I remember my fangs digging deep into the murderers flesh, and holding there till he transformed back to a human like state... I remember yowling to the heavens- but after that fight... I could not find my kittens any more...
I sought them, forgetting my own health, but now I know I should have gone to the South East, instead of strait North. I was weak when I stumbled across a new Village... many of them had been popping up lately- and all had their own ninja. I sought out the scents of my kittens when the moon rose, sneaking around the alley ways and such...
As I snuck around, I was unaware that a ninja had spotted my entrance to the city- as I sniffed around the streets, feeling so close to them when a white blur and a black blur appeared in front of me- growling lowly.
I and they clashed, no flesh wounds being spilled before I pinned them to the ground, and let out a fierce roar. The two of them stared at me a moment before transforming back to the very kittens I had lost nearly three years ago.. The only thing I could do was let my head fall down and nuzzle them... purring softly.
The other Ninja’s I remember- were scared. A new Neko-Jin had shown up and thrashed down their ‘Hokages’ with ease... and then fell her head to eat them.... When they heard the two laughing happily.
When the ninja found out I was the mother of the two- they were impressed and complemented me... then I was asked to come out of my beast form- the only thing I could do was shake my head. I was trapped in the form the size of an average lion... I could not make myself move out of it.
I saw my Granddaughter born in that time of peace and growth.... Her name was Tsunade, and I saw her grow to a young girl before I picked myself up from my normal spot relaxing in one of my sons offices... as I walked from the village... in my human form- my tail oddly still behind me, and my ears oddly focused forward.
My sons saw me leaving, and just fell into a silent walk at either side... I don’t know why but I didn’t look back at either of them... I got to the edge of the gate and then my shape twisted to a lion shape the size of a horse as I roared and fled.
I remember my sons cries echoing to me on the winds... That was the last I heard of them, saw them alive...
This is my twisted story- hang on. It’s a twisted ride...
((Well, welcome one and all to the world of the Neko-Jins! I hope we have fun togther and remember this story is written by Nieko and Aniue! I LOVE YOU NIEKO!!!))
